I was greeted by a young friendly lady (she has long blond hair and is fairly new to Zest) Sadly, i didn't catch her name. She was very friendly and explained to me that a blowout is called a BlowDry in the U.K. She did a great job with my hair and curled the ends like I requested. My hair has lasted for some time and still looks great! The price was very affordable and as I'm an American, I tipped her for a job very well done! Next time I'm in Southend I will be returning to Zest for the great service and tea!

I have been using Urban for years, have never been spoken to in a rude, cocky or arrogant manner and have never ever been kept waiting!! I have also never witnessed any other client being treated in this way either. I have recommended Urban to absolutely loads of people over the years to the point that most of my family and friends now use them! It is always a pleasurable experience and the hairdresser is chatty, witty and always does an excellent job!

Paige then took me through a very detailed consultation before I had a wonderful shampoo with massage. Paige then continued to provide a very professional cut keeping me informed throughout and knowing I cannot see without my glasses, ensuring I put them on at intervals to ensure I was happy- which I was and am.
