Still one of favorite theaters to go & I haven't written an update review in a few years. So, my latest experience was fine...(here it comes)..but, I think they need an employee dedicated to CLEAN the restrooms or at least check them every hour. Especially on the weekends. My 2nd suggestion is not to allow anyone in the theater wearing PAJAMAS. I guarantee they are always the ones on their phones & talking throughout the movies. My last suggestion is to have more then 1 dedicated A-list register open during peak times. The staff you have as of 5/22/26 are pretty friendly. So fun My son took me to see Devil wears Prada the Tuesday before Mother's Day. He does everything big so of course he went to AMC Dolby digital and let me tell you. It was more than just the popcorn and the movies deceit the sound the ambience looks spectacular so to the point that my name is my new favorite it is my new favorite.. was teenagers at the theater working it so it wasn't spectacular but I wasn't disappointed the popcorn if I tell you how they layered this popcorn layered it with love go get it. we set up high with access to elevators that previously we didn't know existed that was customer service at its finest. read more

Some places earn a spot in your life not because they're perfect but because they consistently show up -- and this AMC is exactly that for us. Out of the two AMC locations in Las Vegas this is the one we always come back to, and with the A-List membership it has genuinely become our default movie experience. Reclining seats alone are enough to make most other theatres feel like a step backward -- once you've settled into one for a two hour film there's simply no going back. The theatre is working through some updates and you can see the progress piece by piece. The decor has some dated areas but the direction is clearly forward and that counts for something. The Freestyle soda machines are a welcome touch -- the customizable drink options are fun and genuinely add to the experience. The ice situation is another story though. Finding a machine that actually dispenses ice has become something of a pre-movie ritual -- you learn quickly which ones to check first. A small but fixable frustration for a theatre at this level. Popcorn is a coin toss. Some visits it's perfectly buttery and fresh. Others it lands somewhere in the bland zone. Consistency would go a long way. None of these are dealbreakers -- and with A-List benefits making every visit feel like a value, this theatre has genuinely earned its place as a staple in our movie going life. read more

We still go to this theater often since it's located in Town Square near a lot of great restaurants. The theater is large and has a lot of potential, but it's just really badly maintained. The bathrooms are usually filthy. I have literally never seen a staff member cleaning them. None of the auditoriums display which movie they are playing outside the auditorium. All seating is reserved, but they only have one truly nice auditorium with power reclining seats. The rest have standard seats. The cleanliness of the auditoriums is variable. The nice auditorium often has greasy fingerprints on the seat recline controls. Gross. They recently added a "ScreenX" auditorium which has the scenes from the movie extend onto the side walls of the auditorium which was a cool experience when we saw Scream 7. The staff are usually fairly friendly, and the premiere line for concessions plus the ability to order ahead usually means minimal wait. They have numerous Coke freestyle machines, but for some reason many of them are often out of ice. Overall this theater has a lot of potential but really needs new management who are more attentive to its upkeep. read more

Such a disappointment for both AMC theaters in town. Going to the movies is one of my favorite things to do, so much, I bought the A Lister pass for AMC. While I have no complaints regarding the screens and viewing experience, both theaters are disgusting. The bathrooms are always filthy and trash is often overflowing. Secondly, I know AMC can only control so much, but letting people vape, text, and talk during movies is unacceptable. An employee needs to monitor theaters here and there. Last night a young woman was blatantly vaping while waiting for her popcorn. If you cant hire more, or higher quality employees...maybe quit paying Nicole Kidman royalties on how nice movie going is and hire staff that take pride in their job. Stopped by to kill time after winning at the casino. I saw they had a screen x and wanted to try it out. Really glad I did. I watched Michael. It was a really good experience. It was a bit off putting at a few moments in the movie when the side screens lagged, but overall really loved the new experience. I can only imagine how awesome it'll be when they film movies for screen x in the future. staff was cool and everything else was amc level. Nice, clean movie theatre located upstairs in the Town Square shopping area. Parking is free and there are plenty of lots and garages to park in behind or to the side of the theatre. This is in a great central location and the theatre is kept up nicely. Food and drinks are of course overpriced as they are at movie theatres, but you know what to expect. You can also purchase alcohol here and they have a nice bar off to the side. Great theatre. read more

Well maintained AMC theater at Town Square! Went for a matinee movie and got tickets at the box office (there is a $5 convenience fee if you order online so opted to buy in person). Greeting was friendly and the theater seats were comfortable. There was plenty of reserved seating and the theater was clean. As someone who uses a mobility scooter, getting in was a real challenge--there's no dedicated handicap-accessible entrance, and the doors are heavy manual ones with no automation. I managed to maneuver my way through thanks to experience, but it was frustrating and physically taxing. For anyone using a power chair, walker, cane, or with limited strength/mobility, this could be a major barrier (or even impossible without help). The exit is the exact same setup, so leaving was just as difficult. Inside, the concession stand was well-staffed and moved quickly--lines weren't bad at all. The employees I interacted with were cordial and helpful when asked, which was appreciated. That said, more proactive assistance for guests with disabilities (like holding doors or offering help at entry/exit) would go a long way toward better accommodations. Parking is another downside: street parking requires payment, and if you want free spots, you're walking a pretty good distance--definitely not ideal for anyone with mobility challenges. The theater has potential and the core experience is solid, but these accessibility and parking hurdles make it less welcoming than it could be. It's free to sign up for their AMC rewards and I would highly recommend to do it because every quarter they send out a freebie to entice people about new menu items. It could be anything from an ice cream bar, chocolate chip cookie, a drink, or popcorn. This location is a little outdated since the seats do not recline and it's a little bit of an older style. I will say that the freshness and quality of their food items are better than other AMC's. Particularly we like the quality of the popcorn as we feel as it is very fresh and constantly turned around. It's a little bit of a hike to get to this since it's located inside the town Square mall so Parking could be a little bit confusing. read more

This is absolutely the dirtiest theatre I've ever been to. Came here last night to see a Mortal Kombat 2 and the actual seats I picked were so dirty on top we had to move two down. Every single cup holder on Row E in theatre 7 was sticky and filled with crumbs/grime to the point I didn't feel comfortable even using the armrest. Considering it was what looked like a very slow night there's no reason it should've been that disgusting. read more

Didn't think I was going to make it through the movie sitting in a dirty theater. The moment we walked into the cinema, floors were beyond sticky and counters were dirty. This place has not been wiped down for a least a while. As we walked into movie room 13 to watch David our seats were disgustingly dirty with soda spills on the seats and arm rest beyond filthy. I was having a hunger fiend for movie theater popcorn. AMC Town Square was the closest thing nearby. I was able to walk right in. The male cashier was too funny. When I told him that I just came for a Medium popcorn. He said, "for real. Girl, it's so good". Do you want extra butter too? I laughed and said no, but extra salt. He Said, "taste it first. You don't need the salt". He was so right. The popcorn was hot and perfectly salted. I almost turned around to grab another bag. I knew I couldn't finish them both. I normally just rack up points doing the free account since I'm cheap but finally caved for the $20 Premiere membership. So worth it if you go to the movies at least 4x a year. My cashier at the concession was cool. She was very nice and gave me a good portion of caramel popcorn and made it easy to pick my candy and other things. The customer service was friendly and the lines went quickly. I think this is a decent theater. The theater i was in was nice and big and clean. The seats looked new and they were comfortable. I like the spaces between each row, so if someone was really tall, it wouldn't affect my view. I watched the accountant 2, which BTW I liked a lot. I literally was fighting the urge to walk out but my son is too big of a Mario fan and it would've ruined his night. I was really excited to go to the movies on Mother's Day (4:00pm Devil wears Prada) but the filthy conditions of this theater were offensive. Overflowing garbage outside the theater was definitely a preview to what we found inside the theater. The floors were dirty, old drink containers in our reserved seats and popcorn everywhere. We were able to change our seats before the movie started. The straw that broke the camel back we're going to the restroom after the movie...Digesting! There was another movie patron trying to titty up some of the used paper towels off the floor from yet another overflowing garbage can. My hope is that this was a one off day for this location but after reading some reviews I realize it is not. read more

The place is really well maintained. I usually come on Tuesdays for the deals. Like 50% off movies and small popcorn and small drink for $5, for A listers. Can we bring some better nachos please. I would pay the premium for more toppings. Cheese from a cheese dispenser. Something. Heck can I bring my chicken nachos from yardhouse in?! Overall since my last visit, this place has gone more downhill. With a messy concession area near the soda fountain, cracking arm rests in the theaters and many non functioning soap dispensers and faucets in their bathrooms, there are better choices in town. I preordered my popcorn combo with my ticket and instead of it being ready in pickup, I had to wait in line and the cashier seemed confused as to what I ordered and how I did it. Not a good experience for us unfortunately. We are Regal pass holders but wanted to enjoy Avatar on Screen X. So instead of seeing it as part of our pass we were willing to pay $55 for 3 tickets, $12 for parking, and $17 for popcorn and drink! Only to be disappointed. First they left the lights on for the first part of the movie then only one side of the screen worked and the other side glitched every so often. Great movie but not great experience. F1 movie w Brad Pitt was excellent! As for the concessions the popcorn helmet was sold out when I went the day before the actually release. Doesn't make sense. My chair leg rest did not work so after the 2 hr movie I went and talked to customer service. Was given another free pass to come back and see something else. read more

This would be one of the best, if not the best, movie theaters in Las Vegas if they'd just clean the damn place. It's always dirty, including at the first showing of the day. Most recently, I saw Marty Supreme at 11 am, and my chair was covered with popcorn that had been there since the night before. Stopped by the restroom before leaving the theater, and it was also filthy. Not a one time problem either. Earlier this year, I went to another movie first thing in the morning, and there was a leftover drink in the armrest and discarded candy wrappers on my seat. A shame because it would be a great theater if they took any care of it at all. read more

First time here - and we won't be back. This theater was a dump. Concession stand was fine, no real complaints. Small line but went fast. Service was friendly. Get to the IMAX theater and it was ROUGH. I sit in my assigned seat and it's completely broken. Like I don't think it was attached to the floor. It fell back and then when I went to get up, it fell forward. We just shuffled down and it worked out okay. The floors were gross, cup holders had trash left them in. Seats had popcorn and soda spills on them. There is no way they even attempted to clean the theater. I watched the people in front of us wipe down this own seats before sitting. There's too many nice theaters in Vegas to deal with a gross one. read more

The prices are standard. The customer service was decent, but the theater seats were very uncomfortable did not recline at all. Armrest did not lift up and the sitting part of the sea was utterly filthy. You pay for an assigned seat, but given the fact the theater wasn't that full we decided to relocate two seat seats that were still very dirty just less filthy than our originally assigned seats. The movie entitled "RUN" that we unfortunately paid to see starring Mark is Houston and so-called actress Erica Mendez was a massive flop. It was easily the worst movie I've ever seen on the Silver screen. Everything was terrible the acting, the CGI, the directing, the casting, the plot/storyline, the character development, just everything. It felt like a Tubi exclusive movie that was somehow released in movie theaters. I'm no Cisco and Ebert, but I definitely give that terrible piece of work that I almost find hard to even call a movie two thumbs down. Although AMC isn't responsible for the crap film itself, the fact that I watched it in their theater along with the terrible seating made for a horrible movie going experience. This theater used to be my favorite but it is so terrible now. We came for a 9am movie so I was expecting the theater to be cleaner first thing in the morning, but the seats were filthy, arm rests and cup holders were all sticky. Upon ordering a coffee at the front, the concessions worker said he didn't know how to make it (it was just a keurig type of machine). He still charged me for it so I was assuming another one of the staff would make it for me. The staff made a cup and proceeded to give it to the couple who ordered after us, then the staff just stood there. Not until my husband said something did they finally make our coffee. I went to this location on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 to see the 10:30 p.m. showing of Send Help in the Screen X format. I had already purchased my ticket via Fandango so all I needed was to purchase a soda at the concession counter. There were 2 males who were together in front of me in line. All 4 people behind the concession counter were assisting these 2 men ??? Not sure what was happening but finally 1 of the males behind the concession counter pointed to another male behind the concession counter and motioned for him to assist me. I told the younger male I wanted a large soda and he sat a cup and lid and straw in front of me. Before I could even barely pay for it one of the 2 males the employees were dealing with turned towards me and grabbed my drink cup which was clearly sitting right in front of me. I told this unknown man that he could have the cup if he payed me what I had just payed for it. Not sure what his ethnicity was but he just looked at me dazed and said No and put it down. I thought that was extremely strange but then I picked my cup up and went to the soda machine and filled my cup up and went to my seat. I decided to go to the bar and get a cocktail and then return to my seat. By that time the film was starting and I took a sip of my scotch and took a sip of my soda to be a back for my scotch. I immediately wanted to spit the soda out because it was completely flat and had zero carbonation. I didn't want to miss any of the movie so I thought maybe I could address the fact that I payed 8.44 for a soda I couldn't even drink, but when the movie was over there wasn't a single employee in sight. I called the theatre today at 702-362-7283 at approximately 3:44 p.m. and got an automated message that said press 0 for an Attendant. The phone just rang and rang and rang. So my advice to anyone reading this. Never buy a soda at an AMC theatre. If you want a beverage, just sneak it in. Nuff said. read more

UPDATE 8/3/24: Wow, long time since I've been to AMC at Town Square! When I go see a movie, I'm almost always over at South Point, but it was either Town Square or GVR this time around with my friend. I'm not a fan of the theaters over at GVR (their seats are uncomfortable AF), so I chose Town Square. We saw Inside Out 2 on a Friday night at around 9:30pm, which has been out for quite some time. Purchasing tickets for the movie was very easy and very simple. The line for the concessions was long but it was moving quickly. They have a separate line for AMC subscribers/members, which I almost got into until my friend pointed it out to me, because we're not AMC members lol. We decided to skip the popcorn and got ourselves a drink - a zero sugar cherry Fanta soda for me and a pineapple agua frescas for my friend. I'm totally spoiled by the reclining seats over at South Point. The seats at Town Square are not too terrible, but they are still way better than GVR. The movie was being shown inside theater #13, which was a little bit of a long walk from the lobby, but otherwise not too bad. There were a few other groups of people inside the theater with us, but it wasn't packed. Inside Out 2 was excellent! I think more than half of the theater was crying near the end of the movie (I was trying as hard as possible not to cry myself). With it having about an hour and 30 minute runtime, it seemed to go by really quickly. I like South Point's movie theater better, but AMC at Town Square is just great when it comes to how comfortable their standard seats are. read more
