As soon as you walk through the door your coat is taken straight away and you are offered a drink. I have had quite a few different stylists cut my hair, and they have all been terrific. I normally go for a cut and colour on every visit and i am always very happy with the outcome. They take the town to sit with you and help you decide what you want done, and choose the colour that is just right for your hair. The prices are very reasonable, but its definitely not cheap. A cut and colour will set you back around £90. I am always very happy to pay that because the service is great and because i only go once every 6 weeks. The two girls that work there are so helpful if you want a funky or classic style they'll know just the thing. They will talk you through your treatment first to make sure you both fully understand and to make sure you get everything you need. It's always a nice bubbly environment and have a wide selction of hair products to sell or try on offer should you takee a fancy to them. The staff will do their best to give you an appointment as soon as possible, but they are popular and seem to get lots of bookings. I have never left there disappointed with cut, colour or service. The staff listen to what you want, make sure that they are clear on that and give good advice as to what will work for your hair. They don't try to sell you anything or get you to spend more than you intend and they will tell you if something won't work for your hair and some up with suggestions and alternatives.
