I never noticed how I can't see the bottom part of the screen in this seat that I always choose but wanted to share in case it is a problem for you. Its always so clean and the workers are so polite. Don't let the location fool you. It has potential to still providea good vibe and movie experience. Jessica even hooked me up with a weird drink request with no judgment. 4.5 stars for the mix of all these things lol.

This was our first time visiting a: "bigger" theater, having come from a very small town. The concession gentleman understood we were new to a big theater and he was so gracious and patient while we ordered. We wanted to check out all of the cool merch they had and he was ever so pleasant! Theater was clean and seats were fabulous! I had never been to a theater with reclining seats. Again, small town folks used to family vibe businesses. Restrooms need much attention. Sinks were stopped up and very rusty. The two "gentlemen" at the scan tickets booth were less than pleasant. Seemed very annoyed at being asked where the restrooms were. Snotty blokes. They need to be in housekeeping where they do not have contact with the public. Their attire was much too tight, left nothing to the imagination. We would visit this theater again due to the fabulous gentleman at the concession stand, the manager on duty, and the cleanliness of the theater seats."

Deals: Concessions are front and center, clean and staffed well. Prices are average, however depending on the day and time there are deals available. We've taken advantage of the Summer Movie Clubhouse. Cinedome 12 is one of the participating Cinemark locations that host kid-friendly movie screenings on Wednesday mornings. Tickets for these designated showtimes are $1.75 each, and you can also get $1 off snack packs and standard popcorn-and-drink combos. We even ordered ahead and had our concessions delivered to our seat. The arcades feature some classic games and were all working. The area is clean and spacious The restrooms are clean and offer enough stalls. No waiting ! Theater: Seats do not decline, but their is ample space. There are accessible seats available. The temperature throughout was pleasant. The screens and sound were on point. We've enjoyed our experiences each time we've visited. First, the movie itself was fantastic and definitely worth seeing on the big screen. But what really made the experience even better was the comfort of the theater. The seats are large, spacious leather seats that are incredibly comfortable. They don't fully recline, but they do rock back and forth, which makes them a very relaxing upgrade from the traditional theater seats. You can really settle in and enjoy the movie without feeling cramped. Another thing that really stood out to me was the cleanliness. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean, which I always appreciate. It may seem like a small detail, but clean restrooms can make a big difference in the overall impression of a movie theater. The location at Sunset Station is also convenient, especially if you're in the Galleria area, and it's nice being able to make a movie part of a larger outing. All in all, between a great movie, comfortable seating, and exceptionally clean facilities, this was a very pleasant movie going experience. I would definitely come back for another movie here. Overall: A comfortable, clean and convenient local theater that delivered a great experience.

I came in to purchase a Buzz Lightyear popcorn bucket, but they had just sold out. After receiving conflicting answers from other staff about a restock, Jason went above and beyond to help me. He let me know that there were some damaged buckets available. Once I selected one, Jason kindly allowed me to swap a broken hook with a part from another damaged bucket to make it whole. His resourcefulness completely turned my day around, and I was so grateful I even gave him a hug. Thank you, Jason, for your incredible customer service!

This is a hard review to write because I'm an AMC A-Lister and I'm at this theater three to four…read moretimes a month on average. I want to like this location, and there are definitely some great things about it. It has a great IMAX screen, a great Dolby theater, and it always seems to get the newest AMC technology. And they always have the sound turned up! That said, the theater feels seriously mismanaged and is in real need of repairs and better upkeep. It is always dirty. I've been there for first showings of the day and still seen black marks on the bathroom floors. There is popcorn on the floor everywhere. The Coke Freestyle machines are constantly out of syrups, hot food items are often unavailable, and the overall condition of the theater just feels neglected. To be fair, the staff has always been extremely nice and polite. This doesn't feel like a customer service issue as much as a staffing or management issue. Either there aren't enough people to maintain the theater properly on a daily basis, or the staff they do have aren't being allocated to the right areas. I've worked at a movie theater before, so I understand the challenge of cleaning a theater in 15 minutes before the next showing. Because of that, I give some leeway when it comes to the cleanliness of the auditoriums themselves. But with so many theaters in Las Vegas renovating and stepping up their game, it's disappointing to see the biggest theater chain in the world lagging this far behind. For me, AMC 18 is a love/hate relationship. I keep coming back because of the screens and technology, but the cleanliness, food availability, and overall upkeep really need improvement.

I never thought I'd be writing a review like this after being a loyal AMC customer for the past…read moreseven years, but unfortunately, I won't be coming back. For nearly a decade, AMC was my go-to destination for the cinema experience. However, over my last several visits, the cleanliness of this theater has declined to the point where it's become unacceptable. The restrooms were severely neglected. The smell was unbearable--comparable to an unserviced outhouse--and the floor tiles were coated in a dark, grimey residue, and trash cans throughout the building were overflowing, leaving rubbish spilling into public walkways. It was obvious they hadn't been properly maintained. The auditoriums were equally disappointing. There was popcorn and trash scattered throughout the seating areas, cupholders were littered with leftover debris and garbage from the previous showings, and the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned between showings. It's hard to enjoy a movie when you're sitting in an environment that feels neglected and unsanitary. I understand that theaters get busy, but this wasn't a one-time issue and allowing a theater to reach this level of filth reflects a complete disregard for hygiene and customer comfort. This has been the reality over multiple visits, which tells me it's become a pattern rather than an exception. As someone who has supported AMC for seven years, it's incredibly disappointing to see the theater in this condition. I sincerely hope AMC addresses its housekeeping and maintenance standards because no customer should have to pay premium ticket prices to watch a movie in an environment that feels dirty and unhygienic. Until significant improvements are made, I'll be taking my business elsewhere or, and I hate saying this with every fiber of my being, watching streaming services. I hope this feedback serves as a critical call to restore the quality your long-time customers deserve.

MOVIES FOR GREAT VALUE AND BEAUTIFUL SCENERY!…read more Every time I think of going to the movies I think about checking out what's playing at Century 18 Sam's Town Cinema. This is the place where you get to see a current movie in an air-conditioned, clean theater, not overcrowded and for a great value. The team is also always on point very kind and courteous. You can purchase your tickets online and or right up front at the box office with a live person when you arrive. The seating is comfortable and you will not find old-school Hollywood film vibes anywhere else in town but from the murals on these walls that create a sense of wonder and excitement!
