Paige then continued to provide a very professional cut keeping me informed throughout and knowing I cannot see without my glasses, ensuring I put them on at intervals to ensure I was happy- which I was and am. They offer all of the treatments you'd expect - waxing, massage, reflexology, skin treatments, pedicures and manicures. The aromatherapy facial is my favourite - halfway through you get a head and shoulder massage - you end up feeling blissful and your skin problems are all sorted. The staff are incredibly friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. They spend a long time talking to you before the start of each treatment to find out the results you want to see and make sure you're happy with the products they'll use. I have been using Urban for years, have never been spoken to in a rude, cocky or arrogant manner and have never ever been kept waiting!! I have also never witnessed any other client being treated in this way either. I have recommended Urban to absolutely loads of people over the years to the point that most of my family and friends now use them! It is always a pleasurable experience and the hairdresser is chatty, witty and always does an excellent job!
