When you get to the vacuums, that is a different story. Many times the vacuums are broken apart, not working, or clogged, making them inoperable. Often the wash clothes and spray bottles are empty or the spray bottles don't work properly. I don't know what the small blue spray gun is for at the vacuum. None of them ever work. Ever. This car wash started out very effective with things working. Now it is hit/miss for the vacuums and sprays. The constant turnover in staff indicates a systemic , management problem.
