Typically, I can explain what is going on and Brandon will have a spot on assessment of what needs to be done...even before he takes a look. He clearly has some some pretty in-depth knowledge. It's as if he's a living library the operation of just about any vehicle you can think of! I would feel comfortable sending my kids in and know that they are getting an honest appraisal of what needs to be done. There's no feeling that the bill is ever "padded." In fact, I have been talked out of a more expensive repair. They accept parts that I have purchased (I had to have a transmission replaced once...and they happily accepted it). The bottom line...they know their stuff and get the job done right. I can't imagine getting a better deal anywhere else in the New Orleans area. Even if you have to take a little longer of a drive to get to the shop, it's well worth the trip and you won't be sorry. Again...they just do it right!
