It's fine for a little road dust or some rain spots, but to get a card actually clean, go someplace else. Something else that I didn't like is how the new payment system works (or in this case, doesn't work). You like up in either of two lanes, and then proceed through a couple of gates. The problem is, if you get behind a car that is paying with a credit card or cash, the lane comes to a complete stand-still and it can take several minutes for a person to get through. To make things even more frustrating, the lane with the most cars with automatic codes can move much more quickly, so cars that enter much later than you do can slip ahead of you depending on which lane you're in. And finally, when I asked the person guiding cars into the wash if she could please use the spray hose to wash the bird droppings off of my window she informed me that they no longer have that ability. So when I asked her how to get the stubborn bird crap off my car she said: "I have no idea, just keep going through the wash until it's gone I guess." I miss car washes that actually get a car clean.

He said he had to work his other job as he got scheduled. Well, you couldn't give me a call? A text? Let me know before I drive all the way out there to drop it off. So if I had dropped it off, I would have waited and waited ALL DAY, and not been able to get in touch with anyone. It would have sat with no communication.
