I've been a regular customer (every six to eight weeks) since 2004, and I haven't been anywhere else since. I thoroughly and unreservedly recommend True! :)

Not even worth the one star I had to give in order to write this review!!…read more Shocking! I am a man who decided to have my hair cut here for the first time, I usually like a styled look, a bit longer on the top, shorter at the sides but enough to mess around with. I walked out of the salon after Lauren had finished cutting my hair and thought it was ok, but after so much hair product it's always difficult to see until you wash it yourself. The next day I woke up horrified... I have had to take photos of how bad a cut she has given me, one side is higher up than the other, there are strands of hair around my ear from when it was longer, the other other side looks as though she has nibbled at it with blunt scissors and the back looks like a child has done it! On top I have a bunch of hair on one side that she was trying to hair dryer into place but you can now see shouldn't have been left. I have had to book another appointment somewhere else to get this fixed the best I can! But I would warn anyone considering going to this salon to think twice before doing so and research other options! I am so angry about what i have been left with!! The one good thing is that I was refunded the full amount and now am off to get my hair fixed somewhere else.

She is brilliant, she always takes her time perfecting your hair and is always friendly. The value for money is excellent. There is only a few car parking spaces outside of the premises, but there is a small car park a few minutes walk away. I think this hair dressers is a hidden gem, with a lovely little vibe about it. It is very small though, but I think this gives it a lovely charm about it.
