I drove in my 2014 Silverado, which another body shop indicated it was 14 k repair. I told the guy here, assuming that they were a better shop. (wrong) that I wanted to buy my truck back, if totaled. They priced it 24k for repair, and raised the buy back to 13 k, so that they could have it. Its a real shame that people are scammers. I think this should be investigated. My vehicle looked brand new and it was detailed at the company's expense. Also, the company treated my daughter and I just like family. After my car was involved in a hit and run a couple weekends ago while parked (thumbs up to the good citizen who left a description of the offending vehicle on my windshield, thumbs down to the jerk who didn't do that himself), the bumper was hanging off, the driver's side was smashed, and there was no way I was driving my car anywhere soon. Geico had my car towed to Fradella's, which is one of their contracted-services shops. The staff got in touch right away the next day to have me authorize some paperwork and gave me an ETA for the repairs to be finished late the following week, which eventually coincided with... Hurricane Isaac. Before we hunkered down, I called them, and they assured me they didn't anticipate any flooding, and said they would make sure my car was situated in the garage before the storm. Once life settled back to normal, we called them and they said work was almost done, that I'd hear back in a couple days. Sure enough, they called back, and while the car wasn't ready, they just wanted to update me that they were waiting on one final part. While I wished it was a call saying it was ready, I appreciated them keeping me in the loop. Thinking it might take another day or two before I got my car, I was pleasantly surprised when they called me back that same day to say it was ready. Hey!!! Because a Geico adjuster is at the shop, all I had to pay was my deductible, since the adjuster cut a check to pay for the difference. We picked the car up the next day -- everything looked back to normal. And even better, they took a little bit off the original price because of a minor detail. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. While having your car smashed up in a hit and run is never a welcome event, at least Fradella's made the whole thing a bit easier to deal with. read more

Let me say we met by accident. Fradellas was referred to me through my car insurance. My daughter was involved in a car accident while away in school in New Orleans for college. We initially was scheduled to bring her car back to Chicago to process her claim but we found it easier to just handle everything in New Orleans after dropping the car off to Fradellas we realize that the car would not be ready in time for my travel back to Chicago for my daughters summer break. Let me just say right here at this point is when this place became Creme de la creme for us. James offered to store the car for me until my arrival back to New Orleans after the completion of the initial problem I was so very grateful for this jesture. Chelsey was simply a Southern Belle of pure delight upon meeting her. They made us feel special and both James and Chelsey went above and beyond for what we needed and took great care of us. Did I mention they kept my daughters car the entire summer yes I said the summer kudos to them it was only supposed to be for a few weeks but I couldn't get back to pick it up. So again Kudos to Fradelles and ur dream team employees. After we returned to New Orleans to pick up the car we noticed that we needed some additional work done Timmy babies car so instead of moving or taking the vehicle some where else James had the issue checked n resolved in a manner of a day or 2 extra. I'm glad we met by accident again not only did we meet a buisness but we gained friends away from home. Kudos again to Fradellas Chelsey, James and the rest of the Fradella Family.
