Shopping Experience at Nordstrom Racks…read more I am not a shopper! I don't enjoy walking from store to store in search of specific things or gifts, especially during the holidays! I want to walk into no more than three or four stores, get everything I need, and be done with it. That said, I enjoy walking through my favorite stores and checking out the goods without any specific purchase in mind. Sometimes, I find something I wasn't planning to buy, but I realize it could help me or make someone close to me very happy. I know this sounds confusing, but I think you get what I mean! Anyway, Nordstrom Racks is one of the stores I enjoy walking through. They are organized and carry well-known brands, which is not as important to me as it is to many others. This specific location is one of those stores that we visit often, and I have found and bought many items here. The staff has been helpful whenever I needed help, and we've never had any issues shopping here. The prices for certain items may be somewhat higher here than some other comparable stores, but if you do not have the time to go from store to store hoping for a better price, then it is worth it. The only drawback is that the racks can get very messy during busy shopping periods like the holiday season. So, it is always best to visit and get what you need before the crowds rush in and mess things up!

I was hoping to find a specific pair of Skechers I had seen online so I could try them on and, if they fit well, purchase them at the same price or lower. When we arrived, I happened to run into a store associate and asked if they carried Skechers. She kindly walked me to the section where they were located and mentioned that they might have a few pairs in their Clearance section at the back of the store. While they did not have the pair I was looking for, I found several other brands, such as Cole Haan and Florsheim, that caught my attention, so I decided to try them on. In the end, we did not make any purchases this time, but we plan to return in a few weeks to see what they have then.

You know right away if the shoe on display has your size by looking down at the inventory stacked below. You won't find the latest greatest models of shoes but you will find something for your feet. Manage expectations. You aren't shopping at Nordstrom or even Neiman Marcus designer shoe parlours. I bought New Balance for my sweet mother in law. Then I bought a pair for my loving husband. They both LOVE their new shoes, the fit, and how it makes their bodies feel. I'm delighted that I have made straightforward no fuss purchases at a great price to persuade both of them to exclusively buy footwear that fits well from day 1 while supporting your body. I knocked off a star because while I do understand their great prices are due to self service and not stocking the latest style. I wanted the latest style New Balance like mine from Nordstrom. I was too lazy to drive to Nordstrom Corte Madera when I also wanted to take my MIL clothes shopping at the lovely Vintage Mall. They have different inventory online vs in person at this location so do check there as well. Lots of parking, easy try on and purchase, friendly staff, easy return/exchange. Get you a pair of shoes that make your body feel good.

They each had a yellowish white spot near the shoulder. At first we were offered 40% discount on FUTURE purchases. After talking with the Manager of customer service we were given an additional 20% off the purchase of these shirts. I had purchased these off the internet with an initiall 20%, so yes, her total offer was 40% off. My friend kept his shirt, as it was dark colored and his wife thought she might be able to get the grease out. If she could not, it was near the bottom and he could tuck the shirt in. My husband's shirt was lighter color and I did not want to attempt to get a grease spot out of a $100.00 shirt, so it was returned. Sadly, both men loved the beautiful shirts and they fit well. But I could not wrap my head around both shirts being stained in near the same spots. The only thing that comes to mind is that they may have been stained in the packing process. ie, was a machine recently oiled, etc. Not happy with the way the claim was initially handled, why would I want 40% off a Future order, I highly doubt there will be any future orders.

I need to go check to see if this is the right price." Implying that I switched the tags!!! She walked up to the manager, they picked at the tag and talked for a minute. Then they looked it up on the computer and found that it was a return from the online store. This whole time I'm seething - first of all, I came during my lunch break to shop here because I love the stuff they have and every once in a while, I can find a great item like this on clearance. That's what Marshalls is all about! I am a person of color and based on the way I was treated at this store today, I can tell you right now there is prejudice and racism here and it will result in a really uncomfortable check-out experience when the "deal is too good." She came back and explained that it was an online order and sometimes they never know about the price.... never once apologizing for making me feel like a thief. The right thing to do when someone is checking out with a great item on clearance is "wow! what a great find! congrats!" NOT "um.. let me make sure this is the right price because we think you look like a thief and this should cost more." I am boycotting this store and taking my business to Target, Old Navy, or Nordstrom Rack in the same complex. The cashier was a woman of caucasian descent, older (maybe 60-75 years old), short stature, and with glasses. She was cashier #1 today at noon on September 29, 2026. If Marshall wants to give her some sensitive training, anti-racism training, or general re-training - that would be great for the very large community of people of color who shop here. Thanks.

Fabletics is and particularly the VIP program and returns and customer service... horrible…read more I clicked on something to buy it cheap and was signed on without my awareness to a $59 monthly charge i was not even aware of. I received some bras that were fine and this outdoor jacket for 23 dollars that didn't fit right. At this point I engaged in a roughly 1.5 month struggle that time added up I probably spent 8-10 of the hours I usually earn 80 dollars for each one worked to try to return a 23 dollar jacket. I was sent a QR code. The customer service person said to bring it to USPS. I brought it there. They said no. I forgot about it and some time went by. I tried again at UPS and it wasn't the right UPS. Sad and demoralized, i gave up for a while and tried again. The code was out of date. I call customer servIce repeatedly and there were 200 - 250 ppl ahead of me?!?! I opt to hang up and get a call back and nobody calls back. I finally got a hold of a human again. She said she would extend the code . She sent me a new one. I went to the "Happy Retirns" location, how ironic.. it didn't work again the same day she updated it and emailed me the updated code?!?! I gave up and am looking for someone to give the jacket away too so I don't have to look at it anymore. Then the dreaded moment came; having to go on the website and use up the VIP points I I never wanted, and that by the way have no basis in actual value?!?! I could get a $99 outfit for a $59.99 VIP point (you get one point for 59.99) OR a $12 bra?!?! Please. Further, these much touted "outfits"?!?! Who throws these things together? They are mostly designed to look like mismatched workout clothes for women who want to pretend they're busy and just threw together some separates. Fableitcs is saying "to all you women who just can't figure out how to dress yourself to pretend you're fresh out of a workout, just wear these, Honey. There. There." Pathetic. I look through each and every "outfit" the customer service lady convinced me so effectively were worth me not deleting the VIP account and monthly charge. I couldn't find 1 (one) outfit that I looked at and made me think "hmm. There's an outfit!" Fabletics is targeting a uniquely vulnerable cash conscious woman who wants to look like she spent 200 dollars on athletic gear and to hook her a monthly subscription. Horrible. I deeply regret getting involved with this company and have 1 (one) t-shirt i like.
