We drove 20 minutes to get here. In google it shows the store closes at 4:00pm we arrived at 3:40pm. Store was completely empty, lady just said they were closed. Sadly they lost a prospect customer. Wednesday afternoon I'm calling places and Tommy's was the only place that gave me hope! We went in Thursday afternoon and walked out with his entire outfit...shoes and all. The customer service is amazing and they did a great job with tailoring on the spot. Thank goodness all he needed was a pant hem adjustment! The shop was packed with middle school and high school boys picking up and/or getting fitted for prom so understandably there was a wait, but when it was our turn there is no feeling of being rushed or short changed on quality. Amazing customer service! We walked in and were greeted nicely, the girl was friendly, able to answer all our questions with details. She measured my son and even called the other store to make sure they had jackets in the sizes we needed to try on before going there. Tommy's Tuxedos could be described as a tremendous disappointment. The day of the wedding arrived and my husband's suit (groomsman) was still not ready to be picked up. The manager was not available on this day nor was she answering her employee's phone calls, leaving her employee in a tough position. Three hours before the wedding he received his suit and it was not tailored correctly. After having to pay almost $200 we were truly disappointed that we had received such poor service. Went in today for my fiancé's tuxedo consult & im very happy with how the visit went. No appointments required just walk in. We went on a Saturday afternoon & the store was empty which was nice. Cat was able to show us the tuxedo we came to see in person. She was patient and answered all of my questions. My fiancé was able to try on the entire tuxedo (shirt, pants, bow tie, jacket) so that I could see the final look. In order to reserve a tux you could either pay the full balance or 50%. Tuxedo includes everything (even suspenders...vest) You then pick up your tux 3 days before event date and any alterations you need made will be done that same day. Used Tonmys tuxedos in PSN for our wedding. At pick up, it didn't fit my son. They also didn't put his vest or bow tie in the bag and we discovered it when getting dressed an hour before the wedding. We ended up taking the ring boy's bow tie which was small and therefore the ring boy didn't have a bow tie. Buy worst of all.. the groom's was also missing his vest & bow tie. They didn't even want to give us a discount for their huge mistake. I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else so be careful. We will forever look at our pictures and be disappointed. read more

The picture should say it all. I found my suit this way 3 hours before a wedding. They assured me that the suit was ready. The shoes were also incredibly uncomfortable and caused pain so bad, I was unable to sleep for two hours after the event. My shirt was also packed with a dirty collar and dirty cuffs. read more

Rented a communion suit and they gave me a smaller shirt, used shoes that looked like they were 10 yrs old, a miss matched belt, and horrible pants. I will never go to this place again. When I went to pick up the suit, and I walked in,the lady that had originally helped us just dashed to back to hide behind the walls and someone else attended me. I trusted that everything would be good especially after going already once. I'm not one to do this type of action but, I turned to you guys so I can avoid going through the hassle. I found myself straggling around town looking for shoes belt and a shirt that would fit. So I will call back and I will take you up on the refund offer because I feel like I didn't get what I paid for. I will however commend you for reaching out and offering a refund. I've been to a few Taylor's over the years and I have to say she's has to be the best by far, makes you look like a million bucks. Ok so we went in one day and asked for a tuxe they didn't have to color ok so no prob they will order it waited two weeks then finally got a call telling me she came in late so she missed the delivery so I would have to wait another week ok no prob. Finally went in and tried to suit on it was ok but looked a little on the cheap side went to take the pants off and the waist strapp gave out and broke showed her what happens and right away she said we had to pay for them guess how much $83 dollars for a strap on a pants suit wow never again will I ever show my face in that place read more

I sent my brother here to get a Tuxedo for my wedding and it was terrible. Contrary to many of the reviews, the women helping him had no idea what she was doing, she was unsure of the answers she gave him, and she made him wait almost an hour after his appointment to assist him. They do not have a variety or Tuxedos. They are all the same and made out of wool. I do not recommend this place. read more

What a selection!!! There are so many options and color combinations for an amazing price of $170. Plus you have the one-on-one attention of Elio's knowledge and experience. I can't say enough about how happy I am with Tommy's tuxedos! We had gone to two other very well known (MW) tuxedo rental stores and they had no selection other than your basic styles and were charging $250. They said that the tuxedo that my fiance wanted which was blue with black lapels would cost $900 as a custom order. Then we went to Tommy's and Elio showed us two different shades of blue tuxedos with black lapels and told us that we could choose the pant color (black or blue) and the shirt color.
