Park MGM's subdued artsy ambiance was a nice change from the glitzy glamour of the Venetian, Wynn and some others. Room was clean and stylish. Bedding was comfortable. I chose a room with an air purifier and enjoyed clean air all the night through. Starbucks in the lobby had a reasonable wait each morning (5 mins-ish) and my coworkers even won a few bucks at the slots and tables. I don't gamble but they seem to enjoy themselves and the dealers were friendly. All in all a good experience. Having being a Marriott member for longer than I can remember, my one complaint is essentially never getting a room upgrade. Not really the fault of ParkMGM, but their rewards system may benefit from a deeper look to see if my case is an oddity or normalized reality.

Woo hoo! And again, every employee is lovely and helpful... our view is incredible! And the room is lovely... ( Beds too soft would be my only complaint) Last night we ate at EATALY for an early dinner that was so good... Finding a machine that actually dispenses ice has become something of a pre-movie ritual -- you learn quickly which ones to check first. A small but fixable frustration for a theatre at this level. Popcorn is a coin toss. Some visits it's perfectly buttery and fresh. Others it lands somewhere in the bland zone. Consistency would go a long way. We waited some time to order food - right after our seat mates nearby did, as the few staff members were busy taking orders all throughout the theater. Once we did, we ordered the pretzels and potato skin bites with bacon which came out to about $23 with tax. The movie started and we patiently awaited the arrival of our order. As time passed, we'd see orders coming in at an influx and then over time, a bit slower - like a bucket of popcorn after ten minutes since last. I waited so patiently about an hour passed and I worried the food was never coming or got lost elsewhere. I left the movie to go check in with staff on its status though they needed the receipt, so back in and out of the theater I went. Paul, at the front, who was helpful, said he "saw what happened" and would get that to us right away". Back into the movie I went, sat and patiently waited a bit more. We finally got our food at 5:17pm but were missing some of the things ordered - sides and simple things like utensils, napkins etc. Back out I went to ask for the sauces and necessities and then back in after missing more of the movie. Though the food finally came and tasted good as usual, I was a bit sad I had to step out a few times to check on things and each time I did it seems I missed important parts. Unfortunate for me but maybe we should've just watched the movie without getting snacks so I could've seen it in its entirety. I don't know if there's a way to alter the food ordering system, like guests scanning the QR code and ordering/paying themselves, a small light at the end of the tray table to alert staff we need assistance/ordering or something of the like. The hallways leading to each screen have been painted in street art. The murals depicted in each scene are custom and unique. Signage inside the arena was good and the ushers were helpful; letting us know which side of a row we should enter. (So we wouldn't have to inconvenience a whole row of people.) The rows were wide and it was easy to get in and out.They had 2 large screens on the 2 sides of the stage so everyone could see really well. The seats were fairly comfortable and the sound was great! We really enjoyed our concert, and exiting was very easy too! I would definitely recommend seeing a concert at PH Live!

The show itself went beyond anything I could have hoped for. I was able to catch an apple (foam) thrown by the trees. The tornado is also something I will always remember. The digital artists did an amazing job expanding the landscapes around the edges of the film. It was all in all, a very memorable experience!
