Back to the soup ...the broth was bitter and had hardly any spices or flavor. It was such a disappointment...like it was thrown together and microwaved. Usually the broth is rich with complex flavors, like a layered cake. The broth could stand alone with nothing else in it. Yes ..it was that good. I said to the bartender it was very bad, and the bartender apologized. A few seconds later the "cash you out lady" came over and she was a straight up unpleasant. She did not offer any apologies or offer to comp the horrible soup. It was business as usual. I was so disappointed. The flautas- three flautas covered by some type of thrown together shredded lettuce and rice n beans and guacamole. I can say the guacamole was amazing. The beef in the flautas was dried out and tasteless. It tasted frozen. It was a sloppy mess that , once again, seemed thrown together. You can see the difference in the soups in my photos.
