Cute little kitsch museum. If you enjoy horror movies, then you will probably like this museum. Tickets are a little pricey

Popped in here trying to kill some time. The staff was friendly and very informative. The museum was quick but very entertaining if your into horror. They even have a cinema and many photo opportunities. The price was only $20 for a ticket. You can take as many photos as you like as long as there is no flash. Def check this place out!

Was fun. Nostalgic to see all the old scary movie creatures. Great spot to stop and see.

This has been on my list of things to do for almost a decade now. Finally was able to make my way to it and it was definitely a cool exibit. There is a lot of movie history here which is very cool. The museum itself is dark, a little old and run down. While I appreciated all of the artifacts and movie information they had on the wall, I would say the $20 entry fee is pretty high for what it is. It is very dark inside which gives it a good vibe but in some parts it takes away from the experience because it is hard to read the information they have posted around. This is not an interactive exibit which could be good for those who fear things jumping out at them. Overall definitely worth experiencing at least once if you are in the area, but I probably won't be back unless they do some updates.

Awesome collection!! Definitely must see. Service was quick, informative. $20 wasn't bad for what they have on display. Wasn't scary nothing jumps out you.

Every time we're out in Vegas, we make the extra trip out to see this museum and we are never disappointed. Each time I've gone. It has been different and this time I absolutely loved the way they have it. It did go up in price so that was a little bummer, so much to see in there so much to look at if you love horror and all things creepy this is definitely a place you should check out if you're in Vegas area

We had so much fun here yesterday! Definitely worth it to stop !! We will be back ! Such friendly staff and love the gift shop

If you're like me, someone into all things horror, creepy, crazy and weird then this is your place to be! I highly recommend coming here and check out the museum in the back of the gift shop. Entrance fee into the museum lets you go at your own pace. Once you're done with your tour enjoy the gift shop, small arcade and free movie screening room. Parking onsite with plenty of photo ops. Gentlemen working the counter was awesome and engaging! I can't rave enough how AWESOME this place is!!

If you grew up in the 1970's-1990's eras, and watching VHS/DVD Horror Movies was/is your weekly passion, this is a must see, FUN little museum! Also has a unique gift shop and small arcade. Self guided, allow 1 hour to take it all in. About 45 minutes from the strip, it's worth the trip. Located in the inviting town of Boulder City, in itself makes for a pleasant 1 day side trip from your LV stay: lots to experience, museums, shops, some hiking and unique parks, vintage public pool, interesting restaurants nearby like the China Bistro, S.W. Diner, Tap Room, etc. The Hoover Dam tour just a few minutes away. On either way, try to ignore the endless sprawl of Henderson, it's planning/zoning dept. successfully made the city as unsightly as possible (it can't be accidental). Endless traffic, a dreary mismash of auto parts stores, gas stations, malls, strip malls, mini malls, convenience stores, banal "locals" casinos' and every corporate chain possible. Top it off with miles of "planned communities" bereft of any charm. 300,000 lucky residents and more on their way.

    Yikes!
    Steven W.

We've driven past this place dozens of times since it opened without a second glance. Today, looking for something to do, we pulled in & really enjoyed our visit. Plenty of wax figures of old time horror movies & literature posted next to them explaining the movies & the make-up secrets behind the creation. Very interesting. Of course, it has the obligatory gift shop with monster themed T-shirts, purses, stickers & more. If you're a horror movie fan, it's worth the entrance fee & you should stop in for a visit.

(5/5) ARTE Museum…read morewas one of the most beautiful and immersive experiences we've ever done in Las Vegas! Every room was breathtaking, with stunning digital art, music, lights, and projections that made you feel like you were stepping into a different world. It was relaxing, unique, and unlike anything we've experienced before. It is definitely on the pricey side, but we felt it was worth it for the experience. We also loved ending our visit at the ARTE Cafe, where our admission included a beautiful specialty drink that came to life with interactive digital art on the table--a really fun and memorable touch. Admission: Around $50-60 for adults and $40-50 for children (ages 4-12) depending on the day. Tickets that include the ARTE Cafe drink are about $5 more. Children 3 and under are free. Nevada residents also receive a discount. Hours: Open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with last admission at 9:00 PM. Parking: The easiest option is to park at The Cosmopolitan self-parking garage and take the pedestrian bridge to the museum. Valet parking is also available at the 63 CityCenter building where the museum is located. Best Ages: Great for all ages, but I'd especially recommend it for ages 5 and up. Adults will appreciate the artistic experience just as much as kids. Tips: * Plan to spend 60-90 minutes exploring. * Charge your phone beforehand--you'll want lots of photos and videos. * Visit earlier in the day or later in the evening for fewer crowds. * Take your time in each room and don't rush--the changing visuals are part of the experience. * If your budget allows, get the ticket that includes the ARTE Cafe drink. It was one of our favorite parts! If you're looking for a unique indoor attraction in Las Vegas that's both relaxing and visually stunning, ARTE Museum is absolutely worth visiting!

Also cause I am ARMY, I wish they would have more BTS integrated, like a room that had close to real life projections of their videos & photos to take pictures with. But overall, they had really cool rooms to take pictures with. The line to get in was horrendous underneath Vegas sun. There probably should have been misters or canopy's placed over the line areas. My good friend took me. She bought the added drink bonus. Which we never got because the line was horrendous.

Every room had something unique, and we found ourselves laughing, taking tons of photos, and trying to figure out all the mind-bending illusions. Kids 4 and under are free. Hours: Open daily from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM, so it's easy to fit into your schedule. Parking: We found the easiest place to park was the Aria self-parking garage, with an easy indoor walk to the museum. You can also park at the Cosmopolitan or 63 CityCenter valet, but all charge for parking. Nevada residents may receive free or discounted parking at some garages. Best Ages: I'd recommend it for ages 5 and up. Younger kids can still enjoy parts of it, but older children, teens, and adults really appreciate the illusions and interactive exhibits. Tips: * Plan to spend 45-90 minutes exploring. (Museum of Illusions Las Vegas) * Wear comfortable shoes since you'll be standing and walking through each exhibit. * Take your time--many illusions look even better through your phone camera than in person! * Let the staff help you pose for the illusion photos--they know the perfect angles. * Go earlier in the day if you want fewer crowds and more time for photos. If you're looking for a unique indoor activity on the Strip, this is absolutely worth it. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back!

The museum, which opened in 2022, honors Rita Deanin Abbey and presents a large selection of her art. Rita was an art professor at UNLV for over 20 years before retiring and devoted all her time to create art. On this property, it initially contained her home, art studio and sculpture garden before Rita and her husband built the 10,500 sq ft museum. Rita is known for her abstract expressionism, figures, landscapes, and non-objective subject matter that is expressed through paintings, drawings, prints, sculptures, porcelain enamel fired on steel, stained glass and computer art. A docent gave us a tour of facility and sculpture garden. But we were the only ones in the museum so we able to enjoy the peacefulness and admire and be mesmerized by the artwork. We purchased our tickets online in advance and selected a specific day and time to go through the experience at AREA 15. We arrived in time for a 11:20 AM entrance to the Omega Mart. I brought an empty water bottle to fill up inside AREA 15 as I knew I'd get thirsty (and you're not supposed to bring full water bottles or other food or drinks into AREA 15. We went through a small security station to get inside, and then we were let loose in the most unusual grocery store I have ever been in. I was told to expect to take at least two hours and perhaps three to four hours in Omega Mart. You could buy an "Employee Card" for additional access to different features. I was told before I go to just enjoy the experience and not to overthink things. If I went back a second time, I may want to really dive into the story that we were following which went over my head on my first visit in such a short time. Some people buy passes to keep going back over a season. Definitely be prepared to touch things both in the store and in the various portals. You never know what you may find yourself controlling. It may surprise you how different the store itself is from the various portals. During the summer, there are even characters that you can interact with in the portals. Otherwise, I don't think it would be appropriate to discuss how to get to any of the portals or what to expect in the portals themselves. I will post some images of the incredible artwork you may see should you find the correct portals, but finding it and making sense of it is up to you. Think of the story as a mystery, and don't start too late in the day as you may get tired sooner than later. Also, have fun looking closely at the items in the store as the items are very creative. You can even purchase many of them as souvenirs. Also be on the lookout for a secret bar hidden in one of the secret rooms.
