We were very patient and had to call for updates as no one ever called us to give us any info. My husband stopped there one day to check on the status to find his tires flat, rims rusted, inside the vehicle a complete mess with what looked like dog hair all over the new carpet along with greasy parts and wiring all over. He went inside and got nothing but attitude from everyone in the place. They told him they would get the car back together by Monday and to come back then to get the car. Monday he picks up his car and by the next day the "new radiator" is busted with nasty water? Fluid? all over the driveway. He calls there and the receptionist says there is no record of any work being done or a radiator being fixed on his vehicle!! Today I found oil under my truck. I took my truck to the Barataria Blvd location in Marero, LA. I told him what happened and I was worried that plug was loose or stripped. He personally went underneath and said that the old oil from the filter must have spilled and soaked the frame rail and that (Daquin) did not clean it up. After cleaning my engine and frame rail he checked the oil. It was almost a quart low. He then stated they didn't fill up the water reservoir for the wiper.
