We have two and a half bathrooms, so I decided to have all three flappers replaced in order to avoid future problems. Nick insisted on inspecting all three toilets before starting. Nick also stated that any repairs would not be guaranteed. That should have been a tip off. By the time he finished, two of the toilets were replaced and one was repaired. The bill was $3906 Instead of a couple of hundred dollars. Since I'm 90, I've gotten a bit slow but at least I don't fall for the internet scams.

Joe and his crew are AMAZING! We purchased a new house in Providence and IMMEDIATELY discovered…read morethat everything we flushed, showered, etc. was being backed up into our brand new finished basement. We discovered this on a Sunday evening. Joe became our plumber that night because he made himself available to come out the following morning. And he arrived on time. What he found was a catastrophe that involved a crew to rip out a whole section of sidewalk in front of our house to clear the several feet of city tree branch that had grown into our pipes. He got the right people in to do that job, was onsite to oversee it throughout, and he fixed a few other plumbing hiccups during the interim and even offered to install the new toilet seats we had sitting in their boxes while his excavation guys were doing their thing.
