Great service, great food and pleasant atmosphere. View of the marina from all tables and the bar. We were not sure what to expect of a hotel restaurant, but we were pleasantly surprised. The head chef is French and he did make an appearance at our table. The food was well seasoned and there was a variety of drinks, plus a killer beer special for happy hour. Two for one beers.

Been here many times and love the views of the marina here! Love all the decor here too! Usually just get drinks but they are pretty good & the service is usually great!

Went on a Saturday morning in January and it was not super busy at first (~8:00AM), but by the time I left it was getting busy. There was a very large selection of dishes, fruits, cereal, and juices. The staff was very friendly, spoke English well, and the view of the marina is magnificent.

El Embarcadero is the restaurant at the hotel Marina San Carlos. The restaurant overlooks the Marina. Food there is generally very good. However, we mostly frequent the restaurant for breakfast and go out to some of the other San Carlos restaurants for dinner. We do though often come back after dinner and have their flan for desert. They have some of the best flan we have found. Now - the place has won in 2012 and 2103 the World Margarita challenge held annually in Tucson (in 2104 they placed 2nd). So this is one place you don't want to miss! We do frequent there for breakfast. They do have a buffet, but typically we order off the menu. Eggs Benedict and Huevos Rancheros are some of our favorites. They do offer free wi-fi so you can go and enjoy and check email while on vacation.

Place is so nice but service was terrible. Food took for ever and it was all brought out in peaces. Food was also cold. Overpriced!

Great value for money breakfast. Several choices on the buffet from breads, cakes, fruit and full of local specials.

My family (locals) love this place and wanted to take us. It is quite literally off the beaten path…read moreand you have to take a dirt road, but views are amazing. The location is in an area just north of San Carlos called "La Manga", so almost all the restaurants in the area are called as such. Remember this one is specifically Doña Rosita and is the largest building in this really tiny dirt road town. We ordered Agua chile mixto, cocktail de camaron, tostada mixto and micheladas. Everything was great. The locals warn about the raw food in the heat of summer, and recommend something treated with lime like ceviche or agua chile, or something cooked. The young locals stomached the raw cocktails no problem, though. Service was as expected. They were able to accommodate our table of 14 without a reservation. We got a free dessert because it was someone's birthday soon. They play this really loud, traditional song and blow whistles and gave a choco flan cake with a firecracker candle. This restaurant is definitely not low stimulation in high season. We did have a 5 year old at our table who absolutely hated the loud song and whistles, but she stuck it out as she's also a local.

I'm not sure why this place is so loved and popular. We've gone twice now and both times were just…read moreokay and we've gotten sick after eating there each time
