So the "45" minutes were wait in the car 15 minutes prior to arrival 15 minutes processing for "VIP" and actual Fright Ride time 15 minutes. Disheartening ... party of 4 1 screamed but disclaimer screams at everything 2 I think took naps ( teenagers) and 1 laughed. Parking was free was organized and social distanced but my best advice Go early do general admission and the wait time was nothing. Did not understand the convenience charge... maybe that was for the golf cart ride....no pics allowed inside bring a mask....had a 6:30 VIP appt was back in the car at 7:02 after buying souvenirs .....

We drove here from California during the Covid Pandemic 2020. Hubby and I, had a good time and it was worth the money. Also, we upgraded to the VIP section once we saw the line of the general admission and it was well worth it! The ride was pretty fun and scary. Although, I must say, it could have been more scary but, they could really darken the room maybe because of Covid and the social distance. However, it is what it is so it was a funny experience for us.

Heard about them through website, did not read reviews just saw add a d web page seemed cool. We are excited to start this in hotel waiting for time to head over. We purchased vip tickets through their website. Group on was the sane price maybe a little more cant remeber. But I hope it is good. Parking perfect, very organized and well staffed. Loved how perfect they had it all set up. Friendly and clean I saw everyone with masks and cleaning every few minutes. Ride was not really scary but the effects and props are really well set up. Price should be less but ok with it.

    Ready to be admitted :)

What a wonderfully frightful experience!! Family of six packed into the ride and we got so many jumps and frights. Well worth every penny!

Recommend you buy a fast past and the touch me option (they also have a don't scare me and blood experience available). You have to check their website for the next event. We had fast passes and there was a little confusion at first since two lines had formed but they stopped one and did a good job of integrating the two fairly. We waited about 30-45 minutes. Once inside we were there about 45 minutes overall and the staff did a good job of regulating the flow between groups so we did get bunched up. The inside was a good combination of different themed rooms, mazes, props, noises, lights, special effects, and of course live actors dressed to kill and interacting with you. We got the touch me option that allows them to physically touch you to enhance your scary experience. The chainsaw guy, clown in spinning tunnel, and swamp things particularly stuck out in our memory. Overall, we has a fun and spooky time.

If you want a great experience, pay for the fast pass to skip the wait, it's worth it. Upgrade your tickets for a more intense experience. They will actually put you in the horror scene, very "hands on". I brought 2 young children and one was super scared but the actors were so gentle and understanding with them. Instead of terrorizing him they gave him fist bumps to ease his fear. This is a great business and a great scare.

Both didn't seem to enjoy working there and interacting with guests. They also didn't appreciate us asking any questions. My friend fell down the stairs, debatable whether it was a ghost that pushed her or not. The tour guide didn't ask if she was okay or cared. Just mentioned that she signed a waiver so... Despite all of that, I'd definitely go back! Hopefully next time they'll have tour guides actually interested in their job. I'd also be curious if video footage would be added to the tour of my friend falling. It seems they enioy putting everyone on blast that falls or faints in the museum lol.

I will say that I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with how much material they packed into this tour and given that it is almost 3 hours, you really do get a lot of bang for your buck. There is a free parking lot attached and as many will point out this is not in a great part of town so if you are visiting during the night it is best to be driven in and out versus walking in and out. They do not allow photography inside so I only have a few pictures from the beginning of the visit, but I would definitely recommend to anyone because it is a really fun experience and it is also very unique. As mentioned I don't believe in any of these things so it was even fun for a non-believer like myself. Overall, a really fun Vegas activity and I would recommend to anyone, and if you are a believer it is even more of a memorable experience I would imagine.

Low lighting, dark atmosphere, and unique scary characters moving around engaging with you. There are impressively elaborate bars and restaurants to dine in, and entertaining performances to captivate. The wandering scare actors especially stood out to us because they weren't the typical horror characters we're used to seeing. A lot of really cool original designs! The houses are on another level in terms of scale, design, and impact. They are bigger, more detailed, and way more cinematic than what we expected or are used to at HHN. Universal Monsters was our favorite and easily the standout for us! It's probably our favorite haunted house we've ever experienced. Seeing all the classic Monsters in their unique worlds was so cool! Some of the sets were beyond impressive we walked in and our jaws dropped. Scarecrow was another one we kept going back to. The environments in that house are especially well done, and it had some of the most unpredictable scares of the night. The actors are incredible, they delivered some scary fun surprises and even switched it up when we went through again so it stayed thrilling and engaging. Not only is this place open year round, but there are no lines, you're in a climate controlled space, and they space out the house entry so you get to experience all the scares. It's everything HHN fans could dream of. We can't wait to go back!

Pure comfort inside, with no extended standing and with cold air conditioning inside. Zero pain here, so much nicer and comfortable. I LOVED the haunted mazes/houses and the shows and dances by Scareactors, such an extremely cool artsy vibe. Pure art. The only suggestion is that they have even more going on in the open areas to watch between going through the mazes/houses. I didn't want to leave. The mazes/houses are EXTRAORDINARY!!!!! The special effects were incredible, things floating in the air, hidden mirrors, it was surreal, a million times better than the ones I've experienced at Universal Orlando. The corn mazes are always my favorite. I loved the corn maze at Islands of Adventure back in 2003. This one at Universal Horror Unleashed had things floating in the air and it was surreal, optical illusions. COOL! At times at Universal Horror Unleashed it felt like I had walked into a real scene in a movie, and was a participant in pure theater. It wasn't just jump scares, it was mostly art, a real scene, completely immersive, but no one touched me. These mazes/houses are elevated, the best. Frankenstein was dark & ALIVE! ALIVE!!!!! I RAN! They didn't have a poop toilet smell from a French perfume company the way that Universal Orlando sometimes has had in some of their mazes/houses over the decades. The food was tasty & it also looked good, whimsical eye candy. The place is really creative. Everyone was extremely friendly and talkative. Drinks were good. I enjoyed myself thoroughly. They even had alcohol free drinks that were sophisticated. One had marshmallow fluff. I love this place!!!
