I arrived on a busy weekend night to see the Michael Jackson movie; I bought my tickets online ahead of time and when I arrived the concession line was soooo long I was worried I was going to miss the movie but thankfully the staff work so fast here I was able to get popcorn, a drink and had some time seeing a few previews. We had the IMAX theater which was comfortable and spacious. Could've have asked for a better movie night out. read more

The movie theater is definitely a bit run-down and could use a glow-up, but to be fair, it's as clean as it can be and the staff is super nice and always willing to help. The seats have definitely seen better days, but they're still comfortable since they're recliners (your back might disagree, but your legs will be happy). The sound system is solid, and the theaters are spacious and not overcrowded no elbow fights for armrests here. Overall, a decent movie theater at best, but it gets the job done when you just want to catch a movie without the fuss. read more

Easy access and parking. Right off the main casino floor. We came here to see "Michael" in IMAX. The IMAX screen at this locations wasn't huge, but it was definitely bigger than the regular theater. The line for concessions was extremely long, and took about 20 mins to get through. The confusing part was walking in with our tickets, there wasn't anybody there to direct us to a theater, nobody checking tickets. Not a bad theater, just needs to tighten up a few things. read more

We came here for the Scream 7 fan event, we hadn't been to this theater in some time. It's a bit run down with no trays to eat your snacks or reclining chairs, that's totally okay because we came here for the fan event and for the special Scream Popcorn bucket. There was a lovely lady Melissa who helped us at the concessions counter and we saw a spot in line with the SKU where the popcorn bucket should have been. So when we got to Melissa we asked her if we could buy the Scream Popcorn bucket and she said they were in the back but she will go check, she was nice enough to bring one out. The part that annoyed me was the other guy working the register next the Melissa, I didn't see his name but as soon as she brought out our bucket he was "why are you bring those out and extremely rude and dramatic to Melissa in front of us. Not screaming but definitely raised his voice and extremely disrespectful to her saying if she sells the bucket he would call out tomorrow and not show up because he was instructed to not sell them till the next day! He kept going on and on trying to make us feel bad but his main concern was to keep on Melissa, she handled it with grace and even told him "Please, I need a minute."' in other words shut up! We attended the fan event at this theater so we could purchase the popcorn bucket and for him to make it such a big deal was ridiculous! He was extremely unprofessional and I'd hate to work alongside him but Melissa was a pro! I had movie date with my husband at Regal Sunset. It was first time trying out the place to watch movie. We picked morning time to beat the heat. Line was so long that we just used kiosk to get tickets. I watched Jurassic World with my husband on the smaller theater. 1 star. And I want to be clear about why. On March 21st, my wife, our friend, and I attended the 6:20 PM IMAX showing of Project Hail Mary in Auditorium 1. The AC was not working. The auditorium exceeded 80 degrees. We sat through over an hour of a 2.5-hour film before it became undeniable -- we were sweating through a movie we paid full price to enjoy. Multiple complaints were submitted during the screening. The manager on duty, Melissa, confirmed she received them. She also confirmed she never once entered the auditorium to check on conditions herself. I asked her to go in and tell me honestly whether she would want to sit in there for 2.5 hours. She went in -- and then tried to walk away without coming back. Staff had to retrieve her. When she returned, she said no, she would not want to sit in there for 2.5 hours. She then offered nothing. No restitution. No real apology. Nothing. I've worked in theater operations. When guests complain about temperature, you verify it personally. You pull the show if needed. You move people. These are not complicated decisions -- they are basic ones. The fact that this auditorium ran to completion on opening weekend of a major release, with staff aware of the conditions, tells you everything you need to know about how this location prioritizes revenue over the people in their seats. When we tried to cancel our Regal Unlimited memberships afterward, we discovered we were inside the cancellation window and would be charged again regardless. So they got one more billing cycle out of us after all of this. We've canceled. We've filed chargebacks. And we're telling everyone we know. This is Las Vegas. You cannot run a theater here without functional HVAC. This wasn't bad luck -- it was a bad decision, made knowingly, at the expense of every person in that room. read more

Hello Las Vegas Yelpers!! It's summer time and two things that go best together are a movie with an Icee!!! I'm back with my hubby to see my favorite summer 2025 movie, F1 in IMAX!!! Regal Sunset station is my favorite theatre, for sure. I love getting my tickets on the app and picking my seats ahead of time. The seats usually recline for the best in movie comfort. Today we are in the IMAX theatre and the seats are cushy and they rock instead of reclining, but the arms also have a cushy padding. This is a bigger theatre for sure. Bigger space for a bigger audience and sound. Bigger screen for a bigger Experience!!! Can't wait!! Tip 1: when you arrive at the theatre have your QR code pulled up for the employee to scan on arrival. If you need tix they sell them at the concession counter now. Tip#2: we got here 30 minutes before the previews start. There was a line for concessions so it is good to get here early to get your drinks and snacks without feeling rushed. Right now they have red/ cherry, white/ red, white & boom, and blue/ raspberry Icee flavors. You can ask for one, two or all three flavors like I did. They are so good together. Tip #3: If you walk in after the lights are down , to find your seat the letter row is on the wall lit up and the seat numbers are on the chair arms. They start at 1 from left to right when looking at the seating. Row A is closest to the screen and row k is at the top in the back of the theatre. I recommend this theatre for sure. Check it out! For Valentine's Day/Kyle's 30th birthday, I took the birthday boy to see Captain America: Brave New World at Regal Sunset Station. We normally see a movie at South Point since he lives really close to there, but he was on my side of town that night. The closest movie theater to me is at GVR, but as far as I know, they don't have any reclining seats yet (yes, we're spoiled), so we chose to go to Sunset Station instead. Normal seating just isn't the same! I used my Fandango gift card ($25) that I got for Christmas to buy the tickets through the Fandango website. I was able to save close to $30 on two movie tickets after using this gift card (about $45 for two movie tickets in a standard theater). We were also lucky enough to get the last available seats that were directly next to each other. Getting my tickets scanned from my phone and purchasing our concessions were super easy. The odd ball thing about Regal Sunset Station is that the theaters do not show what they're playing, so if you purchased tickets from Fandango or elsewhere, you will have to rely on the confirmation email to find the theater number your movie is playing in. Even though the movie was scheduled to begin at 7:40pm, they showed us a mere half hour of movie trailers before it finally started at 8:10pm. We sat in seats F1 and F2. The reclining seat that I was sitting in (F1) was a little dirty. It looked like it had soda stains from the previous occupant and it wasn't wiped down well. It was also squeaky when I reclined it and when I put it back into place when the movie ended. It was a good movie overall, but they need to improve on their cleaning a bit. Despite the movie receiving mixed reviews, it was still a good one. Though I like South Point's theater better, I would come back to Regal Sunset Station if we need to. read more

I went here to see Lilo & Stitch but I've been here so many times it has definitely changed over the years. In my opinion, it's a little more organized than it used to be. The concession stand have limited, please. Since they have a little storefront, selling merchandise and it makes it hard for a person in a wheelchair such as myself to get around. I don't like how there are not a lot of options for wheelchair seats. However, it was clean. The popcorn was delicious and an overall good experience.And basically, the only theater I go to read more

Went to the movies and saw Superman, which was awesome. By the way, the movie theater is in the casino, which is taking me time to get used to. The theater was clean with very comfortable seats. I had a good time. I'll be back to watch the fantastic four, another plus is that there's a fat burgers right next to the movie theater. I may actually go back there in a couple of days and take my cousin because it's his favorite burger place. read more

We always get jalapeños to eat with our popcorn, tonight when I asked for a small cup I was told they don't have jalapeños out anymore! We had to pay $1.75 for 2 ounces of jalapeños in a bag! Often show films in too-small a theater, so be prepared for sitting in the second row at the far end. One of those wonderful recliners mentioned in the other reviews was broken for us. LFG is the R-rated acronym that Wolverine uses in the movie and what a movie it was. Probably because of the movie merch there was five lines at the snack bar that may have been a little slow, but understandable with the amount of snacks that were being ordered. The snack bar team really held their own, and the young lady dressed up in the Deadpool outfit. Did a really good job helping out the other snack bar attendants. Movie started on time and everything went well. We parked in the multilevel covered parking lot, which lets you win right by the movie theater once you walk inside. Why did I only just hear about Unlimited Movie Passes?! I've been missing out! I got one yesterday and watched a scary movie the same day. But today, Jasen had to check me in to 3 different movies, and by the 3rd, he already knew where I'd want to sit lol. Another concessions employee told me about the half price popcorn on Tuesday, so that's gonna be a weekly thing now-- extra butter! And they don't mind you bringing in your own water :) It's so hot out, so I arrived early to one of the movies, and a moment later, two young janitors came in, a young man and woman, and they said hello to me, told me I wasn't in their way at all, and told me to enjoy my movie when they left. The theaters are clean and all the staff I've come across are very chill. I'm glad I chose Regal Sunset Station for my movie pass. read more

I am not planning to go back to this theater. Even though they have the recliner seats, the last two times we have gone the place was filthy! There was food stuck in the seats, the cup holders were sticky, the floors inside and in the lobby were trashed. The final straw was the bathroom. The trash was overflowing, the floors were littered with toilet paper and some of the toilets were not clean. I understand that this is the fault of the clientele but it is the responsibility of the staff to keep the theater clean! read more

It's been awhile since I've been to the movies. Regal used to be my favorite Cinema until I moved to a city where they were too far away. Now that I live close to one again, we decided to give it a try. Located inside Sunset Station Casino/Resort, the Cinema is very easy to locate and parking is free and ample. The only downside to its location, like most Casino/Resorts in and around the Vegas Valley, you'll have to walk through all the cigarette smoke to get there. If you don't mind the cigarette smoke, then your walk through the casino can be entertaining. Once you reach the Cinema, the cigarette smell is gone, and the smell of delicious buttery popcorn takes over. Since we were there for a matinee, the box office was closed, the usher greeted us and told us to head over to the concessions to purchase our tickets. It wasn't very crowded so we only waited a few minutes. Of course, you know we had to buy some popcorn while we were there. I was also happy to finally scan my Regal rewards card again to rack up those points. The theatre was big with leather reclining seats. There were only 3 people in the theatre, and what do you know... out of all of those seats, a couple was sitting in the seats that we paid for. We didn't want to cause a fuss, so we just sat down in the seats next to them. The seats were very comfortable, however, I couldn't help but notice that some of them were worn with peeling leather. Other than that, the theatre was clean, smelled good, the temperature was comfortable and the screen and sound from the speakers were perfect. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience at this Regal. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive which added so much value to our visit. I removed one star for the worn leather on some of the seats I saw. I'll definitely come back again. Today 6.6.24 at 145pm in theater #4 we went to watch Summer Camp on this 111 degree day in Vegas. Unfortunately staff and management were aware that #4 had a broken thermostat with no working AC and continued to show the movie anyway when theater #2 was open and empty with working AC. One older woman left early and almost past out. When I ask management a thin female she said I know even after I brought it to her attention that an older woman almost past out due to the heat. I hope upper management reads this post and addresses the lack of common sense in there company this is not acceptable. What happened to customer service and compassion. Today my son took me to see the new Scream movie and it did not disappoint! A fantastic thriller/slasher movie! The theater on a Saturday afternoon was clean and tbh not that busy (compared the Galaxy) the worker at the concession stand was fantastic with asking my telephone # for my regal points and she was very nice and so very helpful. It's crazy to pay almost $7 for a fountain drink but, since we don't go all the time it's ok, the stadium seats in the theater were comfy and relaxing and the only issue we had was a Dad that brought 2 young kids that were talking pretty much the whole movie & at times was hard to concentrate on the movie The ticket process was easy with paying online and showing your phone to get in, even though the previews were already starting we made it in time for a great movie experience! Can't wait to come back here to watch the new John Wick movie!! read more

I didn't know what to expect from this theater after going to their sister location/Cinebarre and loving it there. This location is closer to your normal theater experience with typical concessions and reclining seats. I ended up investing in the $21/mo pass that allows members to watch as many movies as they want a month. Besides value days, I noticed that movies are $15!!! At that rate, the pass is your best deal and super easy to use. You choose your seat in the app and are charged 50 cents for the fee, then you can even send your seat to a friend so they can also buy a ticket next to you. When you get to the theater you just scan your ticket from your phone and you're good to go. We ended up catching a late showing at 9:30 pm, so the theater was crazy empty. They had one concession register open since it was dead. Concessions: they have icees and they are BIG! The cherry tastes more like medicine, so I'd recommend mixing it with the coke flavor. They sell extra nacho cheese for cheap and that gets them so many extra brownie points from me. Nothing is better than buttered popcorn dipped in nacho cheese. They offered everything at this location that my kids missed at Cinebarre. Our movie was at 9:30, but the advertisements went on until 10:00. I almost thought they forgot about us. The seats were comfortable and there was a ton of leg space, it may be because we were in a smaller one. The only con was we could hear the movie showing next to us which we kept laughing about because it made our serious scenes sound more action-packed. There's ample parking and I recommend parking on the side closer to Dollar Tree/Chipotle and across from Galleria. read more

Went to see Flight Risks it was more like theatre risks. It was a four and a half hour ordeal with the movie going off and on. It was $5 matinee Wednesday. Many of the seniors left and said they will never return. They gave me a popcorn, soda and ticket voucher. It was a great movie. read more

I love this theater. We stayed at this hotel several months ago and I really enjoyed having a theater in our hotel. All the movies are up to date and I could purchase tickets on my Regal app. Popcorn is delicious and yes they serve Icee . This time I remembered to pack a package of my favorite snack mochi crunch to add to my popcorn. I don't enjoy eating popcorn without mochi crunch. I was reading other reviews and it said that the seats recline, but I could get my seat to recline. The seats were very comfy but not really reclining but there is a lot of extra leg room. Every time I have been to this theater its been very empty. Not sure if it's because we went to a super early or late show, but I love it. I really don't like sitting in a crowded theater anymore. There is lots of parking and you need to walk through the casino to get to the theater. Bathrooms are clean and there is warm water to wash your hands . On Saturday Jason said that if still out of churros would make sure on the next visit he would make sure I would complete the promotion. DO NOT GO HERE! ZERO STARS. Went to watch a movie on a busy Saturday, and guess what? No tickets at the box office. Instead, there's a sign telling you to buy tickets at the concession stand. Seriously? It was packed, and the line at the concession stand was ridiculously long. I waited 20-30 minutes just to get a ticket. It's obvious they're trying to force you into buying popcorn or overpriced snacks while you're stuck in line, but this is just plain bad customer service. This time didn't disappoint, the bathrooms were cleaner and the air conditioning worked well to where the temperature had the theater very cold. Not gonna lie, haven't been here that much since my last review. Then the pandemic hit and I just haven't been going out to the movies a lot. Whelp, time goes by and we are coming out of the house to watch things on the big screen and we decided to come here because it's close to home and it had the times we wanted. I will say that time has been good to this place. I'm super impressed with the cleanliness and the professionalism of the kids working here. The concession lines were long this time around but the workers were so quick and efficient. They seemed to be running a brigade back there and I'm all for it. The manager seemed to really be on his game too so maybe that has a lot to do with it. The weird noise from the floors seems to be gone!!! Maybe it was a new floor thing 3 years ago but whatever it was, I appreciate it. I also really appreciate how the chairs still look new. No weird rotting, tearing sad looking chairs here. Glad to know I can add this Regal back to the line-up pf places I WANT to watch a movie at. read more
