We decided to leave the line in the concession as we've been waiting for over 30 minutes and didn't want to miss the trailers. We left the concession empty handed which was disappointing. We chose good seats at the very top, middle section overlooking the screen. Great quality in the surround sound. We liked that the seats were huge, couch like, wide and you can adjust the level of reclining while the drink and food holder was spacious. Our area was clean however, the row below us and beside us had popcorn all over the floor. We exited the opposite side of where we came in and the floor was so sticky. When we were coming out of the theater, there was an employee with a broom waiting for the people to leave so they can enter and clean. As people were leaving they were saying have a good night. I thought that was so kind. Seems like they have great customer service from the interaction I had with 2 of the theater employees. They were nice and polite. Management needs to keep the theater clean and make it consistent. Also management needs to hire more staff to help the 2 young man at the concession stand and maybe station several employees for each theater to be cleaned. One employee can't clean the whole theater in a timely manner. I feel bad for the employees because you can tell they are wanting to assist everyone but they lack the support. The dedicated door for the theatre meant I didn't have to go searching for it (hem, hem, Palms...), or worry about smelling like a smoker before reaching the auditorium. The lobby was bright and airy and while the screens above the concession stand were showing the calorie counts and prices, they were a tad hard to read (but maybe I am old). Staff was great, however, both at the concession stand and the ticket taker were friendly and engaging and got me on my way. Travis was extra helpful navigating my first time in the Regal app to make sure I didn't lose out on any points for my pretzel, which I appreciated. And speaking of the pretzel, it was very good--even if the cheese was way too much and a bit too expensive. The entire facility was in great shape from the hallways to the auditorium and even my seat. I see why people brought blankets, they definitely keep it cool in there! We are here in Henderson, Nevada where it's time to get the best of Star Wars and the Mandalorian movie started. Wow! These chairs here at this theater! Every time we come here those chairs! You sink into them! They are so great. It makes seeing a movie the best . Now we need snacks so make sure and visit the snack bar . They have all sorts of snacks both healthy and non healthy too. You can have a mix . Make sure and have popcorn. It's the only time we eat it, dripping in butter. We need to get to those chairs calling us to not be late. The vivid memories are awaiting us here with all the snacks let's go see the movie. The staff looked at the tickets and we are off to the movie. This is my age, but remember with me. We used to have a real ticket stub! Now it's a piece of receipt paper. No more paper trail. Memories are being erased. I cut her off in return and explained that he wouldn't do that because he's my trained service dog. She immediately pivots to my trailer stating it can't be parked in this part of the lot and I must move it. I have multiple sclerosis and I'm unable to walk long distances, even with the assistance of my service dog...I guess we won't be seeing a movie here because I'm unable to park the equivalence of 2 blocks away and walk to the movies. Each guard has personal recognicence that they've proven they possess for any situation they encounter...in my personal opinion, she could've addressed the situation differently instead of immediately becoming abrasive.
