Recently, my vehicle had an oil leak from the engine area. Back in July, the dealership told me it was the turbo line, but Quality Care inspected it and showed me it was actually the timing cover. They honestly advised me that my warranty would probably cover it at the dealer, which it did. Fast forward a couple of months, and the same issue arose. Once again, the dealership claimed it was the turbo line and quoted me $850 to repair a $117 part. Quality Care only quoted me $250. When I brought it in, they were about to start the job but noticed the leak was actually coming from higher up. Lo and behold, it was the same timing cover the dealership claimed to have replaced. Quality Care showed me the untouched bolts and the poor repair job, recommending I take it back to the dealer to have it redone correctly. My family has been bringing our cars here for years, and we have had nothing but the best experiences. I will absolutely be returning!

Getting a second opinion, 2UBrakes inspected my brakes and recommended replacing only the front brakes, citing that I still had about 50% remaining life on my rear brakes. The brake work was completed in my driveway in about an hour, and at a huge savings (less than half of what the dealership wanted). 2UBrakes communication was very good, they were on time and courteous, explained the process, and answered all of my questions. My wife and I now have both had brake work from 2UBrakes, and been pleased with the service. Would highly recommend.

Ah I thought this place would be better after the new owners took over but they still make you wait…read more1-2 weeks to get an appointment. Luckily it's a monopoly in the tri state if you drive an Acura so you only have two places to go... You guys should build a service shop that can't handle the area vs a little shitty 10 Bay Area that fucks all your customers over... or at the very least have some old shitty Acuras to offer your customers when their car breaks down due to a Acura part flaw/extended warranty issue. Previous owner of this Acura dealership was incompetent and left the bolt off the oil pan and it all just drained out on my driveway and left a huge stain that's still there today..... guess no one cares when Honda manufactures a flawed part and it leaves you carless for two weeks cause they can't handle the work load on sliding in a 2 hour repair...

The owner has zero responsibility for the work they do and always blame you or the car for their poor lack of care. I took my BMW M4 here for stripped lug nut, which they were able to remove. Then they proceed to over torque the lug nuts where they almost stripped and I barely got them off with a 5 foot breaker bar! I paid them to lower my car which was quoted at 3 hours. They call me to pick it up and it "took longer and charged me almost 2.5-3X more than originally quoted. Their employees don't test drive the car after servicing to make sure what they did was done correctly. Instead they call me that my car is finished and as soon as I drove off to go home, the rear of my car made super loud noises going over bumps. I immediately turned around and they looked at it, and I believe said they forgot to bolt something back. Really professional... then my alignment was off, and I had to bring it back again... they "fixed it" with of course, no paperwork for the alignment to show the before and after spec sheet, and was still bad.. I waited a week if I could just live with it and it bothered me still, especially for this vehicle, it's not a junker. I made an appointment to come back for the 3rd time and they had my appointment time wrong which I was understanding and was going to come back, until the owner comes in and asks me what's wrong "again" and said "I'm pretty tired of working on your car". Is this someone you want to bring your vehicle you work hard for and pay a lot of money for a shop to work on? I told him to refund my alignment and that they over torqued all my wheels after mentioning this issue the 2nd time, but clearly nobody cares here. He got up and walked out and I had to get my refund from the front desk for alignment. I own a business myself, and would never treat my customers this way, nor blame them for something I did wrong and not fix my mistake. Poor business customer service and service in general.
