I've gone to that car wash eight times total and last five years and four out of those eight times I've left that car wash dealing with front tire issues and I'm not entirely sure why that is, I think it's maybe how the workers inside of that place instructed me to drive up to where the tires get locked in and then I put the car in neutral but I just got this car that I drive now and now I have to make sure I take it to get realigned because if I don't, my tires will be uneven when I drive and it'll fuck up my tires. We drive out there (half hour from home), and thankfully he was there. When I walked in, he was dumbfounded as to why I was there. I had everything all set and messages in Messenger. He said he had to work his other job as he got scheduled. Well, you couldn't give me a call? A text? Let me know before I drive all the way out there to drop it off. So if I had dropped it off, I would have waited and waited ALL DAY, and not been able to get in touch with anyone. It would have sat with no communication. Nor did he even offer me anything off for another time, and hardly an apology. Lots of excuses though!!! Do not go here!
