On January 30, 2019 we stopped at a hotel in Crestview, Florida with the 1968 Pontiac Tempest 2 door hardtop we had purchased. We were to meet friends,who winter in Florida,to play golf the next day and wanted to clean up the beautiful example classic car. The lady at the desk of the Hamden Inn recommended the Crystal Clear Car Wash just up the street. Once the car started through the wash process, the machine caught the front bumper of the Pontiac and rapped repeatedly on the left front fender/hood and ripped off the driver side mirror. We were upset and had the attendant come out to see the damage. He gave us the phone number of the General Manager who we talked to the following morning.He told us that each wash is video taped and he looked at what had happened to us. He said he could see that the damage was caused by his equipment and advised us to get 3 body shop bids which my brother got once we got back to Cape Cod. My review can not say enough about the integrity of the owners/management of this business. It's refreshing in this 21st century to find people who are honest and sincere

His attention to detail was key and the job he completed was fantastic! Detailing places usually want to detail your whole car and I didn't want to pay for all of that. I called Crestview Auto Spa and immediately got a quote ($90 for a full shampoo/stain removal) and an appointment that worked for my schedule. I waited a total of about 1.5h and my seats looked great + they do a complimentary car wash and window wipe down which was a perk. My seats were damp (obviously) so they wrapped my drivers seat so I could drive home without discomfort. I left all my windows open and parked in the sun for about 3 hours and everything was 100% dry. Great customer service and I'm very happy with the results. I will be returning to Crestview Auto Spa for my car detailing needs!

Unreliable for appointments…read more Do NOT allow Adrian to talk you into a longterm repeat contract. His employee told him that canceled an appointment, I never did. Then Adrian himself contacted me to give some poor business experience excuse why that happened and rescheduled me himself. No one showed up. Then Adrian told me he would do it himself the next day and he showed up 40 minutes late with no advance call or text telling me he was running late. Then he had the audacity to tell me I am being rude when I told him in a normal tone of voice that I have high expectations of him. If I could easily get a refund of the remaining $1000 on the contract I made with him I would.
