It used too be the cheap theater. Low prices and just a few employees. Nobody greets you at the door and takes your ticket. You buy the ticket and walk in. You find your theater and go in and sit down. We are "seniors so we can attend during the day when there are no families so there are usually only a few people in attendance. It is great. Recently they upped there prices but they took out the old antiquated seats and replaced them with nice comfortable rockers. When you buy your ticket you also select your seat, which worked easily. Bottom line it was still short staffed but the seats are much more comfortable. I gave it four stars instead of five because the seats aren't the recliners like at Galaxy and because of the understaffing. We go here more than any other theater and will continue to do so. Great place to watch a movie. read more

Date of visit: June 9, 2026 My first moviegoing experience as a Las Vegas resident was a pretty underwhelming one. From the lame online ordering fees to the uncomfortable seats, I was relieved that this theatre is not very close to me and we only came here because it was the only place playing "The Sheep Detectives" past noon on a Tuesday. When we entered the lobby, I was taken back in time to my childhood budget cinemas; the powerful smell of popcorn, the "arcade," and the sense that the carpet here can't be professionally cleaned because it would probably disintegrate if water was applied to it! There is no stadium seating here, so plan accordingly in terms of where you choose to sit, but don't select a long movie as the seats are not great and you'll need a good massage afterwards. read more

This could possible be the worst movie theater in Vegas. There's no recliners and the old school chairs are very uncomfortable and about to fall apart. The floor has trash and popcorns that looked like somebody knocked over half a bucket of their popcorn, I thought they're suppose to clean up after each showing? They do not have a kiosk so u have to buy the ticket at the booth. The one guy that was working that day left his post and almost made me late for the movie. I honestly think people can just walk in since there's no one to check your ticket. Sorry for the harsh criticism but I am sincerely curious how they manage to stay open. My first time here and it was a horrible experience! The lady checking the tickets was extremely rude, blunt, and impatient! I didn't catch her name but it was the older white lady. Later on I wanted to purchase popcorn and again, she couldn't direct me to the concession line without an attitude. I was the only one in line and it still took long for any of the 3 workers to attend me. No customer service! The seats were also not comfortable at all. I purchased tickets for my 16yr old niece and her friend on Saturday June 13th to see the 4:25p showing of Backrooms via Fandango. This way I could send the tickets to her phone and drop them off. After dropping them off she called and said they weren't able to get in. So I turned around and went back and walked inside to the ticket scan. The woman here informed me of the new policy requiring someone 18yrs or older viewing the movie with them. She gave the option to see another movie or obtain a refund. After the movie options were presented we opted for a refund. She sent me outside to the ticket window to request a refund. The young girl at the window said she needed to get her manager for a refund, the manager was the same woman that sent me outside. Why would she not come to the ticket window with me knowing my intention is to get a refund? So she pulls everything up and then tells me that I need to contact fandango for a refund as I purchased through a third-party. No big deal, I have received a refund from them in the past when unable to make a show. I return to my car to submit the refund, which I am unable to do because the manager has already printed/scanned the tickets. I return to the window to explain this and the young girl again says she has to get her manager, and then returns and tells me that there is nothing they can do for me and to reach out to cinemark. When I was a teen this was a great theater and I frequented it a lot with friends, I see now things have definitely changed. Me and a few others had bought tickets online and when we arrived we were denied service. When we entered the place, a lady at a ticket scanner had given us attitude on where we were supposed to enter and where we were supposed to scan our tickets. But at the same time, another lady had asked us for our IDs since we entered through the wrong door? I don't get why we would need to show IDs based on the door we entered through if the doors were open to enter. She had told us we weren't allowed to watch the movie unless we ALL had IDs, there were 4 adults and 3 others (including me) just a bit under 18. She stated that we were not allowed to enter if we didn't have IDs, and those who did, were able to. I don't understand why she asked for IDs for the movie we were going to watch if we never stated what we were going to watch. She had also asked me if I had an ID even though I was clearly underage, but she said it in a way, and it was offensive. We ended up asking for a refund and she had told us she would be able to help us with that, and when we walked outside she had rushed us and called us over to the booth in a rude way like she had better things to do. We ended up leaving feeling disrespected, judged, and felt like we weren't welcomed there. After we left, we had a discussion and wondered if the lady was a racist since she had ID'd us without question of which movie we were going to watch, gave us an attitude, and basically kicked us out for no reason at all. We were a group of hispanics, although this happened to us and felt disrespected, we treated them with respect and kindness. First time experience here, never again! read more

This movie theater has nice staff, standard concession stand snacks and standard movie screens. No HD. no IMAX. no XD screens here folks. All other features are by no stretch of the imagination modern. That includes any and all aesthetics/decor... interior, as well as exterior. The theaters where I frequent nowadays offer reclining seats which I have grown quite accustomed to. The seats here are what some would consider standard/basic or even slightly a bit uncomfortable. They do have a pretty cool arcade that runs on coins. Which also some might call outdated. Me personally, I prefer to consider it classic or retro. They have games like Pac-Man, transformers, Batman racing, various other video games, a claw machine, a pinball machine and best of all an air hockey table. However, there were a couple machines that were out of order, and the air hockey table, took our coins on our first attempt. But once I informed one of the employees of the problem, he quickly came over and opened the machine and found/pulled out several items that were stuck inside. After that everything worked flawlessly and we ended up playing about 10 rounds of air hockey. This location is quite a distance from my side of town, but it was conveniently located near a restaurant we were visiting . Overall, it's a pretty decent movie theater. I definitely enjoy all the modern amenities that theaters offer today's movie goers. But sometimes just sometimes I enjoy visiting theaters like this because it can be a blast from the past. read more

Did you know that you can rent one of their theatres for your celebrations? You can even bring in treats. Christine, is the perfect manager and greets customers by name. Super laid back and convenient movie theater. They show new movies with a lot of showtimes. It is spacious and has easy availability for everyone to get around. To be honest, this theatre really is a treat for many of the families in this area. My family loves coming here. The staff is always friendly and efficient. They seem to pay close attention to cleanliness. I will agree that this theatre does deserve a face lift. I hope that the Cinedome corporate management reads this and gives this theatre the love that it deserves. I have seen this parking lot full many times. The customers that continue to flock to this theatre deserve updated amenities - the great staff does as well. read more

I always come here on a weekday because there is less people and to be able to see first run movies for around $5-6 dollars is a bargain. Seats are fine, theatre is clean and the employees are helpful. If you want to see first run movies at the right price, I would always come to Cinedome 12. read more

Movie was good, the people working here on the other hand are genuinely neglectful. Girl with hairy arms and glasses threw the receipt at me. To begin with, she did not even acknowledge me and the rest of my party (mind u there were 6 of us overall) and was just talking to her friend before i finally said something. Like I get it maybe you don't wanna work here, but at the same time work somewhere the f*ck else if you dont want people to interrupt your stupid conversation about your boy toys. Anyways never coming here again. I'd rather drive further out to have a better experience than to have my mood ruined by some shitty cakefaced workers heredo not go here lol. floor was filthy and the theatre was as well. Sure it's a little far from our place and on the side of the road but if you come here during the day it's very nice. The staff was very friendly. Sunday, September 17, 2023 - $5.50 Movies, awesome deal! My sister in law and I headed on to watch My Big Fat Greek Wedding, by the way was a fun movie. It is an older theater but very comfortable. We had to get popcorn and waters and sodas and snacks. Prices are a little up there but so is everywhere, so that's not even a discussion. Customer Service, very friendly and you also get to pick your seats which I like that is an option now. Everything was clean and that made our experience much better. Lots of parking and just a relaxing atmosphere. If your in the mood for a movie and this is in your budget, enjoy one with good company or by yourself, grab some snacks and drinks! It has been years since I had come to watch movies here and it was as if it was just yesterday! read more

I came here on September 7, 2024. The CO2 on the soda was broken and the icee machine was also not in service. This is fine and is not why I'm writing the review. The employees said if we wanted a soda we would have to buy a bottle of soda. Again fine, but the bottle sodas are more expensive than the soda machine sodas. You would think that since it is out of our control(the customer) that they would match the price of a bottled soda to the price of the fountain drink, but this was not the case. Also, the bottles that they had were being stocked out in that moment so they were all warm. The employee working behind the counter provided a tiny cup of ice for free. Someone in my group asked if they could get a large cup of ice instead but the employee very rudely said that he would have to pay for the large, even tho he wasn't getting a beverage in it. So he would have had to pay for the bottle of warm soda, and then a large empty cup of ice to pour the warm soda into. This doesn't make sense to me. I don't blame them for the machines being broken, it is out of their control but they should have at least price matched drinks for people and not make people pay extra for empty large cups to pour their warm drinks into. Over all the theater is ok and cheap. Obviously an old location so I wasn't expecting nice seats or any nice renovations. read more

O.K. I haven't been here in years, but this is where, "Where the Crawdads Sing," was playing. This is a very old theatre with regular chairs and a small amount of seats in each room. My chair was pretty stiff and upright. I think they should pull all the chairs out and put reclining ones in instead. The price was inexpensive for the tickets, 2 for $16. Solid "old school" movie theatre off of Boulder Highway in Henderson. This is possibly the oldest existing theatre left in the Vegas/Henderson area as it opened in 1993 so appreciate it for what it is...the theaters are on the smaller side but there are 12 of them showing first run movies at reasonable prices, especially compared to other houses in the area. Even though it's called "Cinedome" it is actually operated by Century/Cinemark. The afternoon prices seem to be consistently 5.50 per person which is a bargain in today's market. During the summer months they also offer kids movies on Mondays and Wednesdays for 1.50 per person, older movies for sure but still a good option at a cheap price. There is a decent arcade inside which could be useful to pass the time either before or after the show. The concession stand is typical of any movie house with the usual offerings of sodas, popcorn and candy. Very glad that this place exists as it is a blast from the past kind of establishment. There used to be a sister property on Desert Inn and Decatur but that was torn down years ago and replaced by a Smith's grocery store. Hopefully this place sticks around for a bit as it is the closest theater to Boulder City and Henderson without having to enter through a casino...RECOMMEND read more

Immediately upon realizing it was missing, I approached several of your employees to ask for assistance in locating it. To my dismay, none of the employees were willing to help me search for my wallet. They came up with variants of stories of where I could be. I took my family to see the movie "Fly Me to the Moon" Saturday night. We stopped at the snack bar and was told if we ordered the extra large popcorn and large drink, then we would get a free refill on each. When we went back to receive our free refill, we were told that the snack bar was closing and that we could not get our refills. I would completely understand if the popcorn was gone and they didn't want to make more for just us, but they wouldn't even refill our coke. When I asked why I couldn't get my drink refilled, I was rudely told by the assistant manager that it's late and then he walked away. I would never have paid that much for my snack and drink if I couldn't get a refill. This was a complete scam and the assistant manager was very unprofessional. Sometimes you just want to go to see a movie and don't care about all of the bells and whistles. I used to prefer to go to AMC at Town Square but now I can't really justify the price difference over the no frills experience at Cinedome. If you want to just see a movie and don't care about the other stuff the this is good value for what you pay. If you get bent out of shape easily because you have to wait too long for concessions or something similar then go somewhere else. It's not a fancy theater for sure. But, it's pretty cheap if you just wanna go see a movie. In the summer they have $1 kid movies on certain days. It's especially good for kids, cuz you don't have to spend a whole lot. The theater is fairly clean and never too crowded. The food is still just as expensive as any other theater. The popcorn is so good though! Who wants to pass that up? Plus, they have kids meals...bonus again! Parking is just right out front, not a long walk at all. Absolute worst theater I have ever been to!! Sam's town is paradise compared to this place. The theater is run down all the seats are so low to the floor I felt my legs starting to cramp up. One of our seats had a broken spring and it was very uncomfortable. We ordered our snacks and drinks to be delivered. They never showed up I went to check on them and turns out the co2 machine was down so I was forced to get a smaller bottle of drinks I did not want and was not offered reimbursement for the cost difference. The drinks were warm and I had to ask for a cup of ice. They proceeded to give me the smallest water cup size filled with ice. I had to argue with the manager to get a normal size cup of ice because he wanted to charge me a another 5 dollars per cup. I would have understood if i didnt pay about 14 dollars for 2 large drinks that would have had free refills but i was forced to get smaller bottled beverages instead since there machines were down. The movie quality was overly zoomed in and a bit blurry and the audio was terrible. Never again are we stepping foot inside this theater read more

This place is great to come to before 5. The price is decent and it does everything a movie theater should do. The only thing that could be better are the chairs we sit in. If the chairs reclined I would give this place a 5 stars . The small popcorn size was a decent size too. The movie theater was clean when we got in there and it wasn't cold like most movie theaters I've been to. I'll be going again soon. The location was super easy to find and there was plenty of parking. The exterior was clean and low key. There is also a Pizzeria nearby if your looking for a quick bite before or after your film. We purchased tickets from the cashier outside and then entered the building and showed our tickets. The concession stand is right in the front and was well stocked and clean. The kids deal is good - popcorn,and drink came in a cute reusable bucket and cup with lid plus a bag small bag candy . The theater was big with retro seating and was very clean. I also visited the restroom and it was also well maintained and stocked. The building is clean , staff very friendly and prices are great. We will definitely return. read more
