Night view of strip from our room!
    Amy S.

Yesterday, I drove to Las Vegas solo to meet up with my fabulous daughter Jonesy from NYC for a 3 day girls trip!!! Cosmically, we arrived at the same time!!! First impression of the hotel was IT IS HUGE!!!! However, because it's a non-smoking hotel, walking into the casino was so much quieter than any place I have stayed here before... the staff is lovely and quite accommodating! 4 swimming pools which are so fabulous bc I am a swimmer! Woo hoo! And again, every employee is lovely and helpful... our view is incredible! And the room is lovely... ( Beds too soft would be my only complaint) Last night we ate at EATALY for an early dinner that was so good... ( alcohol adds way too much to the tab, and tbh, I don't usually drink so it was a celebratory imbibement! :) Viva Las Vegas! More reviews to come!!!

Great Location in Vegas! Park MGM is totally SMOKE-FREE! Check In was easy and you can actually check in remotely if you have the app! But we wanted the physical keys also makes it easier to operate the elevators! Security is High in this hotel but not bothersome! Park MGM offers plenty of Shops, Restaurants and entertainment Venues. Staff are all pleasant and very professional and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and memorable!

Booked my stay here through the Chase Edit and stayed in an upgraded Reserve Room, though I would say MGM Grand has cozier and more spacious rooms. The location is great as it's right on the Strip and you can take a mini tram to the Bellagio and Aria resorts. The room felt dated but the bathroom was renovated well with a nice tub/shower with handle. There's a vitamin C filter attached to the shower but I think that's more a gimmick than bringing actual benefits. TV doesn't have any streaming apps, only a few channels with an option to pay for on demand movies. The view was decent. Service was also lacking as I had to wait almost 2 hours for them to fix the window blinds late at night. Another downside is you do pay $20 a night for parking even as a guest which I find annoying. Try the Bavette's Steakhouse while you're here! Overall, I wouldn't stay here again but would frequent the casino for the restaurants.

Best smoke free casino on the strip with excellent location walking distance that gives you best convenience. The hotel is clean and vibe is great. The rooms are great condition only the water is very hard and their pillows are not very comfortable.

Happy hour specials at MGM Park.

We really enjoyed this smoke free hotel! We didn't stay at the hotel, but we came to the casino and restaurants a couple times on our trip. It was clean, fresh and the atmosphere felt more calm and cute. We loved the Eataly area, it had a great vibe and all the food we ate there was fresh and tasty. Next time we stay in Vegas, we'd plan to stay here!

    Nice lady gaga exhibit here

Park MGM is relatively new and redesigned! The main floor/lobby is very nice! It was a great place to stay. We usually stay at the Aria or the Bellagio (out of the mgm hotels) but it was an extremely $$$$ wkend and friends of ours liked Park MgM. If you stay in one of the top reserve floors, you can get access to the terrace pool which has nicer chairs and more of a cabana/lounge chair vibes. The main floor pools looked nice just very crowded. The rooms have updated bathrooms but aren't the best beyond that. I will say the bed and the pillow was amazingly soft! Everything looked very clean also. The restaurants here were great. Bavette's was more popular than I realized. Food was excellent. We also ate at Eataly for lunch one day. Primrose looked nice and we heard good things about Lala noodle and best friends. Getting a rideshare and going to the tram or to the Aria was so easy! I would rather stay here than Caesar's Palace honestly just for how easy it was to get around. Oh and I forgot it's nonsmoking! Which is nice for a casino if you don't smoke.

Tv and mirror in room. That's also the minibar

Finally stayed at Park MGM! If you have ever been to Manhattan, this hotel is totally that vibe (but like a high end NYC hotel and low end LV hotel). Rooms are quite small and lackluster, but adorable decor and vibe to bring your NYC nostalgia back. Artsy eclectic feel. We were "upgraded" to a Stay Well Room on 23. Kind of cool, but when we arrived the red lights for "change filter" was on the air purifier. Not to worry, we asked for a replacement and they were nice and sent a maintenance guy up. He then stated it was housekeepings job and often the reset buttons didn't work so it was probably fine just needed to be reset. He left and came back after cleaning the filter and hit the button and it reset. That night there was a red bar on the filter and it kept me up bc it was so bright. Annoying but I just thought that was part of the deal. Fast forward, 9 am despite the do not disturb sign on the door- 3 security guards and a maintenance guy! "We had to come in, your room is throwing error codes." 2 guys came in, swapped filter again and hit some buttons, thanked us and left. I guess that was the end, no red bar the next night. Honestly it was all odd. Biggest gripe is the noise! This is on brand with NYC. We could hear everything in the rooms next to us. Every AM the guy to the left rolled his blinds up with the metal cord. That's odd bc ours had a button that was for sheer or blinds- very convenient. Maybe it's only a Stay Well room thing. The people to the other side watched TV at night so we had to also or else we could hear his. It made us uncomfortable bc it meant both could hear us too. We played music on our phone while getting ready for the Knights game (across the street) and a guy banged on our door so hard it could have broken it. Of course he was gone when we looked out. It was either a prank or maybe the neighbor who opened his blinds every am could hear the music? It was 5 pm, calm down. You could also clearly hear every convo in the hall, including children running around. Bathroom was basic, a bit small and hardly any counter space. Not a common marble LV bathroom. Bed was an upgrade and was very comfortable. Room was dark at night other than the air purifier. Couldn't turn off the bathroom light on the switch, so that also was bright, but maybe user error? On site there are of course tons of restaurants and Eataly. The prices are consistent there, which is nice. Not cheap, but at least consistent. MGM hotel so you get those perks based on your tier. Staff was nice at check in. Kiosks at checkout didn't work. We just left bc the line was wrapped around with people checking in and we couldn't wait an hour to say we were leaving. Great location for TMobile arena and can walk to the Mandalay/Excalibur free tram. Prob won't stay again though.

Solid Stay with a Few Minor Gripes: Park MGM was a good choice for our recent Vegas trip--modern vibe, great location, and that fully smoke-free casino is still a huge plus in a city full of hazy floors. No lingering odors anywhere, which made hanging out in the casino or walking through the lobby way more pleasant than most Strip spots. The room was clean and contemporary, with comfy beds and a decent Strip view. Blackout curtains worked great for sleeping in, and the bathroom had good water pressure. Location can't be beat: easy access to T-Mobile Arena, the tram to Aria/Bellagio, and walking distance to everything central. Dining is a highlight--Eataly for quick Italian bites and gelato, plus solid options like Bavette's if you're in the mood for steak. That said, the rooms feel a bit basic for the price--minimal storage (no real drawers, so we lived out of suitcases), and the thermostat was finicky (room never got as cool as we'd like). Casino is lively but smaller and quieter than the big ones, which is nice for a chill vibe but lacks that high-energy buzz if that's what you're after. Check-in was smooth via app, but we did pay the resort fee for amenities we barely used. Overall, a reliable, upscale-ish option without the smoke overload. I'd stay again for convenience and cleanliness, but it's not blowing me away like some flashier resorts. Good value if you catch a deal!

Weekend staycation at the Park MGM Las Vegas . First off, it was very refreshing to have a non-smoking resort! We definitely noticed a difference when walking thru the neighboring resorts. Secondly, It's proximity & location on The Strip is pretty epic especially when attending a Vegas Golden Knights game. Lastly, service was friendly with all the employees we encountered. We would definitely book a stay here again as well as recommend to our family & friends!

Smoke free hotel in Las Vegas! What a refreshing spot to stay at. We really liked Eataly at the hotel where we can get authentic Italian food. It's a bit pricey but the ingredients are superior so you get some very tasty pasta, sandwiches and pizza. The room is spacious and clean. However, some areas of the hotel seemed dated especially the elevators. Some elevators rattled going up and down the floors. Some of the scanner in the elevators don't work so it won't scan my room key. I had to just go to a higher level then change to a different elevator that the scanner works then come down to my floor. It's a hassle and it happened 3 times during my 2 nights stay. Overall it's a pleasant stay for the price point.

The wife and I have been through this hotel and casino many times as we love Eataly and some of their other restaurants like Best Friend. We've seen shows here as well. So on our latest Vegas trip we decided to book a stay here. Unfortunately, our room left a bit to be desired. There was no refrigerator in the room, which we were surprised at. We had just bought some water bottles at a nearby CVS but not being able to keep the water cold was disappointing. The furniture was a little outdated and weird with a lot of dead space in the room. Our shower was had a leak that would not stop unless you cranked the handle extremely hard. Also the A/C didn't work very well.

The Park MGM is entirely smoke-free, including the casino floor, hotel rooms, restaurants, and pretty much all common areas. I'm glad to explore inside this hotel, it indeed feels a bit fresh inside, as it is the only completely smoke-free resort on the Strip.

I AM SO GLAD THERES NO SMOKING!! This WAS THE BEST hotel I've been in, in a long time. Indoor dining, casinos, bars, and Eataly to walk through, this place has it all! Even a HEATED pool during the winter (Yes I swam in one!) Note the pool is further away so you do need to walk to it and its' from a nearby casino, but part of the room rate. So the room: Blackout curtains, the biggest and fluffiest bed ive ever been on, reasonably good internet and a fully controllable shower temperature from cool to BLAZING HELL HOT (including "just right"). Also the view is , you find out early there's a roller coaster nearby! Note: The room I was in did have a door to the neighbor room, but it was fully locked and barely any noise got through. Also: no bible in any of the drawers :( The minibar is easy to avoid and won't charge you for looking at it.

We're in Vegas for the weekend celebrating a birthday. Day 1 was decent overall, aside from the strong moldy smell in our room. We brushed it off because we spent most of the day out enjoying Vegas and were looking forward to our second night in a different room under another reservation. Day 2 started off much better. We moved rooms and were happy with the "upgrade" until we came back later that night ready to shower and wind down. There was no mold smell in the room but shower was completely filled with standing water because the drain was totally clogged. It was disgusting. There was no way I was stepping into what felt like a cesspool of who-knows-what. I went down to the front desk to report the issue and was assured someone would come "right away." We called at 9:30 PM. Maintenance didn't arrive until 12:44 AM -- nearly three and a half hours later. By that point, our entire night was ruined. Instead of relaxing, we spent hours waiting around for a basic issue to be addressed. To make matters worse, throughout our stay we repeatedly overheard hotel employees openly complaining about the number of guests, making comments like, "These people need to go home." It was uncomfortable and honestly disappointing to hear as paying guests who have supported this property for years. And "it's EDC weekend" shouldn't be the reason for sub-par service. What's most frustrating is that this isn't our first stay here. We've been loyal guests since opening and have come to expect a certain level of quality and service from Cosmopolitan. Moldy rooms, unusable showers, delayed maintenance, and staff openly expressing frustration toward guests is not the experience you expect from a property at this price point. On a positive note, I was connected with Operations Manager Brandon at checkout. He said he would make this right but needed time to deliver SO to be continued. Also, shoutout to the housekeeping staff, who were always friendly as we walked through the corridors. Really disappointing stay from what used to be one of our favorite places in Vegas. I'll update this post to let everyone know how Cosmopolitan responds.

Check-in was very easy. My room was ready about 45 minutes before check-in. Staff at the front desk were kind and efficient. I had a Sphere view room on the 26th floor. Very pleased with the view! I probably wouldn't spring for Sphere view a second time but it was nice to have for my first stay there. I appreciated the extra safety measure of having to "card in" to go to the elevator to the rooms. The room was impeccably clean and spacious. The room is more like a studio apartment with no wall or door to divide between sleeping and living space. The bed was comfortable. Two large TV's - one in the common/living space and one in the sleeping area. The bathroom was large, clean, and had plenty of towels. Appreciated the seated vanity. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great but this seems to be normal for pretty much all hotels. They seem to have good soundproofing because not once did I hear any neighbors, no people noises from the hallway, and no doors to other rooms closing loudly. The hotel is huge. Initially it feels overwhelming but you quickly figure out how to get around. Lots of helpful signage. Casino is spacious, clean, and very well ventilated. People were smoking but I didn't smell it. Games are unsurprisingly tight. There is a massive amount of dining options. I had several outstanding meals. I heard a lot about how expensive Vegas is but coming from the Bay Area I felt like the dining prices were about the same, if not less in some instances. Pro tip: There's a Walgreens just outside the hotel where you can get water and other sundries for much less than inside the hotel. The mall was more of a touristy thing. Aside from Louis Vuitton, I didn't see anything that compelled me to want to shop. I did like the feeling of being "outdoors". I appreciated that pretty much everything you want or need is within the Venetian. Unless you have some outside attraction to go to, you can literally stay within the hotel and be satisfied and entertained. Leaving was so simple. Check-out is available online. There's a queue with endless taxis to take you wherever you want to go. As expensive as this hotel can be, I would be hard pressed to stay somewhere else while in Vegas.

As far as newer hotels on the strip I'd recommend Resorts World based on room cleanliness alone. Pool area was cool but loud, not super relaxing but good overall. Bad service. The waiters kept walking past us but taking everyone's order around us. We walked to the bar.

Everything is made of flowers which makes it smell amazing! The whole hotel smells good actually! There is a chocolate shop with lattes and homemade desserts, many shops, and a gorgeous pool. The shopping is pretty high end here. Many stores were out of my tax bracket lol. Buttt they are still super fun to walk in and look at their displays. I would love to stay at this hotel but it is pretty expensive!! Definitely a luxary. It is nice that it is open to the public to enjoy!

I understand they are trying to save money by having the large bottles of soap, hand lotion, etc. instead of the small ones, but the bathroom didn't have any shampoo. The clock on the bedside table didn't work, very inconvenient because there also wasn't a place to charge my phone by the bed. The elevators were dirty, something that I haven't seen here before. Not just stuff people dropped on the floor. The room service chocolate chip cookies were great. I also had an issue when I got an email about my upcoming stay, a reservation was booked in error under me for the next week. My host booked my reservation but not the second reservation that was showing up. I went to the VIP area by the front desk to have the reservation cancelled, the other VIP room by the elevators was closed for renovations. It was 7:45 pm on 5/10, the woman in the VIP nook ignored me for at least 5 minutes while she was restocking the snacks. She said she was closing soon, and I told her I would like an upcoming stay cancelled because it was a mistake and she told me she couldn't help me and I should go to the front desk or call reservations. I was supposed to stay 4 nights but decided cut my trip short and leave 5/12 around 1 pm, and the woman in the VIP nook who checked me out was very nice and helpful. There was a man working security in the high limit room on 5/12 around noon, he was such a great guy and a pleasure to chat with. I also had a great server at Yellowtail on 5/11. I usually get a survey after my trips but didn't get one this time, so that's why I decided to post about it here.

Everything feels luxurious from the beautiful floral displays to the lighting, decor, and the fresh clean scent throughout the property. Every area looked spotless and well maintained. The atmosphere inside feels upscale but still welcoming. There are so many beautiful restaurants, lounges, and little details everywhere you look. Even just walking through the casino and shopping areas felt elegant and relaxing compared to some other crowded Strip hotels. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful when directing guests to the theater. Parking was easy and having free parking for Nevada locals was a huge plus. The entire property has that "wow" factor and definitely adds to the overall experience when attending shows like Awakening. Would absolutely come back just to walk around, eat, or enjoy another show.

I brushed it off as weird, but it stuck and it comes up as a gps option ONLY when I'm in my vehicle. Nowhere else do I open Maps and get suggested "Whispers" as a top option. I literally just last night had a convo with someone who joked about Whispers being a low-level strip club, and now I know exactly why it's in my car's logged trips. I go to several local adult venues in town. I have never ONCE even considered learning the address of Whispers. There is no connection to anyone I know, either. I wonder where they took my car and what they did to/in it. Please get an interior camera for your car. Put an AirTag in the TRUNK, as well. Put an alert on your phone (make sure it's set to alert you when DND is on). Your phone knows where you last parked your car in Maps - it does NOT know if the car moves while you're away. Cameras and tags are not super expensive, but I'd pay $$ just to see the face of the loser who stole my car and brought it back with a device attached to it. The location of The Reserve is near to the T-Mobile Arena and other MGM properties. You can even catch the free Aria Express to transit from The Park, Aria, Vdara, and Bellagio resorts, which is especially helpful during the hot Summer months in Las Vegas. The Reserve at Park MGM is located on the top four upper floors of Park MGM (formerly Monte Carlo). Its driveway is located on West Park Avenue off of either South Frank Sinatra Drive or South Las Vegas Boulevard. There are fewer than 300 rooms and suites at The Reserve, each decorated with a distinct New York style by French architect and designer Jacques Garcia. Each room is appointed with custom furnishings, Bellino linens, and large flat screen TVs. Many suites also feature free-standing pedestal bathtubs and separate water closets. Since we've stayed at this property over the past six years, we have noticed there have been no decor changes or improvements to its excellent services. In the past, we've stayed in various-sized suites, ranging from 700 sq ft (Grande Suite) to 409 sq ft (Classic King). The property is completely non-smoking. They still offer free bottled water (10 oz) and bed slippers in your room, unlike some other properties. Check-in is quick and easy, and can be done on your smartphone, while check-out can be done on your television. Either way, you can reduce the risk of being caught in a crowd at the reception desk.

However, for those of us who come to Vegas often, staying at those hotels often means higher prices and headaches with navigating around the busy traffic. Having stayed at most of the larger hotels (The Luxor, The Bellagio, Encore at Wynn, Park MGM etc) I've had my fill of the dazzling lights and boisterous crowds. I do recommend you try these hotels at least a few times to truly soak in the bustle of Las Vegas night life. For me, I prefer to stay adjacent to, but not within, The Strip. This way, I can have some comfort in a quieter setting and can call an uber at any moment to meet friends along The Strip. This was the reason I chose Nirvana Hotel. Situated right next to The Luxor and The Mandalay Bay, it is both affordable and close to the attractions I come to Vegas for. The exterior is a bit off-putting at first. You aren't greeted with the pristine fountained welcome that you expect from Vegas--the wonderful precession of marble floors, the lush green plants, the ornate chandeliers. The main check-in station is inside the souvenir shop which resembles that of a run down gas station. Service is quick and the check-in process is painless. Their doors all use numbers so you don't have to worry about misplacing your card. Just don't get so drunk you forget! The room itself is very humble: queen bed, LG tv, two night stands, a small fridge, and a walk-in shower. Clean, organized, and arranged professionally. I will definitely stay here again. Connie was at the reception and welcomed me warmly. Parking is free. That's right. FREE. For your entire duration of stay.
