I have been using Urban for years, have never been spoken to in a rude, cocky or arrogant manner and have never ever been kept waiting!! I have also never witnessed any other client being treated in this way either. I have recommended Urban to absolutely loads of people over the years to the point that most of my family and friends now use them!
