Louis did an update on my own Land Rover's electrical system. He did an exceptionally good job.

My tires were looking a little rough, so I was offered tire replacement and rotation on top of the fix and oil change I'd requested. I want to add that I was not pressured at all to accept this. And, when I agreed, all three spur of the moment services were completed in a single day while Mark's had a shop full of other vehicles. The prices for the parts/repair, oil change, and tires/rotation were all really fair and I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. All of the mechanics were respectful and easy to talk to. By the way, I found this garage through Yelp and once again I was not let down by the community.

The transmission mounts on my care were worn out completely. I took it in to Mark's in the morning,…read moreand he had it fixed up by the afternoon. It was a good amount of work at a very fair price. When I picked it up, hold me about work that it would probably be good to have done in the future, but he didn't include it in the quote or the work because he knew it was a good chunk of change and was not a pressing issue (not as pressing as my original repair), preferring to tell me in person, which I very much appreciated. Will be going back again.

I had a very frustrating experience with a tire warranty replacement at this location. I have all…read morefour tires under warranty with Mavis, and this particular tire was purchased only about five months ago. When I initially came in, David (aka KC) measured the tire at 8/32". Later, he told me over the phone it was 6/32", which significantly reduced my warranty credit and resulted in a quote of $165.35 out the door. I contacted Mavis corporate, who confirmed that an 8/32" measurement entitled me to the larger warranty adjustment. I returned to the store and asked David to measure the tire in front of me. When I questioned the discrepancy, David repeatedly insisted it was 6/32" and rudely asked, "So what is your goal with all of this?" My goal was simply to pay exactly what my warranty required and not a penny more. What a ridiculous question to ask. When measured in front of me, I confirmed it was 8/32" in three locations, despite him gaslighting me for 15 minutes saying that "he does this every day". Well obviously you're doing it WRONG every day to try to make a quick buck. My final cost dropped from $165.35 to $108 when the correct discount was applied. I strongly recommend double-checking your tread measurements in person and checking the tire warranty chart online before accepting a quote from this location. I shouldn't have had to escalate the issue to corporate and personally verify the measurement to receive the warranty benefit I was entitled to. This was also not my first experience with this location recommending erroneous repairs that were later disputed by another shop. Unfortunately, this was the final straw. I will not be returning to this Mavis location. My experience has significantly damaged my trust in this branch and the supporting staff.
