We were greeted by Diago, the founders son who grew up swimming and playing in the water on the property. He told us his grandmother was from France and taught his father French cuisine. We asked for recommendations for our meal ,Diago suggested we try the broiled clams, served in the shell with butter shallots, and garlic, they were juicy and delicious!! we also ordered the guacamole and chips and we brought a plate with different condiments to try. Our main course was the fish of the day which was a Seabass, dusted in coconut flour, grilled with sweet onions, garlic butter, and fresh basil.. to end the meal we had their flan, creamy rich, and amazing!
