I've been using this Firestone store for years and I believe Bryant has been there all the while and is always a pleasure to to work with. They get you in an out if you are waiting and never have they tried to take advantage, trying to get you to purchase tires when they aren't needed. The waiting room is always clean and they have incorporated social distancing since the beginning of COVID. They keep up with your account and you can always count of them. I only use them for my tire rotations. See y'all when it's that time again. read more

This is probably the worst customer service I have ever received from a Firestone. I made the appt ahead of time, I specifically asked them if my car would be finish by 5pm. They reassured me over and over they would have it done. It's been sitting for two hours. They even took other people before my appt. I asked for my keys to cancel my appt and there wasn't even an apology. This was a complete waste of my time. read more

I brought the car at 1:21 for a tire repair, oil change and rotate. I was told that it would be ready before 4:00. Not feeling like waiting for 3hr in the waiting room, I had a neighbor pick me up. I never received a call of ANY feedback, so I called at 4:00 and was clearly told that it was just being pulled in as we speak. So still no call at 5:00 I went in to the store to find that my car had NEVER been moved. THEY FLAT OUT LIE. I also feel there is some racism involved also. 5 years ago, I wrote an unflattering review of Firestone. I didn't like the way they handled my corporate account at the time. Fast forward 5 years and a personal situation and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. One Monday morning at 5:45 am, I was driving the ladyfriend's vehicle to work. She was riding with me since I left my truck at my office that Friday. Well low and behold I ran over something metal in the street and had to pull over to change the tire. The ironic thing was, I pulled into the Firestone parking lot but they didn't open until 7. No worries she had a jack and a dummy tire so I got this. I got the lug nuts loose, the car jacked but I could not get tire off. The hub was so rusted on and I had nothing to bang on the tire plus after I tried to kick it, I thought it would fall off the jack. So I put the lug nuts back on and waited for Firestone to open. They could not have been friendlier. The manager put us on the rack first thing and one of his employees took a small sledge hammer to get the tire off. That made me feel better about myself. We were out the door by 745 and back on the road. Great service and a great price to change the tire. Thanks! read more

My son took his car here today and they told him he needed new tire and about 600$ worth of repairs.his.tires are only a few months old and all the work they said needed to be done he had already done himself.he then went to AutoZone and borrowed a torque wrench and tightened up one bolt to.spec and the car is fixed.watch out for these people.they seem to only want to take ur money for work that doesn't need to be done.on.a.scale.of one to ten they rank as crap. read more

I needed two tires and was having a bad day and then I get there and couldn't find my bank card. The manager went out of his way to help me to get to my bank and get it taken care of. Brought car in to fix a tire at 8am. Was told probably 11am. Here it is after 3pm and still no response on when my car will be ready because no one is answering the phone. I'm a teacher and had they told me it would take the whole day to fix the tire, I would have gone elsewhere so I could attempt to make at least half a day's pay. Thanks to the incompetence of this branch, I lost a day's pay waiting. This is the last time I will ever use Firestone. read more

I took my car in for an alignment couple weeks ago. Mr. Steve told me he couldn't aligned my car because my left rear control arm sleeve has been seized. He said I needed to replace my left rear control or else he can't do the alignment! So I thought maybe it'll be a great idea to get a second opinion. So I took my car to another car shop and they were able to do an alignment. I'm so glad I got the second opinion and my car is working great! I am a female and may not know much about cars but the dishonesty was unacceptable. The worst customer service and I would not recommend this location to family or friends. Thanks Mr Steve!! Jose and his team were so helpful and kind. I was able to have my tire fixed in an extremely reasonable amount of time. They even put my spare back on, which many shops have refused to do. Jose answered all my questions and, when something went wrong with my spare a few days later, fixed it quickly. They are the best Firestone option in the New Orleans area. Thank you! read more

My husband had an amazing experience with this Firestone location. As he was pulling into the parking lot where both the Firestone and Home Depot are located, the ball joint on his truck broke in spectacular fashion, shooting the wheel of his truck off at a crazy angle and causing sparks as metal scraped asphalt. Pretty much exactly what any driver never wants to experience. Several Firestone employees immediately came out to offer assistance. They not only helped my husband get his truck out of the way of traffic by fashioning up a clever vehicle-mover from two jacks (because it's awfully hard to move a vehicle that effectively only has three wheels), but also offered to track down the parts to fix his truck ASAP. My husband is a general contractor, so not having the use of his truck for even a day is a huge problem. The employees were able to track down the necessary parts, and one amazing employee offered to stay late to knock out the repair that very same day (shout out to Jose!) -- which was particularly awesome given that it was already around 4:30PM when the incident happened. A few hours later, his truck was repaired and ready to go -- a truly unexpected but very appreciated outcome. We are very grateful for the outstanding service he received from several of the employees here. read more

I had a great experience here today. I was really dreading it. My tire had a leak and I had already pessimistically decided I was gonna need a new one. They patched it! and changed my oil. Service was fast and friendly. I basically had a cup of coffee and watched Jeopardy and my car was ready. I don't understand all the bad reviews. I would go back. read more

This place is so trash. I have appt and still takes an hour. Cool. Understandable. I get my vehicle back n immediately the van is beeping. I look n my hood is open. I pull over and lift my hood. These idiots forgot to put my engine oil cap back on!!! Then i look n notice my reservoir cap is missing!! im like wtf at this point. So i get in my vehicle n go back. They didn't top off wiper fluids n didnt top off or mention that my reservoir was totally empty, which would make any competent technician check the fluid in the radiator right? well not at Firestone! I swear i knew more about what was going on then Steve n Trey did! Their nonchalant and ignorant attitude just added fuel to the fire. I guess now a days just being a living breathing male can get u hired as a technician with that company. Please take a moment to properly train your employees on customer service n job performance! The worst. They promised to do one thing, and once they had my car hoisted they ran over and said they couldn't do what I wanted. They would have to do something more expensive. I said fine and asked them not to do anything. They were shocked. The guy even asked "what are you gonna do then?" I told him I'd take it elsewhere. Mostly jerks work there it seems. I've gone to this location several times for tire trouble. They're always busy (which is a good thing!) but they are honest with me on the wait time. Even though they're typically swamped, I always end up getting helped in a reasonable amount of time. The last couple times they've really gone above and beyond.
