It was all installed in the mid-1990s and would be difficult to repair due to obsolescence. It was overwhelming to think about and we just kept putting it off. Thankfully, we crossed paths with Kyle and Fellowship Plumbing & Mechanical. He drove all the way over to our home and took the time to give us a candid, detailed assessment of the house's plumbing and recommendations for what should be updated. Kyle's knowledge and passion was re-assuring and convinced us that the time was now to take the plunge, and it was a great decision. The quality of Kyle's work is tremendous and now it feels like we moved into a whole new home. Nothing like turning the faucet on and seeing clear, filtered water come out. On top of that, his pricing is very reasonable along with the monthly financing, which made this a much more manageable investment. The business office was very pleasant to deal with as Cheryl was very professional and accommodating to our needs and preferences as customers. She was on top of everything and very timely in all of her responses to our communications. Fellowship Plumbing & Mechanical gets two thumbs up from us. Thanks Kyle and Cheryl!

It is unfortunate that I can't give negative rating. It has been a true disaster! Kyle suggested…read morereplacing a faucet that was leaking in one of the bathrooms, but not only he did not complete the job, he displaced the vanity top, broke the mirror of the medicine cabinet above the vanity cabinet, and cut the faucet in half in unsuccessful attempt to take it out. Then Kyle changed me $175 to change the water stops as he could not figure out how to turn them to cut the water supply, so I could have water in the rest of the house. He promised to come back and fix everything he broke, but he stopped responding to my texts and phone calls. I had to hire a different plumber who got everything fixed what Kyle broke. Hope this review will help you make the right decision and stay away from Kyle Home Improvement (which should be renamed to Kyle Home Destruction )

I cannot offer enough praise about the quality of their work. If you have any plumbing problem, call CJ's--you will not be disappointed. CJ's offered a quote and stuck to it--they said the job would take two days and that's what it took. You don't want surprises in contracting, and we had none. CJ's will also go above and beyond. As we had water damage from our plumbing failure, we had to replace floorboards. CJ's took care of it and we did not have to hire another contractor/carpenter. Our bathroom floor and walls were disgusting due to damage from the aforementioned water failure, and CJ's cleaned those as well. CJ's plumbers were also friendly, professional, and confident. They were willing to work around our schedule and agreed to come while we took a brief, two-day vacation. We came home and couldn't be happier. Please use them!

The tech came…read moreout, reset a button on the boiler, and left without identifying the underlying cause of the problem. The technician's only action was to reset a button on the boiler. No root cause was identified, no diagnosis was provided, and the exact same problem returned shortly after the tech left. I called back immediately and only receptionist would speak to me and said nothing could be done as it was the weekend and no management was available....UNACCEPTABLE. As a result, my household was left without hot water for the entire weekend! What is MOST frustrating is they charge a non-refundable diagnostic/scheduling fee and state that the purpose of the visit is to inspect, diagnose, and provide solutions. I expected a professional diagnosis and repair, not a temporary reset that failed almost immediately!

What can I say about Anne the Plumber? I am so happy with their integrity, knowledge and the level…read moreof service. The work was thoughtful, creative and expertly done. What is truly impressive is the time they spent with me explaining the nature of the plumbing problem and its solutions, even before the job began. From the beginning of the job to end, Anne the Plumber took meticulous care and I felt as if it were the most important project that they were doing that day. And, it was not a simple job, like a leaky faucet, it was a complicated job. They had to literally build piping for a washer and dryer that had no infrastructure already in place. The money I spent was worth every penny. I will only use Anne the Plumber for my own condo, and my building has used them as well, with excellent results.

In all three cases they showed up on time an the jobs were completed in what I would consider to be a timely manner. Not too much keeping this from a 5 star review other than the prices being on the high side for the toilet repairs. In the past two trips, I spent over $600. I could have a brand new toilet in place for that amount. The tech who came on the last trip did give some good advice to prevent the problem from re-occurring. I would certainly consider them again, but hope I won't need their services for awhile.
