I was initially given my vehicle back before the full problem was identified, only to have to return it because a major repair was still needed. Since then, there have been additional delays simply because communications weren't being checked or acted on, leaving necessary repairs sitting untouched. I should not have to constantly follow up or physically come to the shop just to make sure someone is checking messages and moving my repair forward. Meanwhile, I'm continuing to incur additional transportation and rental expenses because of these delays. Customers should not have to manage the repair shop themselves to get their vehicle properly fixed. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

I drive a 2005 Sedan Deville Cadillac & keep it in excellent condition thanks to Geilding auto Service which has had complete & exclusive care of my automobile for several reasons. One must make an appointment, this assures you that at that time on that day your auto is being inspected & the problem detected as quickly as possible. Once the problem is detected, parts are ordered for the repair. They understand we all need our car & their mission is to get it back to you as soon as possible & working perfectly. They are quick, efficient & the only time I've ever called to say it still didn't feel right they found they had received a bad part..remember my car is 20 yrs old...they notified me & there was no charge at all, including several hours of labor. HONESTY!!! I have no idea if their prices are better or worse than others since I haven't been to another repair shop in many years having spent years & years taking it to the dealership or another shop where it took days to repair and would often be back in the shop within 2-3 weeks. They said it would help smooth out the tread and prolong the life of my tires. There was also an issue around 2000 RPMs that caused my vehicle to shake. I thought it was my transmission starting to fail. After performing diagnostics on my vehicle they had found that one of my coils was bad and they were able to replace it that same day.
