We still go to this theater often since it's located in Town Square near a lot of great restaurants. The theater is large and has a lot of potential, but it's just really badly maintained. The bathrooms are usually filthy. I have literally never seen a staff member cleaning them. None of the auditoriums display which movie they are playing outside the auditorium. All seating is reserved, but they only have one truly nice auditorium with power reclining seats. The rest have standard seats. The cleanliness of the auditoriums is variable. The nice auditorium often has greasy fingerprints on the seat recline controls. Gross. They recently added a "ScreenX" auditorium which has the scenes from the movie extend onto the side walls of the auditorium which was a cool experience when we saw Scream 7. The staff are usually fairly friendly, and the premiere line for concessions plus the ability to order ahead usually means minimal wait. They have numerous Coke freestyle machines, but for some reason many of them are often out of ice. Overall this theater has a lot of potential but really needs new management who are more attentive to its upkeep.

Such a disappointment for both AMC theaters in town. Going to the movies is one of my favorite things to do, so much, I bought the A Lister pass for AMC. While I have no complaints regarding the screens and viewing experience, both theaters are disgusting. The bathrooms are always filthy and trash is often overflowing. Secondly, I know AMC can only control so much, but letting people vape, text, and talk during movies is unacceptable. An employee needs to monitor theaters here and there. Last night a young woman was blatantly vaping while waiting for her popcorn. If you cant hire more, or higher quality employees...maybe quit paying Nicole Kidman royalties on how nice movie going is and hire staff that take pride in their job. Taking your family to the movies is too expensive to accept this kind of service.

Stopped by to kill time after winning at the casino. I saw they had a screen x and wanted to try it out. Really glad I did. I watched Michael. It was a really good experience. It was a bit off putting at a few moments in the movie when the side screens lagged, but overall really loved the new experience. I can only imagine how awesome it'll be when they film movies for screen x in the future. staff was cool and everything else was amc level. Meaning they all are pretty much just ok wise with cleanliness and just overall upkeep.

Well maintained AMC theater at Town Square! Went for a matinee movie and got tickets at the box office (there is a $5 convenience fee if you order online so opted to buy in person). Greeting was friendly and the theater seats were comfortable. There was plenty of reserved seating and the theater was clean. Haven't been to the movies in a long time so it was nice to get the full experience of surround sound and high definition

Yelp! review #70 of 2025 Stopped by this theater to catch a movie, and while the screening itself was enjoyable and the location is decent overall, there are some significant accessibility issues that really need improvement. As someone who uses a mobility scooter, getting in was a real challenge--there's no dedicated handicap-accessible entrance, and the doors are heavy manual ones with no automation. I managed to maneuver my way through thanks to experience, but it was frustrating and physically taxing. For anyone using a power chair, walker, cane, or with limited strength/mobility, this could be a major barrier (or even impossible without help). The exit is the exact same setup, so leaving was just as difficult. Inside, the concession stand was well-staffed and moved quickly--lines weren't bad at all. The employees I interacted with were cordial and helpful when asked, which was appreciated. That said, more proactive assistance for guests with disabilities (like holding doors or offering help at entry/exit) would go a long way toward better accommodations. Parking is another downside: street parking requires payment, and if you want free spots, you're walking a pretty good distance--definitely not ideal for anyone with mobility challenges. The theater has potential and the core experience is solid, but these accessibility and parking hurdles make it less welcoming than it could be. Hope management considers upgrades soon--would love to return more often if it were easier to get in and out!

It's free to sign up for their AMC rewards and I would highly recommend to do it because every quarter they send out a freebie to entice people about new menu items. It could be anything from an ice cream bar, chocolate chip cookie, a drink, or popcorn. This location is a little outdated since the seats do not recline and it's a little bit of an older style. I will say that the freshness and quality of their food items are better than other AMC's. Particularly we like the quality of the popcorn as we feel as it is very fresh and constantly turned around. It's a little bit of a hike to get to this since it's located inside the town Square mall so Parking could be a little bit confusing.

I was having a hunger fiend for movie theater popcorn. AMC Town Square was the closest thing nearby. I was able to walk right in. The male cashier was too funny. When I told him that I just came for a Medium popcorn. He said, "for real. Girl, it's so good". Do you want extra butter too? I laughed and said no, but extra salt. He Said, "taste it first. You don't need the salt". He was so right. The popcorn was hot and perfectly salted. I almost turned around to grab another bag. I knew I couldn't finish them both. Definitely the popcorn is worth the visit. Next time, I'll see a movie too. My hunger was satisfied

Get the AMC loyalty rewards free sign up and the Premier membership if you can. I normally just rack up points doing the free account since I'm cheap but finally caved for the $20 Premiere membership. So worth it if you go to the movies at least 4x a year. AMC stubs premiere waives the online ticket fee so I've literally gotten at least $40+ online fees waived since I buy tickets on the AMC app. Plus the free popcorn and drink size upgrades isn't a bad deal. This AMC has a lot going on w/ these features: - Discount Tuesday - Beer, wine, or cocktails - Dolby theatre with RECLINING seats - IMAX with plush rockers seats - Group tickets for full theatre book out but it's usually at like 2pm during the day, book this online and it's pretty easy for a lg group

Just watched the 1st showing of Scream today a the Screen X screen. The theater sitting is filthy. How can it be this filthy if this is the 1st showing? My pictures don't do any justice.....it was disgusting....wasn't going to be taking pictures non stop but

My cashier at the concession was cool. She was very nice and gave me a good portion of caramel popcorn and made it easy to pick my candy and other things. The customer service was friendly and the lines went quickly. I think this is a decent theater. The theater i was in was nice and big and clean. The seats looked new and they were comfortable. I like the spaces between each row, so if someone was really tall, it wouldn't affect my view. I watched the accountant 2, which BTW I liked a lot. It's a decent theater and I enjoyed myself woth my husband and kids.

Ask the Community - AMC Town Square 18

It's been a while since we've been to this AMC; do they still allow you to bring in reusable water bottles / Hydroflasks?

    Is there parking?

Yes, and free. Just don't park at the tole's. There's free parking all around.

My son is 16. Do they stress about ages for Rated R movies? He will be going solo.

No. As long as they are accompanied by an adult, they can go.

    Do they sell alcohol/cocktails?

Yes, but later in the day. I usually go in the early am shows and the bar isn't open.

Do they have quiet rooms? Or vip rooms to being kids into?

No, not unless you count the single restroom for family on the side of the theater where the Dolby and IMAX auditoriums are in.

Does anyone know if they care about you bringing a water bottle in?

They don't. Actually, if you bring in anything else and hide it (for example, a purse), they still do not care.

    Is apple pay accepted?

Unfortunately, Apple Pay is not accepted.

    Do the armrests raise up?

    Okay Okay I'll

How much are tickets on saturdays?

    Are the seats luxury recline?

    No unfortunately not

    How do I refund tickets?

I’d say call management first, so they get a heads up your coming, but usually customer service refund you in person!

Does the theatre have military discount on tickets?

    Yes they do

Does anyone know how big the Imax screen is?

    Screen: Flat, Size (HxW): 36.9 x 66 feet / 11.3 x 20.1 meters (checked on lfexaminer.com)

    Where is the elevator located?

Facing the theater, to the right. Near the entrance to Game Works.

    What time will they open?

Approx. 15 or 30 minutes before there first showing. They also close 15 minutes after there last showing.

Our waitress KRISTA was AMAZING! She was super nice, attentive, patient, she took the time to explain the menu and certain dishes. My mom to only eat Gluten-free. They have a Gluten-free menu which even better for us to dine there. Krista made sure to let my mom know if something in the dish may upset my mom's stomach like the dressing my mom's appetizer came with. She told her about the Gluten-free beer. She even went out of her way to give my mom an extra free dessert for her birthday because the free one they give for birthday is not Gluten-free. She also took the time to take our pictures. One of the best waitresses I've had in a while. Drinks (alcoholic): Mom got the Dragon Fruit Cosmo I got the Passion Fruit Spritz (I will say mine was weak. It could had definitely used more alcohol. It was like I was just drinking a Passion Fruit refresher you would get from a fast food spot of Starbucks) Appetizers: I got the BLACKENED AHI SASHIMI: OMG very good! I just tried a piece of the meat that was in his sandwich and literally tasted like you would get it from an all you can eat Korean BBQ spot. The fries were soooooo good! - 10/10 I got the LOBSTER GARLIC NOODLES: Now mine, was ok. This is the ONLY negative (for food) I would not give a 10/10. I love seafood so I was excited for this however, it was not that good. The only plus and positive I give for this dish is they were NOT stingy with the seafood even the Lobster! It had a very good amount of Lobster and shrimp. The negative I will say is the taste. It didn't really taste like anything. Besides garlic and oil. It's hard to explain. Yes I know it's called "Garlic noodles) however it was also an oily taste. I would give it a 7/10 the 7 because of how much Lobster and shrimp it came with. It also in my opinion was not worth $35. Other than - I will most definitely be going back!!

But let's get straight to the issue- the HOSPITALITY! I don't like being negative- I want local businesses to thrive and reach more people, but I need to add this bit of criticism- Lately, coming here feels like you're rolling the dice- and going out to eat and being treated well shouldn't have to feel like a gamble. When I dine here, I don't feel welcome. The bartenders make it clear that they cater to some regulars more than others. It takes the bartender half an hour to get us started with drinks and a menu to look at the food. It's crazy- I come here so often know some of this establishment's staff by name now and yet, I'm met with this recent disservice- The other night I arrive here with my girlfriend to grab some food around 1 am. I see the bartender, Ryan, zooming around, refilling beer and shots, going in and out of the kitchen. It's not that busy of a Friday night- maybe a handful of couples and groups all sitting at the bar. He passed SEVERAL times by me, no acknowledgement, no "Hey, bear with me, I'll be right with ya." 1:30. He finally comes to us apologizing, gets us started on drinks and hands us the menu. We take a couple of minutes to decide. He stands around by the Pos and talks to another bartender (Andrew I think?), who came from the kitchen, then immediately left. Another 10-15 minutes pass. By this point, I was wondering if I should just walk out. Finally, Ryan comes to take our orders. Typically, a server or bartender leads the conversation, right? I'm sure you hear things like "what can I get started for you," or "how would you like your eggs cooked" or "how would you like your Steak cooked" - You've all heard those before, right? Well- nothing. No cue. No asking anything. It felt awkward. Uncomfortable. Unwelcoming. I don't even know if he was paying attention. At one point, it was ME who was the one asking my girlfriend "How do you want your eggs cooked?" when she asked to get the Steak and Eggs because there was ZERO response coming from our bartender to anything we said. The energy felt COMPLETELY off, so I just asked then and there for the check and left off to grab some Cane's instead. An absolutely dismal experience. I don't like making my reviews about me, but I felt like I needed to explain exactly why I'm upset about my recent visits here so anyone reading this can better understand instead of just reading a vague mention of how rude the staff was. Let's get to the Good Bar Bites I recommend if you do come here (maybe day time could give you a different experience): WSKY Burger- I recommend a medium on the patty! Very juicy- the crunch of the onion rings and candied bacon- One of my favorite burgers! Steakhouse sliders- tasty and sharable mini burgers! Although- I need some clarification- Can modifications be made to this dish? One day, while ordering over the phone, a bartender named Zach told me I cannot add an extra slider (I wanted 4 sliders instead of just the 3 that come on the order), I'd have to purchase two whole orders if I wanted more. What's this about? I've never had that issue before, so just curious. Flatbread Pizza- of course pizza is always awesome to munch on. The crunch on the flatbread is so satisfying I honestly don't think I'll be coming here anytime soon. It sucks. The bar looks beautiful, the food is delicious. But why have I been treated like an outsider lately? It's not worth going to a place, even if it has good food, if you're not going to be treated well.

We were also not impressed by our food. The garden salad was just a tiny container of boxed lettuce mix. Her spaghetti was pronounced "okay." She said the bread that came with was the highlight. My sliders were immense.
