I think there are maybe 2 employees doing the body work and they have 10 cars to be finished in the parking lot. Go to Holiday or Jeeps in the Fond du Lac area, avoid this place.

His estimate was as close to the actual price as he could get it by including things that couldn't be seen but likely needed to be fixed. Whoever was out front always was able to answer my questions about why something needed to be fixed and even were able to help me with what to do for insurance. They took care as much as they could for me. I felt so lucky and less stressed. When it was done (within a week and a half since the crash), it ran great (and still does) and they even figured out that whoever fixed my car before I got it hooked up my A/C backwards. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. They help as much as they can, are friendly, and quick.

Un- real. I bought my car like two months ago. Took it in this week because the check engine light…read morehas been on. So I call to bring it in and the guy tells me two weeks. I reach out to the gentlemen who sold the vehicle to me and he got me in the same day with a loaner. Fast forward 4 hours to find out the new 2017 Ford Edge sport I bought needs a brand new engine. "Luckily for me I bought the water ty (3000.00) and it will only cost me "100.00" for the deductible. I said I would like a new car and to look into a bigger model , well golly gee in 2 months my car is worth 7,000 dollars less. Yea, not happening. The trade in I got for my Durango was 2,000 less than it should have been and they sold it For a pretty penny. When I took my 2015 Durango in they tried to charge me 2 times for diagnostics. This place is absolutely horrible, I had bought every vehicle I owned from here and the last two should have never happened. Shame on me. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a vehicle, my sisters escape was in 7 times the first year she bought it. Don't waste your energy here.
