I originally requested a specific appointment day, but they were fully booked, so I asked to be added to the cancellation list. I didn't expect much, but they actually followed through and called me when something opened up -- that small act alone made me feel like they truly care about their patients. As someone who works Monday through Friday, their schedule is a huge plus. They open as early as 7:30 AM, they're even open during my lunch hour at 12 PM, and they offer one Saturday each month, which makes getting care so much easier and less stressful. I have pretty significant dental anxiety, so going to the dentist is never easy for me. From the moment I walked in, though, I felt understood instead of judged. The first visit focused on X-rays and high-tech photos, and everything felt very thorough and thoughtful -- like they genuinely care about the health of your teeth rather than just rushing you through. My hygienist, Angela, was incredibly kind and personable and made me feel comfortable almost immediately. Dr. Shaghasi also took the time to talk with me and reassure me that my fears were completely valid. That meant more to me than I can explain. She took x-rays and was able to diagnose why the crown cracked and proceeded to explain thoroughly what was needed to be done to prevent a similar problem with the crown in the future. Of course, the crown had to be replaced. Dr. Pham is a very caring dentist and even texted me the next day after a previous appointment with her. I wish I could give zero stars. My husband had a terrible experience with this dental office--they…read moreare incompetent and push unnecessary procedures. He emailed and called multiple times to get his dental X-rays but received no response. When he finally reached them, they didn't even send all his records, forcing his new dentist to take a new set. They also recommended numerous inlays and fillings, which we now realize were unnecessary--another dentist confirmed this. He did get one onlay done with them, but it fell off just four months later. When we called their emergency line on a Saturday, no one even responded or followed up even days later. The onlay cracked a few days later. Another dentist confirmed that putting an onlay on a molar is generally bad practice for someone who grinds and it's inevitable for the onlay to crack. Even the process of getting the onlay was a nightmare--every appointment was delayed, and their poor technique made the procedure take much longer than necessary. Now, because of their incompetence, a larger part of his tooth has been removed unnecessarily, and the onlay is cracked. This entire experience has been disappointing, frustrating, and expensive.

This and that room not working in addition they didn't have enough materials to do fillings. The dentists look lost. The manager has poor adequacy. I passed by a room that was full of garbage. I instantly felt uncomfortable as I sat on the chair looked over into the suctions dried blood all on the rim. My stomach turned and I was ready to vomit all over the place. I excused myself and ran out of that place. Never looked back and never answered their phone call. I filed a complaint with couple departments. That office is in no shape or form to conduct business. Everyone needs trainking and a background check!!. SAVE YOUR SELF'S!!
