It's something I value much more now in my life but you live and you learn. Its been some time, years, since I brought my old Dodge here for transmission work. But there are only two kinds experiences that stick out as unforgettable. When everything is great and goes right and when when everything goes bad and is abysmal. Well Cottoman certainly isn't great and they're expensive to boot. So if you want to drive a car out of a garage and have it towed back, then Cotton is for you.

Darren knocked out the estimate and Sue was cordial the entire time. I got my appointment and, like a dummy, I brought my vehicle in a week early. Darren said leave it that they might get to it between the other cars. I got it back and the body work looked great. You can't even tell where the damage was done. And the vehicle was washed. I couldn't be happier with the service. If you need body work done on your vehicle, this is the place. Hopefully, I won't need their service again but I won't hesitate to return if needed. And while it was minor accident... no injuries, my airbag didn't deploy, her child was in car seat, thank goodness. My poor car had a jacked bumper, hood, quarter panel & light kit. So I limped home and called my insurance and this location was one of the recommended State Farm body shops. OK. I saw that Harry was a fan and one of my car-guy coworkers likes them too. Sold. Communication was excellent. I dropped my car over the weekend so called them Monday morning. They explained the insurance estimate process to me. And everything went smoothly. Seriously, I emailed them with questions and they answered promptly... I can't even get that sort of response time from other offices, much less a mechanic. The car was ready when they told me and they washed and vacuumed it so it looks great!

They claimed to have installed a new radiator but needed some time to get the electrical stuff figured out. We were very patient and had to call for updates as no one ever called us to give us any info. My husband stopped there one day to check on the status to find his tires flat, rims rusted, inside the vehicle a complete mess with what looked like dog hair all over the new carpet along with greasy parts and wiring all over. He went inside and got nothing but attitude from everyone in the place. They told him they would get the car back together by Monday and to come back then to get the car. Monday he picks up his car and by the next day the "new radiator" is busted with nasty water? Fluid? all over the driveway. He calls there and the receptionist says there is no record of any work being done or a radiator being fixed on his vehicle!! Now the mechanic won't return his calls or give info on what they did to his car. It's in much worse condition than when he brought it there! If you care about your vehicle DO NOT bring it here!
