After getting several estimates, we called IM Landscaping and spoke to Freddy. He was able to come to our home and give us an estimate to do the work, which was fair and reasonable. Freddy and his team arrived early the next morning. I loved the fact that they were very thorough in removing the weeds, digging deep to get the root balls out. After that, they power washed the entire patio, even behind the condenser. Everything was so fresh and clean!! Due to the rain forecast, Freddy thought it best to make sure the stones were thoroughly dry before he installed the sand. He returned the following week and completed the work. What I mistook as unwillingness or undo delay to complete some trimming work, was actually McKinney applying their knowledge of this craft and understanding that the trimming of my rose bushes would have possibly killed them all (based on the time of year and the fact that the flowers were in full bloom). What I mistook as them not doing the job in a timely fashion was infact them, surveying the situation and electing to do the work in the Fall to ensure the heath and life of the bushes..Once I was educated in the matter (I clearly don't have a Green Thumb), I understand and will be using McKinney at the appropriate time. The list is long and once we noticed all the issues, he went MIA. We brought it to Octavio's attention through contact with multiple e-mails and phone calls and since last year, he has totally ignored us. The blue stone pieces set in dust were so small ( scraps from someone else's job ) of the stoop that they shifted whenever walked on. The front porch steps were only cemented around the perimeter. In a year they all slid off. He also did by blues tone walkway. He used undersized scraps of blue stone from other jobs and set them in stone dust. They were so small and unstable that they began to shift out of place after the very first winter. And I guarantee I'm not the only one he ripped off. BUYER BEWARE!!!
