I'm not really brand loyal but I do normally frequent newer C-Stores when it comes to pumping gas. Today 87 octane was $2.899 per gallon I pulled in to fuel the Subaru out of curiosity more than anything. I was surprised to find a number of the pumps displayed the famous yellow "out of order" bags over the pumps and the rest had customers either pumping fuel or inside the store so I had to circle the fuel islands several times to get a pump (not the best first experience). Well one finally freed up and I filled up, everything worked fine including the receipt dispenser and the place looked well maintained- I did visit the restroom and it was clean as they stated on their website so they seem to deliver on that promise so except for playing musical chairs at the gas pumps all appears to be okay...

Driving on Ferndon Blvd a few days ago I noticed this gas Station with prices that were a little…read morelower (back then I must say since they go up every day now) and decided to fill up and get water at the store. Store looks clean and well organized and there is also an ATM on premises. When leaving town I noticed another Cefco on the South side of Ferndon Blvd with the same prices but I don't recall seeing any of them on the Interstate. Will come back when in town

Tom Thumb is a large convenience store franchise in the Florida Panhandle and surrounding area. This particular tom thumb is next to the corporate headquarters (aka they are being watch and scrutinized MORE than any gas station you can imagine. 2. Even before the recent menu expansion, if you were looking for fried chicken, baby back ribs, potato wedges, or amazing breakfast and sausage link biscuits this place was your go to!! 3. In the last month they have added frappes, smoothies with additional shots of protein or healthy supplements, swirl ice cream and multiple flavors, and coffee options as if they were a coffee shop. This is an experiment by cooperate, and it's WORKING!! 4. The machine they use for frappes is the most advanced thing I've ever seen, just a touch screen menu that the employee pushes & the entire thing is completely made and then as soon as it comes out, it self cleans. And it's QUIET the entire time!! Nobody has machines as advanced as this.... .... except in the movie Terminator.... ... but those machines also killed people so forget that..... 5. I sampled the mocha and cappuccino frappe's and they tasted even BETTER than the big-name coffee chance. If anyone visits Crestview in the future, and you want to know what makes this city different than anywhere else? We stopped there to get gas earlier this afternoon on our way to Walmart to get stuff for dinner…read more $5 in gas later we were off. Paid at the pump with our credit card. Once we got to Walmart and started checking out, I tried using the card....and it was declined. Checking the available balance, it was -$9.88 as in negative. When exactly does $5 in gas cost you $56? I called the guy at the station, he was less than helpful and claimed holding $50 is normal. Uh, NO ITS NOT. I have NEVER had a gas station hold that much dang money off a credit card. Didn't even bother to have a disclaimer or warning on their pump stating the $50 hold fee. They charged me $5 for the gas, $50 to hold and another $1 to see if the card was good. Thieves.

They used to have a line out door of locals who would come for large family meals to take home and now they tell me that they can't get rid of the food!! There's another store just mile down the road on the right that has there bar stocked full of fresh food so don't waste your time with this store and go straight to that one!!! Also the driveways are a pain to get into but if just enter from road in front of the second store it is manageable. So if you have a large truck or RV you can enter from S Ferdon Blvd.
