My home warranty company, American Home Warranty, recommended this company to fix a leaky kitchen sink. The first problem was trying to schedule the appointment as they made every excuse in the book for why their technician repeatedly kept failing to keep a scheduled appointment or call to let me know they were not going to show when they said they would. When we finally did get an appointment confirmed, the technician Chris drove up in a small car with no signage indicating he was sent from a professional plumbing repair company. He did not arrive with a professional tool box. He rolled in with a screwdriver and a chip on his shoulder. As it turns out, looks were not deceiving at all. There was nothing professional about his service. After complaining about how the plumbing in my fairly new build construction was installed improperly, he claims he fixed the leak but that his repair might last up to a year and it would have to be repaired again. When I asked what could be done to repair it on a more permanent basis he then suggested that I would have to pay $300 out of pocket as such a repair would not be covered by insurance. When I called my insurance company immediately after he left, the insurance company said they would of course cover the cost of a long term replacement of the broken pipe if the technician was unable to repair the leak. The very next day I noticed that the leaky pipe Chris the "so-called" technician supposedly fixed was leaking again. When I contacted Tri County Plumbing that day to let them know the pipe was still leaking, Chris answered and immediately got extremely defensive, touting his years of so called experience and that he was not going to argue with me about the still leaking pipes (mind you I had not argued at all at this point, I simply told him his repair job obviously did not work). He then yelled that I needed to find a new plumber and he HUNG UP ON ME. I have never in my life been so rudely treated by someone who purports to be a professional service technician. I agree with the one other reviewer who said they deserve less than one star. Please do yourself a favor -if you ever have any plumbing needs DO NOT CALL THESE INCOMPETENT, CHILDISH AND RUDE FOOLS.

Once he did get the leaves up, I sent him a text telling him we would like to hire him again for masonry work. He wasted our time by saying he would come and look and give us and estimate for the work. During the visit he seemed to be trying to deter us from the job, as if we weren't going to pay him enough. He said things like "Oh, but this job is a big job and costs more money!" lol. My husband and I own 3 houses between Middletown, NY and Bronx, NY, we didn't care about how much extra the job would cost and I told him to just give us an estimate, don't worry about price. The next day I get a text from Alejandro saying that he can't do any of our work because he has no time and has other jobs. Okay fine, then why the horse and pony show during the estimate? Why even bother coming to give an estimate if he was overbooked? Thankfully, we found 2 other Landscapers who were overjoyed make some good money for once. When I texted Alejandro to tell him it was okay, that we found someone else who wanted the jobs, he sent me the text I screenshot here. He thinks he did us a FAVOR, when in fact, he just low-balled himself out of making more money. He didn't even FINISH the spring cleaning job, all he did was remove the leaves! He was supposed to trim shrubs, mow lawn, plant some bulbs, and weed the yard!. Had he been business savvy and said "Hey, I'm going to have to charge you an extra $$$ because I underestimated the amount of leaves in your yard", we would have gladly paid him more. But he said nothing until he sent this text to me. When he came to give the estimate for the masonry he also kept telling me how we paid him cash last time (at HIS suggestion so he wouldn't have to pay taxes on it) but this time he would have to charge us tax because he got into trouble because some other client reported his income! Still, I said fine, we will pay whatever tax you want. If he had a REAL staff instead of one (1) person doing everything. He showed up with a woman (probably his poor tired wife), and she worked with him in the yard all day! This man is rude and disrespectful when things don't go his way. Buyer beware - Hire elsewhere! NOTE: He has since shared my personal address AND name on his website in an effort to try an intimidate me because he didn't like my review. I am looking into suing him. He has also posted lies on Google accusing us of animal cruelty (which is a crime), and saying we had animal feces all over the house. This man was NEVER in the house except for the basement & garage to get an estimate on work. He has NO idea what the inside of our home is like. He also said I was Haitian, I never EVER told him this so I'm wondering why he lies so much. Sounds like he stalked my truck and saw a Haiti head rest cover I was given. He also lied on my husband who is a NYC Police Officer. This man is a liar and pure evil. He told lies and then contradicted his own lies. I have the proof.

There was an outlet, and the things I needed to plug into the outlet weren't exactly lining up. I requested a quote from a few different electricians in the area, and Kevin Harrington... 1. Responded instantly to ask for more details. I really appreciate a quick response, and I'm assuming you do too because who likes having to wait around? 2. After he got said details, quoted me the (what I now know is a fair) price of $162.19. That's also obviously incredibly precise, as it was right down to the cent after tax, and I like that too, because I want to know how much I'm going to pay. 3. Requested a few more details and photos so as not to waste either of our time when he showed up to do the work. Warned me that if a few things were the case in an old building, it could run me a little bit more than the initial quote. 4. Showed up on time, fixed the issue quickly and efficiently, and then billed me $30 LESS than the original quote, since the job was easier than he expected. Believe me when I tell you that I would not have had the slightest clue if he charged me the original price. But he was honest enough to charge me what he thought the job was worth. I like that. And you know what? I'm gonna call him next time I have an electrical issue.
