Damage was severe enough that the car had to be towed. Fortunately, no one was injured. Fast forward roughly four weeks and I reclaimed my car today. It was exactly what I expected: impeccably repaired with a paint job--thanks to master painter and WBS owner Danny Avalos, Jr.--that matched the original finish perfectly. My 2012 Honda Odyssey got in back to back minor accidents that created several major repair needs. My lifelong experience in getting car repairs typically resulted in expensive quotes without a lot of detail around what was actually being fixed and why it cost so much. That usually resulted in a shoulder shrug and getting the work done because what other choice do you have. The process with Perfection was easy, detailed and seamless. From giving me a great breakdown where all the damage occurred in the car, why and how they'd repair it, and how they'd take care of all the details with the insurance company. John called with detailed updates regularly and best of all the van hasn't looked this good since we drove it off the lot.
