My family and I enjoyed this self guided tour. If I'm being honest I think I enjoyed the Titanic one a little more but this was really interesting. I'm not sure if any of the exhibits are really from King Tuts Tomb. I mean, out of all places why would they have them in Vegas? lol! But gaining more knowledge of the boy king was fun for myself and the fam. A little on the pricy side especially for the pictures. But still pretty cool nevertheless. If you are in Luxor it's worth to check out.

This was a delightful self guided tour. Even though all the items were replicas, the provided information was accurate and very well done. If you love Egypt history and especially King Tut, I highly recommend this exhibit.

Although the artifacts are reproductions and not the originals, they are very well made, and the exhibition is quite fascinating. The ambiance is great too because the room is dark, there's Egyptian music playing in the background, so it takes you back to another world. One of my favorites was the chariot, the bust of Nefertari, and they even recreated Tut's sarcophagi. You feel like you're in ancient Egypt. As always, everything related to King Tut is always intriguing, and this is no exception. Definitely worth it.

I might be a tad bit biased when it comes to this topic, giving the fact that I love everything ancient Egypt. But I must say I really enjoyed myself during my latest Luxor casino visit to the Discovering King Tuts tomb exhibit. Although everything that's on display is a replica, to the casinos credit they did however link up with the experts in this particular field like archaeologist, Egyptians and Egyptologist to create accurate or nearly accurate models of the original/authentic pieces. This exhibit is chalked full of photo ops, wonderful discoveries, historical facts and at the very end they have a well stocked gift shop where you can purchase a souvenir or two for the whole family. I would recommend checking this exhibit out to anyone who is interested/captivated by ancient Egypt as countless others are, myself included. It was a great experience and it'll hold me over until I take my long awaited trip across the pond to visit the British museum and my highly anticipated trip to the motherland to visit, various other museums of Egyptian antiquity/cultural heritage sites like the great Egyptian museum in Giza, the Egyptian museum in Cairo and last, but certainly not least the pièce de résistance. Which is actually visiting the great pyramids of Giza.

It was just OK. They put this exhibit right next to the Titanic exhibit, so you think that this one will also have real king tut artifacts. Nope. ... You go in, and of course you get your picture taken so they could sell it to you at the end in the obligatory gift shop stop... And the first thing you see is a movie about finding the tomb. Then you go into the exhibit itself. It is interesting, and it's nice to hear the stories, but other than photos, and newspaper articles about the finding, all of the "artifacts" are replicas. None of them we're actually from King tut. They were very good quality, but I was still kind of disappointed. I'm glad I had my Go City pass, because if I would've had to pay for this exhibit? I would not have been thrilled... The exhibits were interesting, but I would've probably taken my card to a different activity. Thank you anyway. Thanks anyway.

My wife had just seen the King Tut exhibit in Washington DC so she wanted to check this exhibit to see how it compared. We just got the regular reserved tickets at the box office (they offer a local discount) and we were satisfied with just reading as we walked through the exhibit. This is a very nice exhibit and provides a good over view of the Egypitian culture, King Tut and discovery of his tomb and what was found inside. Overall, we had a great experience and re-ignited our interest in visiting Egypt someday in the future.

This whole experience would've been made amazing if the person working the front desk was interested in her job. She was extremely moody. The pictures would've been better at the start if she mentioned the props. The experience after we left her was very interesting.

Came here last weekend to check out the recreation of King Tut's Tomb. Located at the Luxor at the entrance of the Gift Shop. Immediately, greeted by the host, very friendly. First, started with a video which is the gateway to the learning experience of King Tuts life, the mummification process, learning different Gods and how the life of King Tuts impacts on today's culture and architecture. Our package included a telephone guided tour and the VR reality at the end of the tour. A great educational experience and very kid friendly for families.

This exhibit could be better - it's underwhelming and overpriced to be honest. I was excited when I got free "all inclusive" tickets since it brings me back to my childhood memories because I was into Egyptian culture and archeology when I was little. I've been to similar exhibitions in other countries, so I already knew the exhibition does not display any of the actual treasures, and artifacts are recreated to be exact facsimiles of the actual items. Although the exhibition itself has a good intention to educate children and people, the main issue I had with this place was staff and their reluctance to help customers. The first part of this exhibit is a movie (well, you are going to take a souvenir photo first). Unfortunately, the staff had very low energy and didn't explain anything to us but handed out some kind of ticket after he punched some holes. After we finished the video, we began our tour of King Tut's tomb. Replicas looked pretty cheap and unreal compared to other Egyptian exhibitions and they could have done it better, in my opinion. For some reasons, I could not really concentrate so I ended up not using the audio guide either. Once you finish touring, you will see your photo with a paper frame on the shelf. Since I had TWO "all-inclusive" tickets, I grabbed one and asked the staff if I can get one more photo. She asked me to show her the hole-punched ticket that I received at the beginning of the exhibit. After she looked at the hole-punched ticket, she called her coworker and got mad at him since he didn't punch the hole correctly. I mean, you have customers in front of you, you shouldn't be that upset. Anyways, we started our VR experience while she was printing out one more photo for us. I would definitely pass on the extra charge for the VR. My VR audio didn't even work but since I was already so disappointed with everything, I didn't even bother to ask to change my VR headset. It was also very laggy and it's basically reading the scripts that you already have read from the exhibit, and you probably know most of the information already. This exhibit could be much much better, especially when the ticket ranges $32 to $80 with a parking fee if you are not NV local. (Free for 3 hrs if you are local).

The overall experience was really great. I remember of staff even the box office agents were very pleasant and helpful. The pre-show reveal was actually pretty cool and I wasn't even expecting it. I think my favorite part is the fact that there are no actual historical artifacts in this exhibit. It's all reproductions done by artisans who know how to make these things. And personally, that feels a lot better than knowing that some priceless Egyptian antiquity is sitting in Las Vegas. All in all, the experience does focus pretty heavily on the "triumphs" of the expedition team. It does briefly touch on the damage that they did. But it does kind of gloss it over. Seeing the life size replicas of the tomb and the sarcophagus were pretty cool. And the deeper instruction on the gods and their religious hierarchy is nice. All in all, this is a great place to go if you know nothing about ancient egypt and would like to learn more.

Every room had something unique, and we found ourselves laughing, taking tons of photos, and trying to figure out all the mind-bending illusions. The staff was also friendly and even helped us take some of the best illusion pictures. Admission: Tickets are around $40-45 for adults and $33-38 for children (ages 5-12) when purchased online. Kids 4 and under are free. Hours: Open daily from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM, so it's easy to fit into your schedule. Parking: We found the easiest place to park was the Aria self-parking garage, with an easy indoor walk to the museum. You can also park at the Cosmopolitan or 63 CityCenter valet, but all charge for parking. Nevada residents may receive free or discounted parking at some garages. Best Ages: I'd recommend it for ages 5 and up. Younger kids can still enjoy parts of it, but older children, teens, and adults really appreciate the illusions and interactive exhibits. Tips: * Plan to spend 45-90 minutes exploring. (Museum of Illusions Las Vegas) * Wear comfortable shoes since you'll be standing and walking through each exhibit. * Take your time--many illusions look even better through your phone camera than in person! * Let the staff help you pose for the illusion photos--they know the perfect angles. * Go earlier in the day if you want fewer crowds and more time for photos. If you're looking for a unique indoor activity on the Strip, this is absolutely worth it. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back!

Tickets are a bit pricier compared to other installations, but there are so many exhibits and you can easily spend two hours here. I visited back in February 2026. I don't know how often the installations are changed but the website has a list of current installations on view. I enjoyed all of the exhibits. The standouts for me were: Giant Camellia - I loved being able to touch the wall and see and hear the effects. It was very calming. Star Raindrops - I absolutely LOVE infinity rooms! Arte Café - the lavender milk tea that I had was really good and it was really cool to see art displayed on the table as well as the beverage itself! I appreciated how large each room was. There is a free parking lot attached and as many will point out this is not in a great part of town so if you are visiting during the night it is best to be driven in and out versus walking in and out. They do have some very interesting things, but you don't have time to look at them. Also, don't waste your money on the RIP experience. It's the exact same tour that the general admission people go on the only difference is RIP goes into the basement for about five minutes. Everything else on that RIP tour is simply stepping closer to the object than the other people in the room. Don't fall for the "who has $1" scam at the beginning either. I personally had four different tour guides, and by the time we hit the second room I knew that all of this was a money making gimmick, and I would lay odds that more than half of the artifacts in that place aren't real. Most of them are a replicas. You can also "rent" a Polaroid camera that so generously allows you 10 Polaroid photos but then they restrict where you're allowed to take the photos at. I feel like the trip to the museum wouldn't have been complete or as memorable without hearing his story. The museum isn't huge, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5, but it's clean, well maintained, and offers a fun, educational experience for young children. We'd definitely recommend it to families visiting Las Vegas!

(+) Usually I just like to dive into a new place without much expectation but doing some research & downloading their app ahead of time was a good move. Finding the different passageways and hidden easter eggs was really fun. (+) Line to get in wasn't too bad, try to go get tickets in advance for an early time slot and avoid crowds. (+) Lots to do and see, highly recommend purchasing the employee card to do the quests. Didn't really need to purchase 1 per child, we ended up just sharing one throughout and sticking together. (+) Staff is super friendly and helpful, don't hesitate to ask questions or request some hints if you get stuck with what to do next.

After we passed the entry way, we werent sure if the whole experience was the fake grocery store concept. Apparently, the bag check in the front of the mart advertised a $3 immersive scavenger hunt experience that could have connected all of the exhibits together more clearly. Oops. We didnt find out until later there was a fantasy/sci fi story line! So be on the lookout for that. We started our journey crawling through this tunnel and ended it exiting the refrigerator. We approached omega mart like a nifty art museum. Lots of neat things to look at and touch. Was disappointed to see that a lot of the fake grocery merchandise that was tempting to buy was not available to purchase. And what was was very overpriced. Additional warning for people who are sensitive to stimulation Omega Mart has a lot a lot of different colors and lights

Quick search on Yelp & Google, and knew this was gonna be THE spot. With down time finally in our favor, we stopped by on a Monday afternoon. Took the elevator up and paid at the register. I asked if cash and/ or card are accepted, but it's card only. There are complimentary lockers available before walking into the museum. Watch the quick 2 minute video and away you go. Next to every display or immersive exhibit, you can read what is happening. And why you are experiencing this special effect. It's a great flow of exhibits. And if one particular area is crowded, you can continue on exploring. And return back to the previous one. Staff is so friendly with photo opportunity suggestions. * Restrooms are located near the slot machine/ pole dance area! There are WARNING signs if you have sensitivity to flashing/ strobing lights. Some rooms can be a bit darker while throughout the museum is well lit. The optical illusion to some of the exhibits can cause dizziness. Even the graphic geometric patterns you'll see throughout. Very budget friendly. And from a previous review I read on Yelp, you can also find discounts directly on their website. You'll exit at the gift sho

There are lots of interactive exhibits, old equipment, videos, and real historical artifacts. Learning about the atomic testing era and seeing how close the tests were to Vegas was fascinating. The museum is clean, well organized, and easy to explore at your own pace. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable too. The only downside is the ticket price felt expensive -- I honestly wish they charged a little less so that everyone could afford to experience and learn from this unique museum. Still, it's a very educational and worthwhile visit if you enjoy history, science, or museums.

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how well the exhibits were set up and how much history is packed into one place. The museum does an excellent job explaining the science and history behind nuclear testing and the Manhattan Project in a way that was engaging for adults and older kids alike. We especially enjoyed seeing the historical artifacts, models, and detailed displays that brought such an important part of American history to life. The museum was clean, well organized, and easy to walk through at our own pace, and there were plenty of interesting things to see that sparked conversations among all of us. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we even spent extra time exploring the exhibits because there was so much to take in. Overall it was a fun, educational outing, and we definitely recommend it if you're looking for something a little different to do in Las Vegas. A great mix of science, history, and fascinating facts that left us all talking about what we learned long after we left!

Before we even got there, we tried one of the new Zoox autonomous vehicles that are currently operating as part of a free pilot program in Las Vegas. It seats up to four people, the ride was smooth, the air conditioning was wonderful in the Vegas heat, and you can even choose the lighting ambiance inside the vehicle while listening to either the built-in music or your own phone. The only downside was figuring out the pickup location. If you've never used the service before, you may find yourself wandering around for a few minutes trying to find the correct pickup spot. As for the museum itself, the tickets were not inexpensive, but I felt they were a fair value considering the experience and the opportunity to see genuine Titanic artifacts that most people will never have the chance to see in person. Seeing "The Big Piece" alone made the visit worthwhile. One thing that surprised me was the atmosphere. I've walked through the Luxor many times and have never personally felt anything despite all the haunted stories people tell. The moment we stepped into the Titanic exhibit, though, my entire chest tightened. Whether it was the music, the lighting, or simply the weight of the history surrounding those artifacts, the feeling caught me completely off guard. The exhibit itself is immersive, with photographs, music, recreated spaces, and historical information that really helps you imagine what life aboard the ship was like. At the beginning, each visitor receives a boarding card with the name and story of a real passenger or crew member. At the end of the exhibit, you discover that person's fate and see their photograph. It was such a simple idea, but it made the experience feel much more personal and emotional. If you enjoy history, I would absolutely recommend visiting at least once. It was thoughtful, respectful, educational, and genuinely moving. I'm glad we went, and it's an experience my wife and I will remember for a long time.
