I'll probably stay here forever and recommend them to everyone. The office is clean, upscale, the fountain is my favorite, honest, and they never try to upsell unnecessary treatments. They simply take care of you. Everyone on the staff is incredibly kind, gentle, and patient, which makes a huge difference for someone like me who gets nervous about dental visits. What really stands out is how much they genuinely care about their patients. They've even given my teenage boys life advice during visits. You're not just a number here--they truly get to know you. If you ever have to wait for a specialist, it's because some travel in from out of state. I've always appreciated their transparency and patience with scheduling. In the past 8 months, I've had three fillings, a root canal (with a referral), and a completed repair with Dr. Mola. I also go in every three months for cleanings to stay on track, even though my insurance only covers two per year. On the day of my root canal treatment I was nervous and the staff helped allay any concerns I had. We had decided that nitrous oxide would be appropriate for my treatment. The treatment was uneventful and painless for me which is great news for me. I would recommend Dr Jaber and his team to anyone needing Endodontic Therapy.

I had experienced consistent communication and was made comfortable and at ease before, during, and after the treatment. Before leaving the office after my first treatment, she took time to explain the next process. I received small packets of medicine to ensure I had what I needed while waiting for the prescribed medicine. Surprisingly, the following day I got a text from the office checking how I was doing. During my second treatment I receive the same kind of excellent customer service from doc and her entire team. The office is so nice and the longer I stayed there the less nervous I was. I have to say, this was probably the most gentlest root canal I've had. I've had many dental procedures throughout my lifetime and even when she was injecting the area, I really couldn't feel it that much compared to other dentists I have seen in the past. The only downer about the whole root canal is I wish I wasn't having one so that I could've participated in chatting with Amy and Dr. Chang. LOL This is an A++++++ office. Do not hesitate to get a root canal here, if you need one! Just a little warning for people out there: my appointment was in the afternoon between 130 - 2PM and although they have parking, which is shared with other offices in the building, it was still difficult to find a spot. The issue seems to be that patients who go to this building use up two parking spots to park one car. To top it off, the parking spots are somewhat small and meant for compact cars. Of course, it seems everybody drives SUVs, so you can see how that can be a problem. I would strongly suggest to people to maybe get an appointment first thing in the morning -- maybe it will be less crowded??

The receptionist said they called and I did get a call but I was behind the wheel. They didn't even bother to call more than one time and didn't leave a message. What ever number they used was the not the number listed on the yelp page. The weather was raining cats and dogs and parking is a nightmare. I rescheduled but not looking forward to it. I recommend getting better receptionist that has common sense. If their canceling sooner, try to call more than once cause the patient is driving to the destination.

First, he could not explain a procedure that I wanted more detail about. He didn't give me enough pain medication, felt the drill a few times and when I told him ... he said that's just my gums! (Excuse me, but is there a separate charge to get those numbed too )... his standard response was "thank you for your patience", but he just kept saying it like a bot ... like he was programmed to say that, but not to take a beat to see if there were concerns ... when there were concerns he just rushed right past them ... he was way to rough! He barely gave his assistant, Frieda (who I loved), enough time to suction me ... while the saliva and tooth particles kept sliding down my throat ... and one time I started gagging and almost as soon as Frieda tried to suction my mouth he says lay back and open your mouth ... but the kicker was when he was about to tell Frieda to go ahead and go to lunch that he could do the rest by himself ... in the middle of the procedure! She said "I'm fine staying", because she could see how anxious that made me ... but he instead began to insist that she go! When I said I preferred that she stayed, he started arguing with me saying that is the way it's done and at 12p they go to lunch ... to which I responded that he shouldn't have started the procedure if he didn't have enough time, and that arguing with me in the middle of the procedure made me nervous. She, thankfully, stayed ... but i DO NOT see how he could have managed alone, given the amount of assistance that was needed moving forward. I could not wait to get out of that chair! He kept saying that everything looked good as he finished ... and sitting here, 2 hours after the procedure ... I know that isn't true! I can still feel the rough, messy bonding that he did, gripping to the side of my tooth, and feels like he may have nicked the side of my tongue with his drill! I'm not saying that you should not give that dental office a try ... just don't use him ... just don't!

There were two office visits: initial consultation and root canal procedure. After the x-rays were taken, Dr. Chalmers gave an explanation of the procedure to be done. The procedure was done the next day. My mom was highly satisfied having had the procedure done. The office staff (Lorena and Olga) and the dental assistants were all very caring, patient, pleasant, and friendly. In fact, I received a call the next day asking about my mom's current pain level.
