I went to my local Toni and Guy for an Easter treat blow-dry. What a waste of time and money…read more My stylist dried my hair as though it was his first blow-dry. My hair looked diabolical and could have done it better myself. I don't have £25 to throw away.

I got the worst service I've ever had this morning. The girl doing my hair just seemed…read moredisinterested in her work. Her attitude was so poor in fact that I was left feeling angry I didn't just get up and walk out. She was dressed in such a scruffy way that I should have expected it to be a shambles. I didn't get my "massage" during the hair wash, she left me for over a minute to go change the music in the salon. She couldn't stop scratching and fiddling around her nose. She keeps digging into my skin with the comb, she tugged one too many times on my hair with her tools. She couldn't even hold the mirror up properly at the end to show me the finished hair. To too it off she cut me off mid question about styling it to tell me she's going to get my coat! What am outrageous experience. Unfortunately I think this experience is down to the individual and not the salon. As I looked across the salon I got smiles by friendly staff. What to do.... Probably won't give them another try.

Not even worth the one star I had to give in order to write this review!!…read more Shocking! I am a man who decided to have my hair cut here for the first time, I usually like a styled look, a bit longer on the top, shorter at the sides but enough to mess around with. I walked out of the salon after Lauren had finished cutting my hair and thought it was ok, but after so much hair product it's always difficult to see until you wash it yourself. The next day I woke up horrified... I have had to take photos of how bad a cut she has given me, one side is higher up than the other, there are strands of hair around my ear from when it was longer, the other other side looks as though she has nibbled at it with blunt scissors and the back looks like a child has done it! On top I have a bunch of hair on one side that she was trying to hair dryer into place but you can now see shouldn't have been left. I have had to book another appointment somewhere else to get this fixed the best I can! But I would warn anyone considering going to this salon to think twice before doing so and research other options! I am so angry about what i have been left with!! The one good thing is that I was refunded the full amount and now am off to get my hair fixed somewhere else.
