Unreliable. No-showed THREE times. Was looking to get a tow hitch installed, and sent a query over the weekend. Got a quick response from the owner (Lou) and was told they were available Monday morning in a two-hour window. Took off work Monday morning to wait for them, nobody came. Called the owner, was told there had been some emergency but they would try to come later that day in the evening. He also increased his initial quote by $50. That evening, received a text from Lou saying none of the staff were available, asking to reschedule. Confirmed a new appointment for Wednesday evening. Wednesday rolls around, I get completely ghosted - no response to texts/calls, and nobody shows up at the appointment time. Got my installation done elsewhere. read more

Outstanding! My car wouldn't start and we knew it wasn't the battery. We had someone come out to give us a jump and they said it was a bad starter. I submitted a request for a quote here on Yelp and they were one of the first places to reply. They offered a low price but being mobile made me suspicious we gave them a call. After talking through the issue we were surprised and excited that they could fix the car right where it was. This saved us from having to pay for a tow truck. Also, it was Black Friday and they were able to come to us on Monday morning. We purchased a new starter through Auto Zone (thanks to their Black Friday deal we got 20% off AND free next day delivery!!) The guys arrived 30 mins early!!!! It was amazing how they just lifted up my Honda Civic which had been sitting in my parking lot since Wednesday. It took a few hours but they were able to install the new starter and charge us what they quoted over the phone. We are very happy and impressed! The next time my "city car" (a 2008 Honda Civic) needs something I am definitely going to call Super Mobile Mechanics first. read more

I was suspicious of this concept, but in theory, this sounded great! I inquired through Yelp to a few places and they were one of the first businesses to respond. They were going to come to me. But to my disappointment, no one showed up for the appointment and I didn't even get a phone call. So unfortunately, I can't recommend these mechanics. read more

Had a great experience with these guys. One of my driver's damaged the roof on our 26 footer. They came out the next day and replaced the whole roof. Great work and very fairly priced. I would definitely recommend. read more

Absolutely amazing service. I never ever leave reviews although I've been on Yelp for years, but this company deserves 5 stars. My car stopped accelerating on the highway and shut off so I called triple A. They couldn't fix it and towed it home and the next day I was calling around looking for places that could take my car on a weekend. Most were either closed or wanted me to tow it over to them and then they would take a look and that would mean I'd also have to pay for an Uber. That's when I starting searching up mobile mechanics near me and found Super Mobile Mechanics in the morning and they were there by the afternoon and fixed it within an hour for an extremely affordable price. Having them come to me saved me a lot of time and money and I'm so glad to have gotten lucky by choosing to call these people after my bad luck with my car going out. read more

No rating this business is a scam artist. He will tow your vehicle to his shop, tell you needs minor repair after few day the vehicle is repaired and then surprise with the other work he did but really didn't do it, charge you any way for it, I have to bring it to another mechanic to check if he did what he said that he had done on it , my surprise he scammed me . These Guys are not only fast to respond, but identified and fixed the issue within a few minutes and saved me from having to call a Tow Truck. My Car wasn't starting and I had no way of moving it on my own to a Repair Shop. I call Super Mobile Mechanics and asked for a Quote, to which they replied they were in the area and could just stop by and take a look. A few hours later they arrived and fixed the connections to the Car battery allowing the Car to start right up. I couldn't be happier with the service and will be using them again in the future for any issues where I cannot or do not feel comfortable moving my Car. read more
