Maybe just not might be my thing but didn't have the most awesome experience but it was definitely worth the visit to visit at least one in a lifetime. Enjoyed the interactive objects and history. But wasn't long enough and was mainly a back story of the people. So got me a little depressed so maybe that affected my experience. But the ice and large objects were very interesting. I recommend to try this at least once. You also get a card to see if your "person" survived. Mine was missing (body never recovered) and most likely didn't survive. Wife had a different person but same result. Missing and body never recovered.

I didn't know the Titanic Exhibit was in LV. If you are fans of Titanic, you'd probably enjoy this more than the average person because we did. I didn't take pictures because some areas were really dark. However, I really enjoyed this exhibit. The glimpse into the lives of those on the ship were interesting. To read all the historic information they were able to gather, made each personal possession items, come to life. The exhibit is a self guided tour and you can purchase the hand-held pre-recording for $5. They have a couple of professional photo-ops starting at $10. I had fun in the gift store seeing similar trinkets of things that were on the Titanic. The exhibit was educational and interesting and you can allocate 2-3hrs there if you wanted to read and look at everything.

We went to check out the Titanic exhibit while in Vegas on a business trip. My friend is really into the Titanic and I love museums. We booked tickets and headed over there when our conference ended. We entered and had a photo op before entering the exhibits. The way the exhibit is set up it takes you though from the ground up. The build, the blue prints, the 3rd class rooms, then the 2nd followed by first class. It also takes you through seeing their decks, what the watchmen heard and saw. The big piece is on display here - it was amazing to see. There is also videos of the exploration under water and artifacts preserved as they were found. You can feel the iceburg and at the end of the exhibit you scan your boarding pass to see if you lived or died. This was a pretty incredible exhibit and experience and would highly recommend checking it out if you are in the area.

I've done this exhibit years ago and enjoyed it. Brought our son since he recently saw titanic and loved it. I think it's only ok for the price, nothing too exciting, I think he liked a few things but was surprised how quick it went.

I stopped in their gift shop this afternoon to get my niece a present. I was shocked to learn that they don't provide a discount with my MGM Rewards card. Where do these guys think they are located? Ridiculous!

This is a bittersweet and often heartbreaking experience. I highly recommend this if you ever find yourself at the Luxor or if you're huge fan of the 1997 movie. The way that the items are displayed is incredibly immersive and impressive.

We enjoyed the educational piece and how they were able to get actual artifacts and a piece of the ship. Seeing sleeping conditions between third class versus first and second was sad. Third class almost felt like a prison. We really enjoyed the parts in which we felt like we were on the boat.

I have been to this exhibit several times over the years. It never gets old to me. There's something very special about seeing these artifacts close up and thinking about where they came from. I don't take many pictures of the artifacts out of respect because you just need to see them in person. Take your time as there is no time limit for how long you can spend looking at all the amazing things they brought up from the ocean floor. There are many replicas of things like the grand staircase and the rooms the passenger stayed in. When you get to the end, the big piece will make most people emotional. At least it did for me. Definitely a must do if you're in Vegas.

This is an amazing experience!!!! Me and the hubby went here for our anniversary! we got our tickets on Groupon.... we saved on that! We love Titanic so this was super exciting for us...with real artifacts displayed made it a really cool experience! They also offer a photoshoot for memories and they have a gift store to buy any extras you want for memories! I highly recommend it to anyone who loves Titanic or museums

As someone who loves history and historical events I've always wanted to go to this exhibit. I wouldn't say this is massively entertaining for very young children but anyone who knows about this event I think would enjoy this exhibit. They had so many artifacts on display including part of the ship itself! They even have a replica of the staircase that you can get a photo on! I would totally return to go with other friends so I could experience it again. It's a self paced exhibit so take your time and enjoy reading all the placards.

I have always been fascinated with Titanic like I'm sure most everybody else is. So when we went to check it out it did not disappoint. All actual stuff recovered from the wreckage. I don't really know what else to say about this except that it was really cool to experience. If you are in the area and are interested in Titanic I highly recommend checking this place out!

    Nune P.

The tour was interesting because it had what they claim to be real artifacts from the actual ship. They also did a re-inaction of the night sky with the stars which was cool. They gave all the guests real passes of real people who were on board the Titanic. There's also a body parts exhibition from the real bodies of the victims next door if you're interested. I think it was worth it and very interesting. It's sadly a tragedy that could have easily been prevented, or at least if they had enough lifeboats so many people wouldn't have perished senselessly. They also recreated the staircase and it looked like the one in the movie. It's interesting and provides a bit of culture to the Vegas experience.

I've lived here years and I've always wanted to go and I finally got to. It's extremely informative and really takes you back to a time that's almost forgotten now. All the photos with their back stories made me step out of reality and into their shoes. Seeing artifacts from the beautiful ship was amazing. I hope they never get rid of this museum. I did get the audible guide and to be honest.... i used it only once. I kept getting distracted reading. So for anyone looking to buy the guide... i would pass

    Ask the Community - Titanic

Is this a permanent exhibition? Will it be available in early 2024?

Hi Natalie, Yes, the Titanic Exhibit at Luxor is an ongoing exhibit and will be open in early 2024. We look forward to seeing you at the exhibit soon.

Are they open? I tried purchasing tickets online four times but it keeps saying "Transaction Failed" and no one picks up the phone.

Yes, they are open and accepting ticket purchases.

Is this the same exhibit that was at the Tropicana 20 years ago? Is there any difference if so?

Yes, it is the same exhibition but throughout the years we have brought in new artifacts. In January alone we brought in over 100 new artifacts many of which had never been seen by the public before.

Do they allow you to take pictures with your smart phone?

    Definitely!

    Is it open now?

Yes! We are open Thursday - Sunday 11a-6pm (last admission at 5pm). Hope to see you soon.

Is this place still open and running?

Hi Kitty, While both Titanic and Bodies exhibits remain closed at the Luxor, we look forward to our reopening shortly.

Do they allow you to take pictures?

As of January 13th, 2020 photos are now allowed in the exhibit.

How does this compare to the TN and MO museums?

Is it free admission or paid to get in?

Hello John. The standard entry fee is $32. Thanks!

    How much is the entrance?

Is there a discount for families who had family members on the Titanic?

Yes, you get $1 off but you need to ask for Rueven. They also will add to the White Star Line frequent traveler points!

If I check in on Yelp when I arrive at the Las Vegas Titanic exhibit, does everyone in my group (there are 4 of us going using explorer passes) get the free audio tour or only me? Thanks.

When I showed the guy he didn't even know about the coupon but then handed us headset for the audio and just said okay. My husband and I each checked in on our own phones to get the audio.

About how long does this exhibition take?

    About an hour.

    Is this exhibit kid friendly?

I would say yes-to appreciate it though I think they should be 7 and up

Every room had something unique, and we found ourselves laughing, taking tons of photos, and trying to figure out all the mind-bending illusions. The staff was also friendly and even helped us take some of the best illusion pictures. Admission: Tickets are around $40-45 for adults and $33-38 for children (ages 5-12) when purchased online. Kids 4 and under are free. Hours: Open daily from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM, so it's easy to fit into your schedule. Parking: We found the easiest place to park was the Aria self-parking garage, with an easy indoor walk to the museum. You can also park at the Cosmopolitan or 63 CityCenter valet, but all charge for parking. Nevada residents may receive free or discounted parking at some garages. Best Ages: I'd recommend it for ages 5 and up. Younger kids can still enjoy parts of it, but older children, teens, and adults really appreciate the illusions and interactive exhibits. Tips: * Plan to spend 45-90 minutes exploring. (Museum of Illusions Las Vegas) * Wear comfortable shoes since you'll be standing and walking through each exhibit. * Take your time--many illusions look even better through your phone camera than in person! * Let the staff help you pose for the illusion photos--they know the perfect angles. * Go earlier in the day if you want fewer crowds and more time for photos. If you're looking for a unique indoor activity on the Strip, this is absolutely worth it. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back!

We also loved ending our visit at the ARTE Cafe, where our admission included a beautiful specialty drink that came to life with interactive digital art on the table--a really fun and memorable touch. Admission: Around $50-60 for adults and $40-50 for children (ages 4-12) depending on the day. Tickets that include the ARTE Cafe drink are about $5 more. Children 3 and under are free. Nevada residents also receive a discount. Hours: Open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with last admission at 9:00 PM. Parking: The easiest option is to park at The Cosmopolitan self-parking garage and take the pedestrian bridge to the museum. Valet parking is also available at the 63 CityCenter building where the museum is located. Best Ages: Great for all ages, but I'd especially recommend it for ages 5 and up. Adults will appreciate the artistic experience just as much as kids. Tips: * Plan to spend 60-90 minutes exploring. * Charge your phone beforehand--you'll want lots of photos and videos. * Visit earlier in the day or later in the evening for fewer crowds. * Take your time in each room and don't rush--the changing visuals are part of the experience. * If your budget allows, get the ticket that includes the ARTE Cafe drink. There is a free parking lot attached and as many will point out this is not in a great part of town so if you are visiting during the night it is best to be driven in and out versus walking in and out. We have both been to Las Vegas many times, and we hadn't ever visited the Mob Museum. So we decided to visit this time. We enjoyed the experience overall and would certainly recommend it to others. When we arrived, we paid for parking and went inside to pay for the Mob Museum experience. We were prepared to walk around and read a lot of information about the mob. We were pleased to learn when we arrived that there would be a former member of the mob speaking upstairs in just a few minutes. We quickly went upstairs and found a seat. The speaker was Frank Calabrese, Jr., who worked with the FBI to bring down his crime family in Chicago. He told us his story first-hand while telling us about his book and sharing slides as he spoke. This first-hand account was a great way to kick off our visit! After the speaker, we headed up to the third floor and started looking through exhibits and worked our way floor by floor down to the first floor and eventually to the basement. On the third floor, we learned about the birth of the mob, the start of organized crime, the founding of Las Vegas, prohibition, the St. Valentine's Day Massacre, Al Capone, the FBI fighting back, how several mob leaders were taken down due to smaller violations, and how organized crime spread. On the second floor, we learned about the Kefauver Hearings, the historic courtroom that became the Mob Museum in Las Vegas, the Mob eyeing Las Vegas, skimming from the casinos, Las Vegas going straight, the Mob infiltrating the police, and the Mob's greatest hits. On the first floor, we learned about how the FBI took down the Mob (or some of them), various stories about mob leaders, organized crime today (yes, the mob still exists!), use of force by the police, and the mob in popular culture. We also visited the Global Networks Touch Wall, the gift shop, and the Underground (speakeasy in the basement). While we didn't pay the extra fee to use them, there are interactive exhibit options for a Crime Lab, Firearm Training Simulator, and Distillery Tasting. The general admission cost is $34.95 per person to access exhibits without a discount. For an extra $15, you get access to exhibits and one interactive exhibit. For $5 more than that, you get access to exhibits and two interactive exhibits. There are discounts available to Nevada residents, students, law enforcement and military. You can also get tickets before 11 AM or after 5 PM to receive $7 off admission plus 20% off coupons on the internet. The Mob Museum is typically open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM. The Underground speakeasy and distillery is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 AM to 11 PM and Friday and Saturday from 11 AM to Midnight. You should give yourself 1-3 hours to experience the museum. Definitely check out the Mob Museum at some point while you're in Las Vegas! Worth a visit!

Stuffed animal room was very neat to see, I have only seen animals like this in a museum in Elko Nevada. We moved on to the aquarium room, saw some small sharks, and some cool fish like puffer fish! We loved the dinosaur room and that would have been way cool if my kiddo was younger!!! The highlight for me, what I was here for was the Egyptian exhibit! Wow!!!! I learned sooooo much and can't belive the actual artifacts that are on display here!! They were absolutely amazing!! This exhibit alone was worth the money!! The machine that you could view the different layers of the mummy was phenomenal to experience!!!

Our kids loved all the interactive exhibits, especially the fossil dig, the moving sand table, and the hands-on play areas. There was plenty to keep them engaged, and they also enjoyed seeing the dinosaurs, marine life, and live animals throughout the museum. Admission: Around $15 for adults and $7 for children (ages 3-11). Kids 2 and under are free, making it an affordable family outing. Parking: Free parking is available, which was a huge plus. Tips: * Plan for about 2-3 hours to see everything. * The hands-on exhibits are the highlight, so allow extra time for those. * Great indoor activity, especially during the hot Las Vegas summer. The museum isn't huge, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5, but it's clean, well maintained, and offers a fun, educational experience for young children. We'd definitely recommend it to families visiting Las Vegas!

If you go in expecting a quick walkthrough or something you can half-pay-attention to, I can see why it might feel confusing or underwhelming. But if you take your time, start opening doors you're not sure you're supposed to open, and actually lean into the story and details, it becomes a completely different experience. There's so much layered into it visually and conceptually that I found myself going down rabbit holes (sometimes literally) trying to piece things together. It's chaotic in the best way. That said, it's not my favorite Meow Wolf location overall - but I still think it's absolutely worth a visit if you're in Vegas. Even on the lower end of their locations, it's still one of the more unique immersive art experiences you'll find anywhere on the Strip.

I later learned that this is interactive art at its finest in Las Vegas. On a recent trip to Las Vegas, my friend and I decided to give it a try and see if it lived up to its hype. We purchased our tickets online in advance and selected a specific day and time to go through the experience at AREA 15. We arrived in time for a 11:20 AM entrance to the Omega Mart. I brought an empty water bottle to fill up inside AREA 15 as I knew I'd get thirsty (and you're not supposed to bring full water bottles or other food or drinks into AREA 15. We went through a small security station to get inside, and then we were let loose in the most unusual grocery store I have ever been in. I was told to expect to take at least two hours and perhaps three to four hours in Omega Mart. You could buy an "Employee Card" for additional access to different features. I was told before I go to just enjoy the experience and not to overthink things. If I went back a second time, I may want to really dive into the story that we were following which went over my head on my first visit in such a short time. Some people buy passes to keep going back over a season. Definitely be prepared to touch things both in the store and in the various portals. You never know what you may find yourself controlling. It may surprise you how different the store itself is from the various portals. During the summer, there are even characters that you can interact with in the portals. Otherwise, I don't think it would be appropriate to discuss how to get to any of the portals or what to expect in the portals themselves. I will post some images of the incredible artwork you may see should you find the correct portals, but finding it and making sense of it is up to you. Think of the story as a mystery, and don't start too late in the day as you may get tired sooner than later. Also, have fun looking closely at the items in the store as the items are very creative. You can even purchase many of them as souvenirs. Also be on the lookout for a secret bar hidden in one of the secret rooms. The Omega Mart experience is Meow Wolf Las Vegas as an immersive art experience. There are other Meow Wolf experiences around the country. You can learn more about Meow Wolf Las Vegas at https://meowwolf.com/visit/las-vegas including buying tickets and learning what to expect. Though you may find the cost to be quite high, definitely give it a try at least once for the unique experience!

Quick search on Yelp & Google, and knew this was gonna be THE spot. With down time finally in our favor, we stopped by on a Monday afternoon. Took the elevator up and paid at the register. I asked if cash and/ or card are accepted, but it's card only. There are complimentary lockers available before walking into the museum. Watch the quick 2 minute video and away you go. Next to every display or immersive exhibit, you can read what is happening. And why you are experiencing this special effect. It's a great flow of exhibits. And if one particular area is crowded, you can continue on exploring. And return back to the previous one. Staff is so friendly with photo opportunity suggestions. * Restrooms are located near the slot machine/ pole dance area! There are WARNING signs if you have sensitivity to flashing/ strobing lights. Some rooms can be a bit darker while throughout the museum is well lit. The optical illusion to some of the exhibits can cause dizziness. Even the graphic geometric patterns you'll see throughout. The only downside is the ticket price felt expensive -- I honestly wish they charged a little less so that everyone could afford to experience and learn from this unique museum. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how well the exhibits were set up and how much history is packed into one place. The museum does an excellent job explaining the science and history behind nuclear testing and the Manhattan Project in a way that was engaging for adults and older kids alike. We especially enjoyed seeing the historical artifacts, models, and detailed displays that brought such an important part of American history to life. The museum was clean, well organized, and easy to walk through at our own pace, and there were plenty of interesting things to see that sparked conversations among all of us. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we even spent extra time exploring the exhibits because there was so much to take in. Overall it was a fun, educational outing, and we definitely recommend it if you're looking for something a little different to do in Las Vegas. A great mix of science, history, and fascinating facts that left us all talking about what we learned long after we left!

Once the waiver is signed, you're able to go into the experience. This museum is so much fun! I really enjoyed it. The music was very catchy. The props and displays were so cute! They had many different set ups that you can take a selfie/picture with. I love taking pictures, so this was a perfect place for me! It wasn't so busy when we went so we didn't really have to wait to take a picture. It is kind of a small experience.
