Free vacuums, etc. The folks that work here are nice enough, so one star would be unwarranted, but the bullsheep policy about using your "free" wash is enough to knock the rating down several notches.

Zips Management is spineless, as they declined to comment on the damages done to my vehicles. I've been using Tidal Wave since and have no issues. I highly recommend Tidal Wave. I especially like the drying process. Unlike Zips, your car is actually dry when you leave the car wash.

I gave this detailing as a birthday gift and she could not have been happier! Tommy was able to clean her vehicle at her place of work and didn't require any additional water or power. He brought everything with him. Both interior and exterior were expertly cleaned, shampooed, waxed and every nook and cranny taken care of. I highly recommend PRISTINE MOBILE DETAILING!

We have been monthly subscribers for this car wash for several years. The initial cleaning and…read morespraying machines do a great job as you go through the wash. When you get to the vacuums, that is a different story. Many times the vacuums are broken apart, not working, or clogged, making them inoperable. Often the wash clothes and spray bottles are empty or the spray bottles don't work properly. I don't know what the small blue spray gun is for at the vacuum. None of them ever work. Ever. This car wash started out very effective with things working. Now it is hit/miss for the vacuums and sprays. The constant turnover in staff indicates a systemic , management problem.

The roller grill hot dogs (if they actually have any on the roller grill when you go, which they…read moreprobably won't) are awesome. I'd buy these by the package, if I knew who made them. There are signs in the windows promising other eats that have not yet materialized in the form of actual, hot foodstuffs. Pepperoni and cheese calzones, I'm specifically thinking about you. A new convenience store in the area is always welcome and this one is bright, shiny, but has yet to gel into form as a smooth-running operation. The fountain drinks (Coke Zero is my go-to) are weak and tasteless. The roller grill is poorly maintained and hasn't had hot dogs two of the four times that I've been here. I got two beef and bean burritos today, which were tepid and barely above ambient temperature. Plus, they sucked. CEFCO brass should mosey down to Dodge's and try the burritos there to see what a good deep-fried (or baked) gas station burrito tastes like. I also got a $2.99 cheeseburger, for which I was charged $3.49. I discovered that skulduggery after I got to work and thought to myself, "Why were two gas station burritos and a reheated cheeseburger almost $7?" and examined my receipt. The wrapper on the burger clearly said $2.99, but my receipt featured a $3.49 charge. The cheeseburger was also barely warm and also sucked. No packets of condiments...you have the infamous jugs o' Heinz mustard and ketchup to work with, which are notoriously runny and nasty. I suppose that saves money, but Heinz mustard sucks and maybe I want to apply my condiments after I get where I'm going. Hell no, says CEFCO. Get it here or do without. I deviated from my usual route to procure this unhealthful repast. I also have a Mickey D's on the route to work, where I could have had three double cheeseburgers for less cost. CEFCO is going to have to step up its game. The Which Wich next door is a let-down, too (see my comments on that under that listing). Still and all, this *is* a new place and things have to be ironed out. The employees are pleasant and the place is spotlessly clean. I hope that they can get their act together shortly and make stopping in for road food worth the effort, because it's just "mneh" right now.

The worker there was very knowledgeable although a little arrogant, but I can't complain since he was efficient too.
