Outstanding Customer Service & Genuine Kindness!…read more I cannot say enough wonderful things about Crestview Tire & Wheel Shop! I broke down in Crestview when the tread came completely off one of the rear tires on my truck. There were four of us ladies traveling together, and we were understandably a little stressed and unsure of what to do. I called Crestview Tire & Wheel Shop to see if they could help me find a tire for my truck. Although they didn't have one in stock, they went above and beyond and ordered the tire for us to be there first thing the very next morning at 7:00 a.m. That kind of service and willingness to help meant so much to us. AAA towed my truck to their shop, and while we waited for our Uber, the staff was incredibly thoughtful and kind enough to let all four of us stay inside their building. They made us feel safe, comfortable, and welcome rather than like we were inconveniencing them. From the wonderful ladies at the front desk to the gentlemen working in the back, everyone was friendly, professional, compassionate, and genuinely helpful. In a stressful situation, they made a difficult experience so much easier. I truly could not have ended up in a better situation or with a better company. Their generosity and kindness went far beyond simply fixing a tire--they treated us like people who mattered. I highly recommend Crestview Tire & Wheel Shop to everyone! Thank you all so much for your generosity, kindness, and outstanding customer service. You made a stressful situation so much better, and I am truly grateful! Trisha H.

I was quoted $160 to have my tires mounted/balanced that I brought to them. When I showed up, I…read morereceived a bill for $320. One of the front desk girls was helpful and recalculated everything, but the $320 price stood. Getting a quote for $160 just to return the next day after service has been performed to learn that the price has now DOUBLED is foul and this tire shop has lost my business. I would recommend looking else where for a tire shop or get your quote in writing so you can truly hold them accountable. I will update this review if my unaccounted for $160 ever comes back to my bank account.

Unreliable for appointments…read more Do NOT allow Adrian to talk you into a longterm repeat contract. His employee told him that canceled an appointment, I never did. Then Adrian himself contacted me to give some poor business experience excuse why that happened and rescheduled me himself. No one showed up. Then Adrian told me he would do it himself the next day and he showed up 40 minutes late with no advance call or text telling me he was running late. Then he had the audacity to tell me I am being rude when I told him in a normal tone of voice that I have high expectations of him. If I could easily get a refund of the remaining $1000 on the contract I made with him I would.

I honestly don't mind a service fee but these guys time and time again have shown me their vast knowledge with the variety of cars I have owned (BMW, Chevy, Honda, & Toyota), patience in explaining and showing me the different problems I've had..... Always reasonably priced and quick to turn my car around and get me back on the road in a timely manner. They setup appointments and stick to their schedule AND respect your time. These are the best mechanics in Crestview, dare I say, the best in the Panhandle. Doesn't matter if you're a man or a woman, they will treat with respect and let you know what is honestly wrong with the vehicle and the different options you have. Mike has run this place a long time and I would trust any car in his hands!! Highly recommend!!

I drove my Jeep into this shop for intermittent overheating. I specifically requested an OEM…read morethermostat and replacement coolant hoses. The key word here is DROVE. After they replaced the thermostat and hoses, I received a call saying the coolant reservoir now had a hole in it and would cost an additional $400-$500 to replace. I disputed that the reservoir was not damaged when I brought the Jeep in. A significant coolant leak would have been a very different problem from the intermittent overheating I brought it in for. The shop refused to accept responsibility for the damage but "offered" to replace it if I paid for the part. At that point, I was not giving them another dollar. My Jeep drove into this shop and had to leave on a tow truck after they worked on it. That alone summarizes my experience. I brought my vehicle in with one problem and left with another, more serious one. I regret not paying closer attention to their existing reviews before taking my Jeep here. I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. I certainly will.

Detailing places usually want to detail your whole car and I didn't want to pay for all of that. I called Crestview Auto Spa and immediately got a quote ($90 for a full shampoo/stain removal) and an appointment that worked for my schedule. I waited a total of about 1.5h and my seats looked great + they do a complimentary car wash and window wipe down which was a perk. My seats were damp (obviously) so they wrapped my drivers seat so I could drive home without discomfort. I left all my windows open and parked in the sun for about 3 hours and everything was 100% dry. Great customer service and I'm very happy with the results.
