Tomato Thyme is solid dining option in the neighborhood. A cozy venue that always seems busy, so I was happy to catch a bar seat. My view was optimal for watching the chefs prepare dishes, which helped me choose... I had a side Caesar to start, and the Whiskey Glazed Salmon for the entree. The salmon was cooked perfect medium (I like it "wet" haha). All of the dishes coming out of the kitchen looked fantastic. If I still lived across the street, I'd visit more often. Bar service from Cameron was worthy!

I love the food at Tomato Thyme. Tonight I had a Thai Steak Salad delivered for dinner and it was wonderful. The salad consisted of arugula, avocado, red onion, cucumbers, tomatoes, and asparagus. The avocado slices were huge and the asparagus was grilled perfectly. The salad came with sliced steak cooked medium rare, as requested. I would have liked a smidge more as the portion seemed small. The dressing was a delicious sesame-ginger vinaigrette. They give you two small containers, but I only needed one. Note: I recently had a Thai steak salad from another Willow Glen restaurant that was incredibly delicious, but they seem to have removed it from the menu. I'm so glad I can still get one at Tomato Thyme.

We came to tomato thyme for date night. It was our first time here. Laura was our waitress she was very friendly and welcoming, shared the food of the day deals. She checked on us just so warm and inviting. She brought us some complementary warmed bread with a side of butter We had the chicken fettuccine with broccoli beyond delicious. It's probably the best fettuccine I've ever had and I've been to a lot of places.. Hubby got the original calzone. I tried that as well very delicious very fresh and hot cooked to perfection. The ambience here was very chill not too noisy. We will definitely come here again. This is a must try.

I was actually surprised I hadn't reviewed Tomato Thyme, but then I realized that I hadn't been there in years. We want on a Friday night for a nice dinner after a work week. They had a summer menu of specials including the delicious Brussels sprouts dish and the prosciutto and pear pizza we ordered. Both were really delicious and fresh. I also got the blueberry mojito from the specials menu which was really good, though I made the mistake of drinking from the top and not from the straw at first, which meant it tasted much stronger on the first sip! We also got the beets salad that had a really delicious dressing. Service was really good. They were good at bringing the complimentary bread and then bringing more bread. They checked on us often to make sure that everything was okay. I will definitely go back sooner, we really enjoyed dinner!

Good variety, tasty food and welcoming atmosphere make this a solid dinner choice. Parking lot was a bit busy (next door gym busy?) but we found a spot and were seated immediately. Service was attentive. Recommend!

Third time back in a month, i keep trying different items. Nothing from this place has disappointed at all, Maybe just the salmon dish For lunch, and the only reason was because I wanted more. Pizza is the best ive had so far in San jose and I only tasted the 5 cheese margarita pizza, the quality of dough can be enjoyed till the final bite the chefs definitely know what they're doing i always look at the bottom of my pizza to determine how clean their oven is. It's a definite pass. And the service is great. They're moving quickly and coming back to check if everything is going good with your meal clean place also even restrooms. can't wait to try the dinner menu. respect for Quality from someone who knows Quality.

I have been coming to Tomato Thyme at least 15 years it's such a beautiful restaurant. The service is always consistent and I always feel right at home . Tonight Ashton was our server he went above expectations for me since I am in the service industry . He greeted my table in a timely matter , brought my amazing raspberry lemon drop promptly. I appreciated that he took my daughter's order first and brought it out which was a chopped salad that she absolutely loves. I appreciate that this restaurant takes allergies very seriously as well. We will most definitely keep coming back .

SKIP IT. No pasta is made here. All store bought. Came in at noon on a Saturday and 100% empty. Took over 10 minutes to get some water or attention. Wanted to try the blood orange cosmopolitan. Just don't do it. Ordered the Chicken Fusilli but asked for angel hair. It came out as a soup. The chicken was freezer burned. No flavor. No fresh Parmesan. Returned it. Tried the crab sandwich. Don't do it. Best part is the French fries. Too much mayonnaise. Onions were two inches long. I felt too bad to return it again. One server was not nice and rolled her eyes more than once. The woman server with glasses was very nice and did most of the work. The reviews talked about bread with the meal, none.

Surprising lack of toppings on the cheese + two toppings pizza but the pesto chicken pizza was loaded. The pasta was only okay, but some in our group loved it. Again the meatball is terrific, but surprisingly they don't offer it as a topping on the pizza. Stromboli was the best I've had. They really filled it up unlike other Italian places. And the pizza was very tasty despite the lack of toppings. SERVICE: Wasn't well packaged. The pasta was so hot the plastic melted (made me a little worried). One pizza box was crushed (but thankfully the pizza was fine). But the portion sizes were very nice. COST: Very reasonable. Definitely affordable. Would give them another chance.

To be honest, when I opened the menu, I thought the price was a bit on the high side, and didn't expect to like it in the "worth it" scale. But hey, for a higher price, they better deliver on the food quality! It most certainly disappoint. The food was amazing. Got the Linguini Fruti Di Mare, the seafood was good quality, the cioppino sauce was intense. It truly is the boss of the sauce. Also ordered the Chicken Marsala, I'm always cautious before ordering because the marsala wine can easily become overwhelming, or the sauce is too sour, or the chicken is tough and dry. I did not hit any of those, but rather, what I got was a few silky smooth and tender pieces of flattened chicken breasts, that is moist and flavorful. The sauce is great too, not to mention the mushroom, that is so fresh and flavorful on its own. Last but not least, their attention to detail went all the way to mashed potato and steamed vegetables. It was truly one of the best. Did I mention the free, fresh baked foccacia? It's among the top 3 I've had in any restaurants, ever. At the end, even it pinches my wallet a bit, it was well worth it. The pizza is always solid, the service has always been friendly, and the vibe at this Campbell location is so much better than the Mountain View one. It's bright, lively, and in a great area for people watching, especially if you grab a seat at the bar. The side windows open up too, which makes it especially nice during the warmer season and gives the whole place a fun, open atmosphere. The whole place just feels inviting and easy to enjoy whether you're meeting friends, grabbing pizza, or just wanting a fun dinner in a good location. It's one of those spots where you can relax, enjoy the energy around you, and have a consistently good time. That said, we decided to branch out and try a different appetizer since we've already tried most of the menu, and the octopus was a HUGE miss. It was $19 for one small tentacle, and for that price it just didn't feel worth it at all. Zazzle at Santana Row is also overpriced, but at least they give you way more octopus and a much bigger tentacle. Honestly, you could probably go to an Asian market, buy a whole octopus for around that price, and grill it yourself. The dish itself was also pretty mid. Not terrible, just not memorable and definitely not worth $19. It felt more like a $10 dish. The puree tasted almost like leftover soup carrot and tomato. So overall, I still really like this place and I'd absolutely come back for the pizza, the other appetizers, the ambience, the location, and the service. Just skip the octopus and stick with what they do best.

The calamari came within five minutes, they were lightly bartered, crispy and succulent. The red sauce the give you is definitely homemade and has a sweet basil forward flavor "sooo good" The fried calzone honestly shocked me, it was basically a whole pizza folded in half, it was huge! The ricotta cheese was a very nice touch it melded well with the basil. (Creamy rich, decadent.) definitely the best calzone I have ever had. The homemade spinach ravioli with wild mushrooms came with a garlic white sauce. The ravioli melts in your mouth with pure decadence, the flavor is simply out of this world. dessert? The carbonara was amazing--served super hot with great flavor and a solid amount of meat. Easily a 10/10. One tip though: eat it while it's hot, because once it cools down, it's not quite the same. The seafood pasta was also a standout. Everything tasted fresh, the flavors were on point, and it felt surprisingly light for a pasta dish. You know how pasta can sometimes feel heavy? This didn't have that at all. Another 10/10. The pesto pasta (a special that day) was just okay for me. It leaned a bit too oily, and the pesto flavor didn't really come through. They added ricotta, which kind of overpowered everything else. I did like the portion and the amount of meat, but overall I'd give it a 7/10. The ambiance was decent--nothing too special, but clean and comfortable. Service was excellent. It felt like a family-run place--three brothers along with their wives and kids--and everyone was super friendly and welcoming. They gave great recommendations and even helped accommodate my mom by seating us closer to the bathroom, which I really appreciated. Just a heads up: it's in downtown Los Gatos, so parking can be a bit tricky since there's no private lot. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place.
