Incredible! Wow! The use of space is amazing it is so fun and the actors are really something else!!! I recommend this place to anyone! The effects are so cool and it really is scary. There is a scare type for everyone and the actors make it so special! I recommend the touch pass for sure! I am still astonished at how amazing it was. Everything was fine until one small room, where a large actor got right up in my face and then went toward my girlfriend. I joked, "Hey, she already has a man." He got between us and said, "I can do whatever I want." He leaned on both of us and cornered us against the wall, then yanked me by the arm and shoved me twice into the next room, cursing at me and saying we're never supposed to touch the "[expletive] actors." I never grabbed,shoved or even thought about touching him so when he shoved I was shocked. When my cousin stepped in to stop him, he threatened to get "his boys" on me. When we asked the manager, Nathan Harris, to review the footage, he went and talked to the actor, then came back and told me the actor said I shoved him. He didn't check any cameras, didn't ask the actor to stop working, and said there was nothing they could do. He asked why I was trying to comfort my girlfriend and whether I was trying to ruin the experience. He told me to file a police report and defended the actor because he's known him for years, saying "he's a nerdy guy." He raised his voice and was defensive and dismissive throughout. I paid for a no-touch experience, was grabbed and shoved, and was then brushed off by management. I would not bring family here, and I'd urge others to think twice before spending money on this place. read more

My family member was physically touched and hurt by one of the actors, despite wearing a bracelet clearly indicating that she did not consent to being touched. This is extremely concerning, as guests should feel safe and have their boundaries respected at all times. What makes this situation even more upsetting is that the owner is refusing to review the security camera footage or take responsibility for what happened. Instead of addressing the situation seriously and making an effort to find out what occurred, we have been left feeling dismissed and disappointed. No one should have to worry about their personal safety at an attraction, especially when they have clearly communicated that they do not want to be touched. I hope management takes this complaint seriously, reviews the footage, and takes appropriate action to prevent this from happening to anyone else. We had such a fun time at Horror Nights! The Halloween maze was packed with winding corridors, flickering lights, and eerie sound effects that kept us guessing around every corner. This establishment was so close to being a staple for me this season until my boyfriend was physically assaulted by one of the actors and disregarded by the manager. We bought tickets and bought the No Boo Pass. We did not receive a green glow stick that others received to indicate that we did not want to be touched. All of the other actors respected this and scared us but refrained from touching us. However! We were nearing the end of the maze ~ past the butcher and before the clown zone, and a roughly 6'4" actor had no regard for personal space and started getting really close to my boyfriend's ear. We kept trying to get past him and through to the next room however he was getting really close to us and practically leaned my bf and I against the wall. My bf jokingly said "hahah this is my gf, she already got a man." At this point the actor was already crossing our boundary of NO TOUCHING and proceeded to say "I can do whatever I want." At this point he broke character and slammed my bf against the wall and started saying "DONT TOUCH THE F*CKING ACTORS" "IM GOING TO GET MY GUYS ON YOU." My bf's cousin stepped in and told the actor to STOP. I would have rather been escorted out of the experience at this point. In no way is this kind of behavior acceptable and when we expressed our concerns to the manager Nathan Harris, he disregarded our concerns and defended the actor by claiming "he's a nice guy, he's a nerd, he wouldn't do that." We asked the manager to review the footage and he denied. There is a lack of accountability and professionalism from this establishment. Just came here tonight. they have two options, where they can touch you (green light) and where they CANT touch you. we chose DON'T touch (no green light) . seemed as if one actor was having a bad day because he literally assaulted my cousin. completely PUSHED HIM away from his girlfriend. the biggest actor in there mind you. minimum 6'4 big round dude. told the owner and at first he was calm. he mentioned he was going to look at camera footage and i asked for the camera footage and he denied and also got weird about it. as we're leaving he comes to stop us and says he spoke to the actor. by this point he's aggressive and defensive. his voice is raised and he keeps trying to turn HIS actor assaulting us into my cousins fault. there's absolutely NO justification for shoving my cousin the way he did but not in the owners eyes. nothing was getting through to the owner he left us with no clarity at all and kept going back and forth with. house was super fun until that happened. big actor man and owner Nathan Harris left a bad taste in our mouths. Great experience. Probably the best in Las Vegas as for Halloween haunted places. They have some very talented actors and unique thrills and the costumes were realistic. It was not super busy when we went there , so did not need to upgrade to the VIP ( which you don't need anyway, if you don't want to), but got the touch pass that enhanced the whole experience and we loved it a lot. Do not let the size , the location and the exterior of the place fool you ( almost fooled us when we were driving there). We happened to see this driving by a few weeks ago so we decided to visit during Friday 13th before My Bloody Valentines Day (one of the the several events held during the year). Recommend you buy a fast past and the touch me option (they also have a don't scare me and blood experience available). You have to check their website for the next event. We had fast passes and there was a little confusion at first since two lines had formed but they stopped one and did a good job of integrating the two fairly. We waited about 30-45 minutes. Once inside we were there about 45 minutes overall and the staff did a good job of regulating the flow between groups so we did get bunched up. The inside was a good combination of different themed rooms, mazes, props, noises, lights, special effects, and of course live actors dressed to kill and interacting with you. We got the touch me option that allows them to physically touch you to enhance your scary experience. The chainsaw guy, clown in spinning tunnel, and swamp things particularly stuck out in our memory. Overall, we has a fun and spooky time. read more

This was a HORRIFIC place! Perfect for Halloween, but don't bring young kids. This place tapped in to the fears of many. Some people couldn't handle it and had to be escorted out. If you want a great experience, pay for the fast pass to skip the wait, it's worth it. Upgrade your tickets for a more intense experience. They will actually put you in the horror scene, very "hands on". I brought 2 young children and one was super scared but the actors were so gentle and understanding with them. Instead of terrorizing him they gave him fist bumps to ease his fear. This is a great business and a great scare. read more

I have been going to Halloween maze since it started. Not only is it locally ran, it is hand built and not in a dumb trailer in a dirt lot. The costuming is epic, and the rooms always have you wanting more! I'm not a fan of haunted houses AT ALL but I will support this place because it stands out from all the others. Wow!! Nathan and his team have done an awesome job! Top tier customer service, truly above and beyond for my family. Can't remember the last time a business owner really took care of his customers like that. Our crew who went through the maze were thoroughly scared and they had so much fun. Tips: 1.) get there 20-30 min early to get in line 2.) if it's busy, definitely pay for fast pass or be prepared to wait up to 2 hours to go through the maze. 3.) I personally would not take kids under age 10, it's pretty scary. You need to really like this stuff to do the maze because they are not playing around here! We showed up and saw a massive line of people just standing the middle of an incredibly dark parking lot, and after inquiring as to how long we'd likely be waiting, were told it would be hours, so we just left. Such a waste of $80, especially bc the reviews make it sound like it would've been really cool inside. They should try to manage people's expectations more when purchasing tickets, bc who has time to wait outside in the dark for hours? Even the VIP line had an over an hour long wait. read more
