The decor has improved two-fold and now looks like a stylish hairdressers. The red leather chairs with the foot rests are definitely a highlight while you're getting your hair cut. The hairdressers are friendly and do everything exactly how you want it. Now that I've been there I don't want anyone else to cut my hair. Hair Plann is definitely a hidden gem and you would only know about it if you live or work in the area since it's on a quiet road.

The quality of the hair cutting is at a very high standard and the staff are all very friendly. They do not ignore you; they talk to you and keep you entertained. There are a range of designs to choose from and the staff are all more than capable to cut the hair to the right length and style! I would really recommend this place to have a glamorous hair cut.

The girl obviously did not know what 'highlights' meant and bleached every strand of my hair. I looked like a cross between Diana Dors and Jimmy Savile ! It was all one horrible white colour ! She could see I was unhappy and offered to put some lowlights in to try and rectify the situation. That took another hour or so. My appointment was for 11.45am. I came out at 4.30pm. In the end I just told her to rough dry my hair because I wanted to go home. I hate my hair colour. It's a horrible gingery colour. All I wanted was my own mousey hair but with blonde highlights and now I've got this. Daniel Bush was there but avoided talking to me. He could see what had happened but made himself scarce. My hair has now been overprocessed, not once but twice - it's ruined. AVOID THIS SALON IF YOU VALUE YOUR HAIR !!

I think it is the best barbers in the area. You are always offered a hot drink and the staff are polite & helpful. The hot towel shave is excellent. The prices are very good £7.50 for a cut and the same for a shave. They also stock a good range of hair care products

As this seems to be the hairdresser's end of town, there are plenty of the big name chain places nearby where you can spend £30 plus for something fancy. These guys can do a perfectly decent cut for under a tenner, and despite the price you can get a style that's a bit more recent than something from the 80s - although isn't that in vogue now? This said it must be the smallest barber shop I've ever been too; it gets stuffy with anymore than 2 or 3 people waiting. Definitely a barbers, not a hairdressers.

They have 4 hair stylists all of different levels. The owner of the shop is the head stylist and she is absolutely lovely. The other girls are also lovely and will give you their honest opinion if you decide to go for a change .. something i am too scared to do. ha ha. Their prices are fantastic considering it could cost triple to have a colour and cut elsewhere. They have a forecourt directly outside their shop which you can use as parking. They also sells hair products such as shampoos (which they are using on their clients when washing their hair to promote the product), hair equipment (i.e.GHDs) etc. Their services range from cuts, colours, bridal hair and hair styling. This is a very popular salon. There is nothing they won't do or go out of their way to help you on. This is not just a salonfor woman - men are also catered for here. Highly recommend.
