I'm not really brand loyal but I do normally frequent newer C-Stores when it comes to pumping gas. Today 87 octane was $2.899 per gallon I pulled in to fuel the Subaru out of curiosity more than anything. I was surprised to find a number of the pumps displayed the famous yellow "out of order" bags over the pumps and the rest had customers either pumping fuel or inside the store so I had to circle the fuel islands several times to get a pump (not the best first experience). Well one finally freed up and I filled up, everything worked fine including the receipt dispenser and the place looked well maintained- I did visit the restroom and it was clean as they stated on their website so they seem to deliver on that promise so except for playing musical chairs at the gas pumps all appears to be okay...

Nan's is small inside but offers so many items. You can find local honey, boiled peanuts, and gator jerky at Nan's. There are also many kinds of sauces, jams ,nuts, and baked goods available as well as a large assortment of snacks and drinks. Many of these products are Amish made. We found several tee shirts and hats at a fairly good price. Typical souvenir items are available as well. There's so many items packed into one store! I saw flags, wind chimes, shell decor, kitchen utensils, sunscreen, and other basic first aid/toiletries. My husband enjoyed the milk shake he ordered. I asked, Ray if I should come back in if I do not use the entire amount? He said yes. Because sometimes it will put it back on your card, and sometimes it willnot. After pumping my gas, he wasn't able to print me a receipt for the $18.01 that I had pumped. But I had my original receipt for the $50 credit I paid him. He then showed me the screen on the register that didn't show my transaction. I had to leave to get to the airport. But I took a picture of the pump, the pump ID number, as well as the name and location of the store. I believe this is some sort of hustle by this guy. I reached out to their corporate offices who are now investigating my case.

I've never had a negative interaction with an employee until today, when the employee Ashley, tried to berate and embarrass me about parking slightly over the white line into another parking spot at the very end of the lot, with only 2 other cars in the lot! I spend my money elsewhere from now on, and I'll be sure to let all of my weekly rental tenants know to avoid this store! Ashley needs better customer service training, or perhaps a new job that doesn't involve dealing directly with the public, since she obviously can't control how she talks to others.
