I asked for this Friday and was told that Vicky is on holiday. "That's ok" I say "I'll have another stylist" "No you can't" I'm told "it has to be Vicky but she's away, or you'll have to pay full price" Bearing in mind that Vicky is a senior stylist and I wasn't bother about having a beginner or anything in between! New girl on phone was very polite but the receptionist in background sounded so grumpy. I am away on holiday the following week so there was no movement for me, but they were not willing to offer me another stylist as one was on holiday... Wow what great customer service!!!

I have now realised I'm happier going out my way for that better experience. They are very friendly and very welcoming and always do an excellent job on my hair. Their prices are very reasonable and I've never walked out feeling ripped off.
