"That's ok" I say "I'll have another stylist" "No you can't" I'm told "it has to be Vicky but she's away, or you'll have to pay full price" Bearing in mind that Vicky is a senior stylist and I wasn't bother about having a beginner or anything in between! New girl on phone was very polite but the receptionist in background sounded so grumpy. I am away on holiday the following week so there was no movement for me, but they were not willing to offer me another stylist as one was on holiday... Wow what great customer service!!!

I go for regular 5-weekly colours and trims, and other times just for styling for occasions, and I have never been disappointed. It has reached the point where it is almost like a family event to me. The staff seem to know me so well, what I drink, how often I drink it and whether I take sugar or not! And they keep me in regular supply!

I have always been pleased with my hair although the cost is in my opinion expensive. My colour and cut usually cost me approx £50 - £70 depending on how much colour I need. This hairdressers is situation near Gravesend Station and until recently took up two shop spaces. However they have recently rented one of their shops. The only downside to this hairdressers in the turnover. I have my hair treated every six months but usually see a new hairdresser as the previous one had left. Howwever, in my experience this seem to be the case in a lot of hairdressers.

The hairdresser was very friendly and listened to what I wanted done to my hair and actually followed what I wanted instead of doing what she thought best. There was lots of hair magazines for me to look through to see if I wanted a style change. The hair wash was extremely thorough and I received a few minute head massage after which was very nice. There was a selection of products on sale which were at very reasonable prices. I would return to this hairdressers.
