First and foremost, the two guys working there today where very helpful and super friendly. That just isn't expected at a car wash! Because this is an express, you pay at a drive through machine outside. I was having a problem with the payment, and a guy came running out to help. Inside, the guy spraying my car told me to have a great day... twice! Little things like this makes me as a customer feel pretty good.... And willing to go back! Next, the place is pretty new, clean, and has free vacuums available. All a big thumbs up.

I haven't been there in a while, so I decided to buy a 4-pack of their Royal Wash service. The first one was great. I decided to bring my other car in the next day. I drove 30+ minutes to get there only to be greeted by a "Car wash Closed" sign. So, I called and Rod answered. He told me the car wash is closed due to bad weather. It's not even sprinkling out. It's barely "misting". I explained that I had just driven 30+ minutes and everywhere online still says they are "open" and nowhere on their site did it say they close whenever it's even misting outside. He didn't care one bit. I would have been frustrated, but would have taken it a little easier if his attitude was better. He didn't apologize, he had a "yep, we're closed, deal with it" attitude. Then he hung up on me. I called back and told him I didn't appreciate getting hung up on, and he continued with his attitude and kept repeating in a monotone/condescending voice, "how can I help you, sir?". I will be contacting the owners to get a refund on these prepaid washes. What good are they if you can't use them? If they don't refund me, I'll have to submit a chargeback on my credit card. Unless they make things right with me, I will not be going back. Rod single-handedly killed a once loyal customer. --- Update: Melissa, one of the owners of Clear Water called me and made everything right. She apologized and was open to other feedback. She also offered to send me a gift card for the troubles. Although it shouldn't have happened in the first place, they responded very professionally, and I will definitely be giving them another shot. I am updating my review rating based on the way they handled things. Thanks for reaching out, Melissa.

I get home 25 minutes away, open the hatch and the back wasn't even vacuumed, back seat wasn't wiped down. I can be understanding if it was real busy but it wasn't. That means that the people who checked me in and are supposed to do the vacuuming and the people who dry the car and wash the interior windows missed it too. When you pay over $30 for a wash you expect better and I should be able to have confidence it would be done correctly. Almost all the workers were kids maybe there needs to be more supervision. Maybe I'll have to start going to PDQ.

I trust their experience and honesty, and tend to go there before I go to a dealership. Regarding tires: CarX is my #1 choice for tires. Best pricing, selection, and after-care. My wife and I travel quite a bit, and the Monro network of stores (over 1,300) has taken care of us no matter which state we are in. Regarding suspension, brakes and mufflers: I like the reliable diagnosis, fixed pricing, and guaranteed parts and labor. Again, nationwide network. Can't beat it. John - Ripon, WI

I have been using B&K Auto Enhancement for a few years, and each time I am completely amazed at the transformation of my vehicle. My latest visit was with my 6 year old GMC pick-up truck. Honestly, it looks like a new truck! Not one white spec of dust or dirt in my black interior, every bit of chrome shines as if it was new.....including the underside of my round nerf step bars. Bugs and other junk that I haven't been able to get off the grille are gone. Cup holders look like they have been replaced. The seats, headliner and door panels all look like new. The wheel wells have been cleaned and look like new. Exterior was clay-barred and waxed. People I don't even know have commented on my "new" truck, asking if it's a 2020 or a 2021. It's 6 years old and has almost 100,00 miles on it! And last but not least, the folks at B&K are as courteous as they are professional. Always saying, before I leave, "if there's anything we missed or if you have any concerns, just bring it back and we'll take care of it for you." I don't generally write reviews, because I expect good service from businesses I visit. But B&K goes above and beyond. More businesses should follow their example. Thank you B&K Auto Enhancement!
